This resort is fantastic. It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. It was our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved the culture and the food was AMAZING. The staff was always accommodating and provided excellent service. There was one very small issue that manager Carlos was fast to correct and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Carlos is fantastic and runs a great resort. This place is magical, I proposed to my fiance here and we will definitely be back soon. Fantastic resort with great services

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Ocean Eden Bay. The resort is very beautiful and big. I loved that we had access to their sister resort right next door, it was like getting two resorts for the price of one. There are plenty of food options, and our favorite was Route 66. The pool is absolutely stunning and the perfect place to relax. The beach is small but also very beautiful. They had more than enough beach chairs to lounge in. I took away one star because the food, in general, is not that great. It’s okay when you’re hungry and need something to eat, but nothing was really spectacular. I also wish there was an option to buy wine by the glass. They only give you two options for house wine, white or red and they are undesirable at best. I would have paid $10-$15 for a glass of wine at dinner but they only have options to buy bottles which are pretty pricey. It’s not a big deal if you’re not a wine drinker but just something that stood out for me personally. All in all my husband and I had a lovely experience at Ocean Eden Bay and we would stay here again.

Spent 7 nights at this resort with my partner. We honestly had a great time! The weather was amazing (only rained for a little bit one morning) the pool and beach were so beautiful. There was a decent amount of selection at the buffet to choose from. My favourite restaurants were the Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. Most of the staff were very pleasant and hard working. Junior our bartender in the lobby bar was the best! The entertainment was also top notch. Next time I visit I would love to try the privilege package. We would definitely return back again! Things to improve: Would be great if the beach was a little less rocky.

Very beautiful property! Really stunning. The accommodations are nice, and the bed is really comfortable. A little more pressure on the shower would’ve been nice. A longer drive from the airport than I thought it would be. Property is a little deserted, so, kind of far away from any activities you might want to do outside of the resort. The spa was definitely amazing, all of the ladies providing service there or top-tier, definitely five out of five stars! The warm hydrotherapy pool was a very nice touch. I think all of the staff throughout the resort made a valiant effort to welcome guests, but it appears that most of them are new to hospitality. I believe that in time, the service will improve.

The resort and the staff members were nice. The blue team did a great job on the beach and around the pool area. I would not upgrade to privilege with the butler service. We had 2 butlers and she only walked our luggage to the rooms. It was raining when we arrived and she never rescheduled our tour around the resort. Our butlers didn't even know we checked out and only sent us the food and activities schedule. The premium alcohol should be considered basic and the privilege restaurants. We didn't enjoy the food. We spent most of our time off of the resort to eat and for entertainment at night. I would also book your own transportation and not go through the resort. The resort drivers charge two times the amount. They wanted to charge us 180 to go to montego bay and we found a driver for 70. Do your research before you go.

I loved my experience at Ocean Eden Bay. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Toni Kae in the Captain’s Market Restaurant provided great dining service. She was very nice and attentive. Ms. Brown at the pasta station hooked my pasta up! It was delicious 😋 The property is so clean and the landscaping is immaculate. I enjoyed every show in the theater. The aerobics class, dance classes, and interactive games offered at the pool were so much fun! Amazing! Highly recommend this Resort.

We had a great stay at the resort and the staff did a great job of accommodating our large party of 12 during dinner each night. One of the highlights for me was the service I received from Kendra and Theo at Martha’s Market. They were exceptional at catering to my gluten-free diet and I am very grateful for the care they showed me during the lunch buffet.

I cannot rave about this resort and our butler Nelson. He went above and beyond to make sure our party had the time of their lives. My mom had the best birthday ever. Nelson decorated the room beautifully and made her day. The Blue team made sure we had a ball at the pool from dancing, exercising and just laughing. Lisette and the Cuban crew plus Dane were a winning combination. Housekeeping kept our rooms immaculate and the resort was very clean. The reviews made me almost change resorts and I’m so glad of party came. It was truly a great experience. I will stay at any hotel Nelson works at because he is the BEST butler I have ever had in the Caribbean. The food was very good and they made special dietary requests so I have no complaints. Go to Eden Bay to relax and enjoy great reggae and entertainment. Lastly, the shows and live music were the topping on the cake. Bravo!

This was my second visit to Ocean Eden Bay within a 4 month period. The property is gorgeous, the beach is breathtaking and the amenities are great! There is an adult only side (Eden Bay) as well as another side in which children can stay (Coral Springs). One of the amenities on the children side is a huge water slide along with a “snack shack” in which children can enjoy fun foods like chicken tenders, fries, burgers, nachos etc. There are also several different types of restaurants on the property that targets different cuisines such as Indian, Italian, Japanese -Hibachi and the list goes on including buffets offering variety. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. I had a minor issue when I was there that was addressed immediately and rectified. Customer Service is superb! I didn’t get to see my housekeeper but whenever I returned to my room, everything was clean, restocked and in its rightful place. Im grateful for my experiences on the property as well as the people in my group. I will definitely be returning to this property again within the next few months. I definitely recommend. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give my overall experience a 15!!!!

Had a great time at Ocean Eden Bay Resort. Everyone was super friendly, and if you don’t like one of there food options, there are many other choices so you’ll definitely find something good. My room was always cleaned daily mini bar restocked, and the housekeeping and maintenance were always helpful and friendly. If you guys get butlers Roman and Tashika were the best, always there when you need them. Highly recommend requesting them if you can. Also, Tania was my favorite bartender through my stay. Super funny and entertaining. She recommended the corn and potato soup. All in all 10 out of 10 experience you’ll have a great experience.

This property was Amazing! I highly recommend the privileged package. It allows you access to ALL amenities the resort offers. The butler service, laundry service, access to private cabanas. The 15 restaurants, the 4 large pools, the beach views, the activities... everything was amazing! I highly recommend Ocean Eden Bay!!

We are just returning from our week-long trip at Ocean Eden Bay and to say that we had an amazing time would be an understatement. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff were absolutely incredible. The spectacular ocean views, beauty of the pool and palm trees and enjoyment of the awesome entertainment are just some of things that made this trip unforgettable. Candice from the Marlin bar was spectacular! She kept us smiling from ear to ear every time we went to see her. She made us feel so welcome in our stay and always ensured that we were taken care of. Her genuine and kind persona was noticed when serving every guest that sat at her bar. Beefy (Aundre) from Privilege was another highlight for us! He kept us laughing on the daily and continued to wow us with his amazing personality and hospitality skills. Amanda from the Blue Team was awesome! Even from across the pool, she had us laughing. She always made sure to check in to see how we were doing and spread her love. Her positive energy is contagious and was so nice to be around. Orlando from the steakhouse was an incredible server! He made sure our evening was yet another highlight from our trip. Seeing as though we both come from the service industry, it is important for us to recognize amazing talent and individuals when we come across them. We are fortunate to have met those mentioned above and are so grateful they made our trip so memorable, along with the rest of the incredible Ocean Eden Bay staff. It was our first time in Jamaica and we will definitely be returning!

Second day on this resort and I can’t express enough how amazing this place is. Everyone is so kind and welcoming 🥰 Desroy was our server at the Steak House and he was so pleasant and made dining experience go smoothly. He made us a special mock tail drink because we don’t drink alcohol. Very pleased with the service he provided and he gets 5 stars !!!

As a frequent guest of H10 resorts, this one has been by far my favorite. The layout of the resort is luxurious and perfect. Everything is near and having one large pool was magnificent. Wanted to also have a huge shout-out to Sasheika who was the kindest poolside lady who was always a good conversationalist and cared for us! Would love to return soon!

This is the worst so called 5 star hotel experience I have ever dealt with. Pools and beach closed in clear weather but open in the rain. Water pipes burst so no hot water for a day. They call it all inclusive but half the bars are closed or out of alcohol. 2 restaurants were closed for 2 nights due to a fire and it’s in the middle of nowhere so you can’t go get food outside of the resort. The resort itinerary is never right. No one knows about the activities or real restaurant hours. Went to sugar cane and sat there for an hour with no drinks. We watched a couple seated 30 minutes after us eat their food and leave before we could even get drinks. Waitress told us we would get our food in 2 minutes and never came back. We sat there at an empty table and watched the whole restaurant get served. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if they were giving away free nights. If you want your night ruined book a night at OCEAN EDEN they be sure to do that.

We enjoyed (again) an exceptional meal at the Privilege dining room. Verdon, the chef came out to inquire about our experience and we were ever so delighted to express our satisfaction. The sweet potato and corn chowder soup is our absolute favourite. We always enjoy our dinning here and just want to spot light just one of the tasty delights available.

The resort was amazing! It was also the best room I've ever vacationed in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping was impeccable! I met Ms. Pauline Peters in the middle of my trip. She kept my room spotless and was always checking to make sure my needs were met and that I didn't need anything. She made my trip all the more great. I'm glad I was able to meet her. She's very kind and a great asset to the housekeeping department.

The reviews are so mixed I felt it important to describe what I experienced. I found the resort to be absolutely stunning and well thought out. The availability of restaurants and bars to be exceptional. The food and beverages were amazing. The staff friendly and helpful for everything encountered. Would recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation. Even the time share sales pitch was worthwhile to learn about the resort and properties. Enjoyed an excellent massage at the spa and the curry goat was delicious at the West indies restaurant. Great job ocean eden bay!

Wonderful stay! I would definitely come back! Staff is amazing, the best customer service by far! The BLUE team was so much fun and left us with great memories. Shout out to Dane for his fun games and dance lessons. Michele for his great fitness classes and Lisette was the sweetest and so much fun. Can’t wait to come back!

The resort was gorgeous and clean. The layout made it easy to walk to all of the attractions, which were plentiful. The food was good with plenty of restaurant options. However, the service was very slow at times. We missed the majority of a show one night, ordering at 8pm with intentions of enjoying the show at 10. We did not get our meal until 10:15 and missed the majority of it. There were plenty of open tables within the restaurant, so it was not busy. Pool-side service was non-existent. Throughout our week long stay, I was not offered a drink once and had to walk/swim to the bar for service. There was often a wait at the bar also, with one or two bartenders serving the entire pool area. Overall, I enjoyed the stay as it was in a beautiful area along the coast and were lucky to have great weather. But as a first time vacationer at an all-inclusive resort, and after hearing experiences from others that have enjoyed other destinations, felt that it lacked 5 star qualities.

My stay at Ocean Eden Bay was amazing. Great for solo travel and so much to do on the resort! There are performances, activities and food all night long so you are never bored. The Senses Bob Marley Show is also a treat. Especially my waitress Monique. She made sure I was really taken care of! Definitely book here!

Steak House We had the pleasure of having Desaroy as our host. At first glance his stature reminds you of one the “ great basketball players” but he was more than that! Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He made our dinning experience 10s across the board. The music atmosphere and food is one of a kind. We will definitely be back before the end of our trip.

We stayed at the adults only Oceans Eden Bay. The resort itself is nice, the layout, the rooms, the pool, etc. We have been less than impressed with the service from staff besides 3 that we ask for by name when we eat at certain restaurants. Micheal and Orlando at the Steak House restaurant were amazing. They were personable and prompt. Michael has an angelic voice and sang a song to us at our table for our anniversary ❤️. Jeneive at Captains Market is a doll and always made sure we had everything we needed. Other than that, we spent a lot of time figuring things out for ourselves. The front desk did not tell us of any events or attractions on the property. The staff working the front desk of the spa were cold and rude. We walked in to book a spa and had to greet her first, to which she responded with pointing at the list of services we could choose from and went back to looking at something on the computer. When we went to the lobby to make reservations for dinner, the gentleman working was sitting there cutting strips of something and never greeted us, when we spoke to him he appeared bothered and gave us no information. He said we did not need reservations to which we replied we knew we needed them for the Senses show and hibachi, and he said yes you do. Our mini fridge was not restocked one day after leaving a generous tip for him the day prior; we called to let them know we needed a restock that it hadn’t been done and it still was never done. The bartender working at the Marlin when I went up for a drink was unpleasant and seemed bothered to be making drinks for anyone. There are glimmers of good service and I think it could be a great vacation spot if management worked on the customer service aspect. This is our 3rd time to Jamaica, we love Jamaica and the people here and have always had excellent service and friendly faces at other resorts. I'm not completely sure we will be coming back to this resort.

Absolutely amazing resort, I loved everything about it. Staff, food, activities, rooms all amazing. Staff couldn’t do more for you, always smiling and will do anything for you. I would like to say a special thank you to Carla from the pool bar, she is amazing, really looked after me and kept the drinks flowing. I had a swim up room and she would always come over and ask me if I wanted more drinks. Service with a great smile, she is amazing works really hard. She must walk miles as she is always walking around the pool making sure everyone is ok.I really can’t fault this resort really can’t. The selection of restaurants is amazing, I have spent 2 weeks here and I don’t want to go home.

This was my first time at Ocean Eden Bay and my expectations were far exceeded! The property is truly beautiful and the room experience was pleasant. Highest commendation goes to customer service. From check-in to check-out, we were met with genuine greetings, smile, pleasant conversations of staff wherever we went on the property. It was a breath of fresh air that fixed the tone of the entire stay. Thank you!
