Excellent service from Chantal, Her customer services skills was top notch. I was unfamiliar with her location so she agreed to meet me at a popular landmark (fire station) and took me to her salon to have my hair cut and color done. Showed her a picture of the hairstyle I desired and she executed to perfection.

I've been going to otancia's for about a year now and I can't say enough about how well she treats her customers! She always does a great job and takes her time with her craft. What I find incredibly helpful is if you ever want something changed she is more than willing to adjust it to your liking. She deserves more than a 5 star rating.
