My wife and I scheduled a couples massage and received the guided aqua hydrotherapy for the hour preceding our massage. The guided hydrotherapy and massage by the ocean were both amazing! The staff was extremely nice and patient with us. If you're ever at the Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica, I highly recommend time at the spa!

Gorgeous Mille spa facility located in the excellence oyster Bay all inclusive resort. Located near the club beach house section, and if you booked a club level stay you get a free hydrotherapy treatment.... Highly recommend partaking in the nearly ten +step treatment of temperatures, water pressures and absolute relaxation. You need to book a day and time so be sure to do this on day one of your stay as it fills up fast. Also loved the pedicure, perfect for a luxe touch up after walking on the sand

I would say the best spa experience I've had. Had an hour hydrotherapy followed by a 2 hour massage ending in a chill out on a swaying bed. Staff were friendly, funny but still very professional. Look out for daily offers. Well worth the money.

A wonderful, relaxing experience!! Definitely do the hydrotherapy before your treatment... It is an experience! Loved the Jamaica Cocoon treatment, although they don't actually wrap you up like a cocoon.

For the ultimate pampering experience while staying at the Excellence Oyster Bay Resort, head over to the Miile Spa. We arrived early for a 45 minute hydrotherapy session that was refreshing in its own right. The various stations were timed and a special shout out to Patrice, our amazing designated host who kept us moving along. Our couples massage session with Stacey and Semoy was absolutely relaxing! I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our visit here.

Our spa experience at the resort was tranquil and a highlight, deserving a 4/5 rating. The serene ambiance immediately set a relaxing tone. We were both booked for pedicures, and my wife additionally inquired about adding a manicure, specifically asking for gel or shellac options. The front desk staff assured us that these were available, which was a key factor in our decision to book. However, just before our session was to begin, the spa technicians informed us that gel or shellac options were not available after all. This was quite disappointing, as the manicure was an important aspect for my wife, and had we known about the unavailability beforehand, we might have reconsidered our booking. Despite this, we proceeded with our pedicures, not wishing to cancel at the last minute. The pedicure session itself turned out to be exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Simone and Shanika. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuinely caring approach made our experience memorable. The quality of the pedicure and the overall luxurious care we received were noteworthy. Although the initial miscommunication about the manicure services prevented a full 5/5 rating, the excellent service from Simone and Shanika deserves recognition. Their professionalism and kindness greatly enhanced our spa visit, making it a valued part of our stay.

The spa was fantastic. We enjoyed every second. The staff was exceptional. Clifton was our guide and he was phenomenal. Excellent Customer service. The best!
