This place deserves all the stars there are to give. The location is amazing and provides a sense of security given their protocols with security and check in procedures. I had no idea Stonebrook had such an amazing gem tucked away inside. This villa is mainly self check in but we had to pleasure of meeting the host who was so hospitable. After opening the room door I felt like we were at a resort. It's spacious, it's clean, it's welcoming, it's breathtaking. Nothing short of amazing. We didn't need to ask for anything while we were there, everything was already in the room. Iron and board, utensils, towels, mop, Broom, everything. The outdoor pool was amazing, it even has a jacuzzi to relax in. No complaints here, would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and it certainly won't be my last stay here.

Great customer service, quick response time & clear instructions given about how to get to and gain access to the property. Check in was smooth. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Overall - Great stay.

I stayed here with my family. It was home away from home. The room was very clean and decor was lovely. I loved the ambiance - very peaceful and quiet. State of the art appliances for your every need. Entrance to the property and rooms is very secure. I felt safe. I would stay here again. We didn't get to use the pool but maybe another time.

I like the method of checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. could get my laundry done. Area where my toddler could get his daily dose of playtime. I loved it. 👍

A group of us stayed at the Vista Inn for the weekend and it was marvelous. The space was absolutely comfortable and airy and clean. It was a rich experience which we hope to repeat. We had everything to make our lives comfortable and enjoyable. Thumbs up to the Vista Inn

This place is a hidden gem!! My husbands family lives near Falmouth and when we we looking online for places to stay and we came across The Vista Inn online. The location is great, it’s very close to Montego Bay and the beaches. It’s in a nice gated community. The rooms are updated and have nicely appointed kitchenettes fully stocked with utensils, microwaves and all of the cooking supplies even has a refrigerator with a freezer. The rooms also have cable, and a smart remote where you can log into Netflix and great wifi. We booked for one night initially and stayed in studio 1 which had sliding doors that opened directly to the pool area. The pool is clean and nice there are even games and gym equipment next to the pool. We liked the hotel so much we decided to stay for another night. We ended up having a 3rd person join us so the owner accommodated moving us up to a bigger room for the 2nd night. Studio 4 was larger with an extra bed and couch. Overall, the place was great. The owner was super accommodating and the check in was smooth and easy.

Our experience was exceptional. Miss May was very attentive to our needs. We only spent one night but everything you could possibly need is there. Quiet neighborhood, amazing pool and entertainment area around poolside. It was clean and all spaces are utilized adequately. Thanks again, I would recommend and definitely go again.

I enjoyed my stay at Vista Inn, Alexander was very welcoming and accomodating. I had an early engagement and was able to check in before original check in time. Customer service was top tier. The room was clean, quiet and felt homey. Everything well organized and I felt secured. I will definitely be visting again.

First, the owner is excellent at customer service and comes across to genuinely care. Whilst he was not on site, his response to any questions was immediate. His staff, work to a high standard and welcoming. Non intrusive, reliable and friendly. The booking is value for money, though my room / room 1 was slightly a bit small for me, but delivered the key purpose for our visit to faulmouth. Too add, we were offered a bigger room, which was perfect size. However we chose to stay in room 1 for other reasons. The bed is super comfortable, linen, towels, shower curtain all new like / clean, good quality. Most utensils are there, not chipped or discoloured all good products - possibly could do with some cereal bowls, and more than 1 drinking glass, but otherwise your good to go. Wifi excellent TV - has got to be one of the best I have experienced ( I have stayed in hotels like Grand Palladium, Meliah, Iberstar jewels dunns river etc ).- lots of choices, clear picture, conducive to watch with ease. This house in located in a residential area it is so peaceful, the rooftop chill out time was delightful. Comfortable furniture, good views. Lovely. The mini pool is inviting, right next to room 1, made me feel like it was just for me. Lol. It was well kept and clean. The best thing about staying here, I felt so safe. Security in / out of the estate is 5 star standard. Security at the property itself is A1. If I was to have a feedback point, it would be enabling pre order breakfasts, and fresh coffee, 2 bottles of water for arrivals and powder milk for a hot drink ( which I would be happy to pay for). Hairdryer. That's it. So in summary, brilliant experience, will encourage people to stay here. You will be seeing us again this year, without a doubt. Thank you
