I wish I could give you guys 10 stars 🌟 because you deserve it. Everything about this place is amazing from the pretty receptionist who was so welcoming, to the Lead Dentist and his associates (young beautiful ladies they are) who did an amazing job. I think they are the few people who enjoy doing what they do. The place is super clean and nicely decorated, it felt like home, no uncessary posters on the wall about our teeth problems😂 I thought the whole procedure would take 20minutes max, but took over an hour because they did everything thoroughly. I'm not even sure which tooth they did, it's unbelievable smooth.😂 Great job you guys, I'll be seeing you every 10 days.

Amazing staff, friendly and professional. There level of customer care is top tier and for me customer service is everything as I'm frontline customer service person myself. I felt safe and comfortable with this team and I'm definitely keeping them as my permanent dental office for all my dental needs. They are quite a drive from my home but the service they offer is worth it. I've had a few treatments there and on each occasion they checked in with me to ensure I was ok and to see if everything went well and that for me speaks volume.... A big thank you to the northern dental team and a big thank you to my dentist am always having little time and he always come through and had me out in time. I'll see you guys soon

I would recommend service to everyone. Its of the hightest standard. I went there and have my teeth clean and the lady who did it was so professional and gentle. The whole process was pain free. I do not remember her name but she is the best. My visit was on Monday July 10, 2023.

Did a excellent job but i was quoted one price and had to pay another after the procedure and its in USD not Jamaican.

First visit for our two years old twins. From the moment we walked in it was 5 star service. The lady at the front desk was warm and pleasant. Hanging around with two toddlers for hours while we all get our teeth cleaned and checked was a disaster waiting to happen but it never did. Mrs Cooke our Dental Hygienist was excellent 👌 with the kids. They were super happy with the toys/gifts they received which kept them busy while Daddy went in for his cleaning. It is hard to believe that two year old toddlers had fun at the dentist but they sure did! As for me, I have always had a fair of the dentist but Dr. Cooke restored my trust after many bad experiences as a kid. I almost fell asleep while getting my cleaning done by Mrs. Cooke 😂. It was the most rest and relaxation I have had in two years. Excellent service!

Northern Dental has been my dentist now for a decade. They are clean, professional and welcoming consistently. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile. Big up to the team at the front desk. Today I did my usual cleaning and it was very calm and relaxing no discomfort because my hygienist Mrs Cooke does her best, no one cleans teeth better than her in my eyes hence I salute your excellent jobs. Nuff Love and respect to the great team in Falmouth. Doctor Cooke is a great Dentist and he has a awesome team working with him. Our experience was amazing. My son had his first cleaning done here, from the registration to the procedure was seamless. The Hygienist was very gentle with him and informed me what was happening every step of the way. Definitely a five 🌟 experience.
