Tourist trap. I've done significantly better zip lining in the US and Mexico. It's a whopping 4 lines of zipping. The river rafting was kinda cool but super sketchy. Everything was cramped onto groups of 24 which I've also never seen a legitimate zip lining company in the US and Mexico ever do. And they rush you between activities too. Which is funny because other tourist traps will claim Jamaica time to slow things down and go at a reasonable pace. They operate on 💸 time at Chukka. Oh - and they take tons of photos but charge $100+ if you want them all. Prices are cheaper in person too, so buy them there if you really want them. Pros: the water is cool and they have half decent jerk chicken for $17 a plate 💸🤑

We had a great day here on a cruise excursion. We did the river tubing which lasted about 45 minutes with a 7or 8 minute ride to the river put in. Our guide Romaine was excellent and taught us a lot about the history of the property as well as the local flora. We spent the rest of the day in the pool and also did the rum tasting. Jessica our tasting guide was knowledgeable and fun. Oikenowas our tour guide for the day and she was great with all the kids and taught us a lot about Jamaica and the Falmouth area on our ride to the property.

What an awesome place with so much to do. Take insect repellent though as I got bit a few times. Fab food and a good tour around Rum tasting was good too. Fab cocktails at the bar. Dirty banana without the coffee was lovely

Very overpriced. We paid US$99 per person for tubing a very short distance where we walked up the stream. Tropical scenery is nice, but nothing dramatic.

The actual excursion with Captain Z was beautiful. But the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed with the two cruise ships that had arrived earliar in the day. They initially couldn't find our waiver, then had issues getting that together. Then there was a whole park there and restaurant which we could have taken advantage of but we were whisked away by our driver. Would have been nice if it was a little more laid back instead of rushed...

This is hands down a must. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as late arrivals. Our river guide Romain Cambell was pleasant and very knowledgeable and added a few extra surprises along the way. I thought on one hand the rafting was short but on the other how long do you really want to be floating on a river with so much other things to do in Jamaica.

Excellent experience. Great for family fun day. The staff was attentive and well knowledgeable about the property. A big big up to the life guards. They kept the pool area safe and entertaining for all age groups. WELL DONE TEAM CHUKKA

Visited this attraction as part of a Princess Cruise excursion. The description Princess gave for the excursion did not quite match up with the actual experience. Don’t fault Chukka for that. The estate is beautiful. The historical background presented by our guide was interesting. The facilities I think have suffered neglect during the pandemic. I’m sure it was difficult for them. However, I think they need to improve the services they offer there and upgrade the facilities. There was no food service. No waiters offering drinks. The pool seemed less than clean.

Nice location deep in the rain forest but they were way over capacity with services feeling overwhelmed impacting our experience. Food took an hour and was cold... The pool was over crowded and dirty and even returning on the bus took 30 minutes as they all filled up and had to wait for more to come... If on a Disney cruise then I'd say stay in the ship and enjoy the time there.

Went rafting. The rafting was fun, and our guide was friendly. There is a few pools, hammocks, a place to get Jamaican food, adult beverages and etc. It's worth admission with family!

River tubing was such a fun experience! I was surprised at first that we had to wear helmets, but they explained it was due to falling bamboo. We sprayed ourselves with bug spray before hand, which was a great decision! Our guides Odean and Papa Smurf were great! They helped up navigate the river, especially after getting stuck in a dead spot in the flow of the river. They were so funny and really made our tour remarkable! :) The views on the river were beautiful! Make sure to bring cash to tip the guides and to purchase drinks on the river!

This place is amazing, the water slide, the pool, the falls, the zipline, the river tubing, OMG it was perfect. Had the best experience. My tour guide Kamar, not sure if i got his name right. He was awesome, he told us some lovely stories while we were river tubing. The lifeguards too were well respectable. There's one that was truly great, he's short and dark skin, he made a dog for my son with a balloon and a balloon hat for me. I'd definitely go back. Loved it.

This place was absolutely incredible. Okeno was the perfect host. She was incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable, funny and charming. Every employee made you feel welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, there were so many things to do. Incredibly relaxing. Fun for adults and children

Amazing little place to walk around and have a rum taste. Pool was inviting but we were on a tour and not enough time - good jerk chicken too.

We booked our bamboo rafting excursion at our resort. The rafting was so beautiful and relaxing. We wish we had the opportunity to book and do zip lining too. There's other activities to do at the property once you are done.

I had a great time. The scenery was breathtaking and the staff was helpful and informative. Special shoutout to Wayne, my bamboo raft captain. He made me feel comfortable, safe, and was a great photographer. I will definitely be back.

Worth every penny. Zip line was the best part. 😀 Friendly and qualified ,responsible staff. Highly recommend this tour. Rafting in Martha brea river was bliss.

I came to chukka from a cruise and enjoyed my experience. Although it was rainy, the area and atmosphere was gorgeous! It took ~25 minutes by bus to get there, a bumpy ride but a really gorgeous ride. We went zip lining which had some hiking in it (I recommend long pants, shoes you don't mind getting a little muddy and bug spray). The guides were friendly and funny. The people working everything else were not friendly. The food was okay, expensive, but the mango smoothie was delicious.

I loved this had so much fun. We did the river raft it was awesome. I also went down the water slide. They offer food and drink. I only had 1 issue young lady skinny at the front desk was very rude and short with people 😒 but other than that no issue

One of my favorite Chukka locations. There are so many activities you can do here such as zip lining, bamboo river rafting, river tubing, e-bike riding and appleton rum tasting. My personal favorite tours here are the zip lining and e-bike riding. The zip lines at this location are high and long for a truly remarkable experience. The e-bike tour gives you an opportunity to ride through near by communities while learning some history about the areas. Riding is easy since the bikes are electronic (hence 'e'-bike). If you're a big rum fan, be sure to participate in their appleton rum tasting on property and purchase some of their older rum bottles to take home with you.

Fantastic excursions and tour guides. We arrived late and they entire staff was accommodating - I suggest getting the "thrill seeker" package to experience the entire place, including ziplining, rum tasting, river tubing, and river rafting with limestone massage. Shout out to Jevean, Fritz, and the rest of the team for the wonderful experience!

It was a beautiful place to visit I had a great time on the river raft. They also have a restaurant that serves amazing food.

My husband and I went for the bamboo rafting. However, there should be a disclaimer. To get to the rafting, was probably the toughest ride I have ever taken. I was sore the entire next day. You have to be able to climb into a safari style jeep, which is approximately 4-5 ft high off the ground. I would not suggest this for folks with back ailments. There was rum tasting on site, however when I asked about it; everyone seemed clueless. By the time they figured it out, our bus was there to pick us up. Felt like they did not want to entertain the rum tasting.

Great place for family and adventure There best part of my tour was with Oshine on the river tube. He made the experience entertaining and fun !!! Definitely will be back soon.

My sister and I loved it! Riding on the raft was amazing! The guy guiding the raft was awesome! The scenery is incredible! And we had some great jerk chicken! The whole experience was WONDERFUL!

Friendly staff and fun place. Did the river tubing and also their Rum Tasting class. Shuttle (bus) driver was not the most friendly from pick up and almost set a bad tone for the trip. But when we got to destination, people there were more welcoming and pleasant.

We went here on an excursion from Royal Caribbean. The drive to the resort was nerve-wracking, but the driver was top-notch. The resort was beautiful. The pool was large enough for everyone to have some space. There is a was a 'climb' to the waterfall. There is a slide that was better than the one on the ship. Food and drinks are available. I felt totally safe here.

This place was awesome. We did the the zipline/river tubing combo. O'shea (can't remember his spelling) on our tubing adventure was awesome. Kids said he was our favorite tour guide from the whole trip. The dude deserves a raise. Definitely recommend visiting if possible. The facilities are well maintained and so so relaxing with pool and water slide.

17/12/2022 - I am terrible with names but the coach driver was Mr Brown. The tour guide on the coach was terrific, she was such good fun as was the guide and the ladies who served our party lunch. It was a super ending to the last day of the Marella cruise.

It was an amazing experience. I am still talking about it. The staff was welcoming. The Tour guides were super friendly and equally fun. We did Ziplining and River Tubing! Shout out to Antonique, Romaine, DeShawn, Onesta and Berris. They made it an unforgettable day...Chukka Good Hope will definitely see me again!
