Michael was an excellent captain and we were lucky to have perfect conditions the one night we made a special trip just to see the lagoon: it hadn’t rained much lately, it was sunny during the day (apparently this helps charge up the glowing dinoflagellates) and we departed before moonrise so the sky was exceptionally dark. The glow was even stronger and more magical than I had hoped! I can’t recommend this experience enough. The water was warm and shallow (only 4 ft deep) so don’t bother with snorkel gear or anything because the effect is best observed from the surface anyways. Pictures do not do it justice , you must see for yourself. We stayed at Fisherman’s Inn for the night where Michael docks his boat and that was a good experience too.

We had the most amazing experience at this establishment and our trip out onto the lagoon. We are a family of 6, and my biggest concern was getting on a boat after dark with a bunch of adults and getting my 4 kids in the water. Our tour was perfect! We drove to the establishment and our jased the tickets directly for a fraction of what these tour boats cost. We were met by the most friendly gentleman and welxomed like family. Our tour was not rushed, calm, so much fun, and we got a ton of photos! I cannot recommend them enough!

Michael was incredible! He made my wife’s birthday memorable and had her in total awe with the private tour and swim of the lagoon. This was my second time visiting with him and will be back again and bring more people.

Great experience! Finally see the wonderful Luminous Lagoon. We were lucky to just stop by Michael’s store and fix the appointment the same day. We started around 18:30 in the evening and had great fun in the water! Michael is a good captain 😊

Very nice people they try to chat a little bit and socialise. They’ll film you swimming if you give them your camera/phone. Very relaxed definitely a nice place to go to if you want to see the waters. The bout isn’t anything luxurious wish for me and some others way more enjoyable.

Michael was a great captain to an unforgettable experience. We booked the tour in advance, he picked us up at the hotel and drove us back personally. Once at the boat it ended up just being our family on the boat, while all the “hotel” boats were overcrowded.

My wife and I did the luminous waters tour and it was an incredible experience. It was surreal and totally worth it! Michael and Eric did a great job taking us on the tour. We did not make a reservation, we were walk-ins

Michael is the real deal! If you want the local vibe tour I highly recommend Faithful Waters with Michael. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and fun. We felt like we had our own private tour. Not to mention the waters were so vibrant and beautiful when we went.

I don't know why most Jamaican tour people try and Rip off tourists. I paid to go out on the boat they had a photographer. All the photos 20$usd or if you only want a couple 5$usd each. If the photographer did a half decent job I'd gladly pay the 20$USD for all I only liked 2 photos out of the 10 the camera man took. Then as soon as we got to the dock and I pulled out money deal changed. If you like being ripped off or Mislead feel free to come but I don't agree with that service.

On Friday March 31st 2023, my Husband and I went to see the bioluminescent waters in Falmouth, Jamaica at Faithful Waters Luminous Lagoon. We were welcomed by Craig who was so pleasant and professional. After getting acclimated with our environment, Craig escorted us to the Boat and Boat Captain Eric. We sailed off into the night towards the Lagoon area and anchored. The night waters were calm, so we got into the water and the bioluminescent creatures came alive. It was magical and amazing! The warm water along with the blue magical bioluminescent all around us was therapeutic. Eric, our Boat Captain gave us plenty time to enjoy every moment of this magical experience and safely brought us back to the dock. Thank you Eric and Craig for your lovely coordination and hospitality! This experience is a must see for yourself with the naked eyes, pictures alone cannot define how beautiful it really is. Criag & Eric did a good job accommodating my Husband and I last minute , we enjoyed the tour it was very nice . I got some of the majic water to take back home . I would recommend and I would definitely do again and bring my kids
