I have bought a house which I wish I didn't and after I bought the house the services was really bad

cheater company. too many hidden fees and you can't put the property in your name if you are foreigner. the charge you maintenance fees more than twice monthly. not recommended

♿☑️ customer service was the most beautiful thing about the place and it's so just insanely beautiful. Excellent location with great views, close to Eastern Mediterranean University and the heart of Famagusta. It has corporate offices buildings with apartment blocks and the only downside it can be expensive but totally worth it for those that can afford it, also the company is one of the largest real estates developers in Northern Cyprus.
