Meets your expectations from a restaurant of this type, a restaurant par excellence. large garden with a lot of shaded tables, not all tables are covered though, so if you go there for lunch or in the afternoon to grab a bite you might get roasted under the scorching sun. Inside the restaurant is spacious with modern furniture, really clean toilets.

Beautiful interior. Wide range of menu. Food is not cheap compared to other restaurants in magusa. In all? It’s a nice place to be.

I would not recommend this place—careless and lazy staff. Their playground provided for kids is just dangerous. My little one fell out of the swing and hit his head. They turned a blind eye; no help was offered whatsoever.

The worst service I every saw. All of the waiters should first learn how to deal with guest. Ignoring the guest is a no go!! The food is not better then the service, expensive and not worth it. I was 8 years ago in this restaurant and it is a big difference between how it was and how it is!!

Excellent big restaurant. Extensive menu. Good prices. Nice Park and outdoor seatings. Fast service. Waiters should be able to communicate in English as there are a lot of tourists however everything else is excellent.

Came here for first time in a long time & bumped in Hilal from Lefkoşa branch & I knew I was going to have amazing service….when you think of Califorian & all that is good, think of Hilal….he is now the reason I come to the restaurant, never too much for anything I ask….they should rename the restaurant Hilal, best service in North Cyprus without a doubt.

♿✔️ wheelchair accessible. I was breathless the moment I stepped in, this is place is an absolute beauty indeed a true gold. Service was fantastic and the food, best I ever had so far in Famagusta. I had my beloved Chicken Cecilia: chicken breast with goat cheese topped with shrimps, avocado and pesto creme sauce served with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables. I have always been a big fan of goat cheese and this was one of the best and ended up going twice the same day for lunch and dinner. I'll also recommend Chicken Almond in Chinese section of the menu, check out Sizzling Chicken & Shrimps too. It can be pricey but you will sure love it.

I'm not going to say not recommended, food look good service good but I must point out unpleasant dog's wondering around the tables carrying so many green and black fly's they carrying with them and then they land on your food. Instead of concentrating, enjoying your food you end up fighting with fly's on top of your food. End of the evening unfortunately My wife was Sick. I'm so sorry end up writing this.

I have no words to describe how special this place is! With my profession I have traveled a lot around the world and I can say it is usually very difficult for me to be impressed. But in this restaurant every time I feel special. Tonight I tried to focus on the back ground music and to say "this song is not suitable". But there wasn't even one such song. The atmosphere of 1940s America is truly unique. The green grass and the garden are always in excellent condition. On this Sunday evening, our table happened to be right next to a fragrant jasmine bush. The restaurant was extremely busy, but this did not affect the quality of service at all. My kid ordered chicken wings and I tried to talk him out of ordering a steak or something else he could have for dinner. However he insisted, and when the portion came, it was a sized portion for an adult. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty, not burnt but crispy. The prices are more than normal. I recommend Californian restaurant with my two hands. As long as we live in Cyprus, I will always come here.

Very slow service. Visited the place during the day and it had only a few customers. However, it felt like our table was completely forgotten. We asked for an extra drink, but it never came. Bread was cold, and nobody cared about our empty plates. Given that the prices are at high end, definitely will not recommend this restaurant.

The best restaurant I've ever dined in. Just today I came here with my boyfriend. And I saw them cooking hot wine I just asked for some and they gave me in 2 minutes with a big smile on their face. And they made us meet the amazing chef who cooked our amazing meals. I'm 24 yo and i lived in cyprus my whole life. Never had this much happiness in one restaurant.
