Highly recommended. Welcoming staff, professional service. The behaviour, attitude and presence of the staff deserves a 5 star rating of its own. We felt so looked after and welcomed, more than in any 5 star hotel. we can't wait to stay here again.

My stay in North Cyprus was most enjoyable..... and remarkably inexpensive. I found that some improvements could be made with accommodation, but what the hotel lacks in comfort, is more than made up by the helpfulness of all the staff. Very nice people 😁 I think that any criticism one may have, should be weighed against the cost, economic development and excellent manners of the hosts. I would happily return 😎

A landmark hotel specifically designed to be noticed and astonished. A luxury hotel and home away from home for those that want to relaxed and entertain themselves. With colorful interior, catering and outdoor services including gymnasium.

A ship like hotel, well designed and located in a quiet and peaceful area. Very close to the Onder shopping mall. From the upper floors you can get a good view of the river.

This hotel has a tipping culture. Everyone who works here expects a tip, from the kitchen staff, the dining room staff, those who work in reception bedmakers, all and sundry are hungry for tips, boxes for tips are visibly apparent everywhere in this hotel. In my humble opinion tipping [bahşiş] is the worst of Anglo-American culture that has been foisted upon this nation. Tipping is a sign in my opinion of a lax management, a management who expect their staff to go out and work for their income from the customers. Meanwhile management ignore the problems that customers face with the hotel. For example in the dining room there was seemingly a complete absence of a supervisor ensuring customers got what they needed and things and the layout of foods were arranged efficiently in the dining room. Most of Europe has abandoned tipping.

I had a room without a balcony and had a little problem to get my wet clothes dry. Therefore I recommend to you to book a room with balcony. This rooms are also on the backside of the hotel and therefore quiet. Despite my minus listings, I would give the hotel one more chance and would come again. + Clean and not too small room (standard room without balcony) + Nice breakfast, a lot of options, very good + Good location, near to cafés and food spots + Supermarket, Hairdresser nearby + Staff is helpful if you ask + Restaurant inside, I ordered 1 time food with room service. It came fast and the meal was ok + Swimming pool and gym included + Massage service (extra cost) + Service to drive to the beach (no extra cost) + A lot of parking opportunities around the Hotel - Sometimes Internet disconnections but speed is ok - All staff from reception to cleaning staff until waiter in this hotel should more smiling and communicate with their guests, a good morning or hello to "all" guests let feels the guests welcome, but if you have any question the staff help as much as they can - My room needs a coat of paint on the ceiling - I asked for a quiet room in a quiet part of the hotel and I became a room where the window was on the main street, supermarket and the mosque side.

It's a nice and clean hotel in the outskirts of the walled city of Famagusta - walking distance. Good value for money and the rooms come with free breakfast. The selection was good and plentiful.

We got nice, spacious, clean and just renovated rooms. Though surprisingly WC-shower did not have any actual ventilation but a little window that one must open. The location of the hotel is ok. You can easily walk to the old town and the great walls surrounding it or take a taxi which is quite cheap. The breakfast is excellent. Staff is great. Pricing is very reasonable. Definitely value for money!

Good and cozy hotel. Location is optimal. They provide free tickets to Devran Beach. The room was big and clean. Housekeeping in good level. Definitely can be recommended for those who are looking for a balanced hotel for staying in Famagusta.

We have stayed there twice. The first time I was before covid-19 restrictions and it was beautiful with an excellent buffet breakfast, the like of which I had never seen before. The hotel also had an excellent evening menu. The food was delicious and the waiter wonderful with his recommendations. Nothing disappointed except the area around the hotel, the area is partly industrial. A mostly residential area close to the port. There was ample outdoor parking and a large supermarket across the road. The underground parking seemed quite risky I doubt it will be secure and it wasn't well laid out. There is a security man there at night. The next time we stayed it was entirely different, due to covid restrictions there was no buffet breakfast and what was sent to the room was a polystyrene box with plastic packaged bread and cheese and not much else. I felt sorry for the staff who were plainly trying to do their best in difficult circumstances. On the second occasion the room was poor, smelt of smoke and didn't have the basic amenities which you would expect with the kitchen such as knives and spoons. There was no hairdryer and the bed sheet was in two pieces which didn't even match. I would love it if the hotel could return to its former glory. I will gladly go back if I heard it had improved.

Large room, huge restroom, a balcony. The reception lady was very helpful. There was a large, well equipped gym in the basement, good sized pool, and a very nice sauna. The breakfast could be improved. Overall, nice hotel but a bit too expensive for its offerings and location.

Very nice place for the money, if you need to be near the port or yacht club. Not quiet, unfortunately.

The hotel is in a very convenient position a car is needed to get to old town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious , very clean and had all the toiletries you may require plus slippers. The breakfast buffet was excellent, very Turkish as one would expect. I would 'recommend this hotel for visitors to Famagusta.
