A lovely place for coffee and dessert!

Nice place for cappuccino, cool down and desert after walking the old city. Nice seating with air conditioning inside. Pleasant staff. Finding a nice French style patisserie in Cyprus is hard , this place fits the bill.

The best cakes/desserts you will ever have! Owners and staff are very nice and helpful and the cakes/desserts are addictive. We came every night after dinner to enjoy them with a cup of turkish coffee.

Is a bit pricey and service is slow ( it’s also self service, so you should go there and order and then again go and receive your order) but the atmosphere is likely and the sweets are tender. The homemade lemonade is a bit more sauer than it should be but it’s nice. The place is located at center so it’s easy access. Lovely decoration ☕️🍰

Tatli Hayat is perfectly situated within Famagusta's historic old city walls, offering a breathtaking backdrop. We enjoyed coffee al fresco while embracing the world passing by. It's an ideal spot for a break when exploring the enchanting wonders of ancient Famagusta.

Sweet retro Café. I had the selfmade "Tatlı Hayat Special Chocolate Cake" and it was incredible tasty. The taste was chocolate and like almond inside and a kind of jam, very nice. The Ice Latte selection are also very nice. I tried 2 different tastes. You can choose without any doubts, it's refreshing and tasty. + Very kind and smiling staff + Very tasty Cakes and Ice Latte + Quick served + Very nice ambience inside and outside + Nice area, good parking possibilities - A little small portion (maybe the other cakes have bigger portions) - The price is higher than other Cafés in Famagusta ( I payed about 10€ for the Cake and Ice Latte)

A true gem found in the heart of Famagusta. Very friendly owner and staff in this self service establishment. Let your guilt of eating freshly made cakes, full of fresh natural ingredients no artificial compositions be their pleasure. Love the retro style surroundings and fantastic aura that resonates throughout. Put your feet up and have a coffee. A must visit recommended.

The coffee was really good. I had a cheesecake with raspberry marmalade on top and it was amazing. The homemade lemonade was absolutely delicious and refreshing after a walk through the old town.They served it in a really cool glass.Would definitely recommend it!!The staff was friendly too :)

Very cute cafe. Ive tries bubble tea the drink was not so good but the environment is nice. Deserts certainly looking nice.

The coffee is delicious - especially the white chocolate mocha! More over everyone is super friendly… perfect coffee stop!

The coffee and cakes are OUTSTANDING. But it's a bit strange that there is no menu or prices mentioned or any receipts given. So there's really no way to know how much you're going to pay till you buy it. Unless you ask. We paid 53 lira for a black coffee, a cappuccino and a brownie.

We were in the Old City of Famagusta for 10 days in August; it can be extremely hot; Tatli Hayat was our oasis multiple times per day; the space is fantastic, stylish and just generally comfortable; we truly relaxed here; if you are a coffee person the baristas are first quality and the bakers are truly creative; we enjoyed the cakes and everything about this place; we can’t say enough good things about this coffee house; if you are in the area it is a must visit.

This place has a huge contribution to my mental health. Very good interior design, incredible deserts and perfect coffee.

Great coffee, tea and lemonade. Good selection of quality cake etc too. Set in a restored building with an eclectic furnishings. Outside tables too.
