I hate this place, what a disaster. Almost bigger then Panama City but nothing or no one that will help you or let you enjoy the facilities. Would give 0 stars if that was an option

The place is nice, food was good, staff ok. They didn't give us some info. We had to find out ourselves. Shower🚿 was not working properly. We didn't have internet connection.

Nice place right on the beach. Just need covid19 to end so can enjoy it.

We have been to this place numerous times in the last five years it is getting more popular and more services. It boasts the largest pool in Central America, it also has an all inclusive , hotel, condos, villas and a town square.

Fun beach and pools. I just wish that the lagoon could've been usable by everyone, not just owners of apartments in the area

Saltwater pool was huge and fun, beach is steep and ok, this is a local Panamanian hotel...not an American or European property.

The rooms are extremely nice, refrigerator, kitchen and large bathroom. Very clean. Sadly the electricity went out due to work on the electricity during our stay, but did solve. I did notice though it seems the other resorts in the area are a bit nicer.

Most of the water sections is reserved for owners and water activities (banana boats and other rentals)

Go to other resorts if you want an actual vacation experience and not to be placed in someone’s vacation apartment during “The High Season”. This place calls themselves Playa Blanca and you pay to stay there then they place you in their second and cheaper property called “Town Center Suites” and try to convince you that it’s your fault they put you in Town Center because you booked the room online. A complete joke. They offer no sympathy for their guests and refuse to give you a refund for the price difference of putting you in a cheaper and completely different property than what you paid for.

Not well maintained . Ants all over apartments and can be noisy at times.

Had friends stay there , but could not go in to pick them up
