Great Costa, we’ll located. Ample parking, and rarely get too busy. Outside seating and toilets too. Staff are fantastic, friendly and even know the locals by name and there orders. Shows their attention and attitude… great to see. Stock levels tends to be a bit hit and Miss but that’s not there fault, but I’ve learned always to ask if you don’t see what you want … it might just be squirrelled away out back…. Worth a visit if you want Costa and are passing. 👍🏻

Popped in for coffee & cake today (11/11/23 & we’re ok with our order, but when home, we realised there had been some gum on the seat my wife had sat in. We’d like to think that this would have been seen whilst the table had been previously cleaned, but this soured our experience at this branch.

The staff here have always been great, and considering they were flat out we we visited, they were all very friendly.

Normal Costa standard not used this branch before tucked away on industrial estate.

I went there for first time to have a coffee and was good experience so calm and clean

If you've been to a Costa before you know what to expect. I visited in the morning. The staff were friendly, the coffee good, and the tables/floor were clean. It was good to note that my table was cleared promptly, something not always done in other Costas. The only slight downside to my visit... there were no almond croissants!

This was our first visit to Costa in Farnham. The staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I wish that the staff works and all the other customers in Southampton because the staff here are definitely Costa flagship material. Thank you so much !

Popped in whilst waiting for am appointment. Can't really grade atmosphere as was quiet, was very cold in there and draft from window didn't help. Service was OK, staff friendly and always great coffee
