Great staff and decent rooms. The staff are awesome and couldn't be more helpful. A great low cost stay.

Rooms desperately need updating, we had room 25 that looked straight into the resteraunt, decor was a bit outdated and the room was for a disable person.

Stayed here when visiting family. We arrived early, there was a room ready and we were able to check in, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, with tea & coffee supplied, but unable to fit the large kettle under tap. The room was very warm but the heating wasn't on. The hotel is in a great location off the A27 We had breakfast on our last morning, it was freshly cooked and hot . We visit the area a couple of times a year and will definitely come back.

Amazing workers here. All very helpful, friendly and patient. It's not included in the original bill but we asked for a washing machine, they didn't only just wash it themselves, but the clothes also came dry and folded, even the socks were sorted together. Optional breakfast in the very morning, only caveat is it closing at 9 in the morning, which should be fine if you're planning an early morning day anyway.

Stayed here overnight for a family birthday party. Excellent service from the moment we arrived till we said our goodbyes. Rooms clean and well looked after staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend 5 *

Nice cosy & clean room with hairdryer, tea, coffee, chocolate & water. Good quality towels. Excellent service at checkin. Only complaint is beds not very comfy, but we were only there 2 nights, so not too bad. Good price. Didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment.

Host was extremely helpful and friendly. A pleasant stay. I would stay again.

Was a bit annoyed when I pulled into the driveway after I'd seen the hotel I thought it was a B&B it was too late to ring the office. So I went in expecting the worst, the lady at check in was lovely even though I was in a mood. Got the key went to the room ground floor rear of property, very large very comfy double bed great bathroom plenty of storage and very quiet everything I love in a hotel room. Cleanliness was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Booked for a base for an early morning funeral. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Didn't eat there but drank plenty. No draft Guiness but cans. I can't remember if there was any draft lager or bitter but Gin a plenty and red wine. Rooms were adequate and clean.

Comfortable room, good food at breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Handy little bar, lovely garden and patio area. Ideally situated for our needs.

Decent cheap option near train. Service was okay and rooms were decent. Nothing great but you do get what you pay for.

The staff are very attentive and will go and above and beyond to make your visit, I'm here on business this is my 3rd week and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic but comfy and have everything you need.

A clean and pleasant hotel, with friendly staff, conveniently situated and with a sizeable car park. Our main quibble is with the new breakfast menu which we - and some of the staff - struggled to understand. It's neither all-inclusive nor fully itemised. If you're not careful you can end up paying a lot for a traditional breakfast (such as tea/coffee, orange, cereal, cooked breakfast and toast and marmalade), potentially paying twice for some items, but if you want a small and simple breakfast you'll be okay. I found it odd that we weren't given an itemised breakdown of our breakfast orders when we were asked to settle the bill at the end of our stay - so we have no way of knowing if we were charged appropriately. Our other quibble is that we weren't told in advance that our room wouldn't be serviced during our (three night) stay, due to ongoing Covid concerns.

Handily placed just outside of Fareham. Rooms are a little old fashioned but perfectly clean and comfortable. Freshly prepared breakfasts (at extra cost) served in very nice conservatory.

Poor facilities. Furniture looked like it had been picked up from a thrift shop. Very 80s decor. No working space in the room (desk etc). Breakfast was poor considering the price. 6.50 for 2 rounds of bread, 2 bits of bacon and a singular sausage. If you have any issues with your stop the complaints emails are ignored and if you call to ask why your complaint is not being responded to the phone manner of whom said she was the deputy manager was terrible, very confrontational and aggressive on the phone. Sorry but I'd avoid. Much better places for less money.

Fantastic hotel. Really nice, homely rooms, breakfast served in conservatory, pretty little garden to sit in. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. Clean, warm, good location, good size car park, everything you need! Love it :) Home from home.

Warm welcome friendly staff, 😊 and free tea and Real coffee in room. We were attending a funeral, after check out and were able to leave later and store our Luggage . Perfect for our needs. Simple no frills accommodation. Highly recommended 👌
