    Over 20 emails back and forth and NO JOY- I unfortunately needed a different freezer drawer size - followed the prompts for a return - it generated a Royal Mail waybill and label - sent the item back and it was sign for and returned over a month ago - getting a refund has been an absolute nightmare - In fairness I received the item very speedily but the return process to get my refund - TERRIBLE! Perhaps one should consider shopping where you know that if the part of incorrect you are going to be assisted and not just sent a string of emails requesting tracking details which you furbish multiple times with nothing but generic responses and you go around in circles. Would not recommend

    Ordered a part for my fridge which was advertised as being in stock, delivery delayed and received an email saying it was being manufactured. Wrong part sent, different to the one in the picture online. Return generated and confirmed with a postal label. Item has been signed for but there is no sign of a refund, have emailed several chasers and no one replies. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind.

    Worst company possible! I ordered on Oct.15.22 a cable for a laptop for one of my customer. This cable never came. The phone is answered by a robot that doesn't even give you the opportunity to record a message, and on the website you get automatic answers. Tracking Number provided cannot be found on the Post Office website. So basically, they used my money for almost two months after which they returned my money without any explanation, not a single word of apology. Disgusting !

    My experience with this comapny started off really well. They had the part, posted it quickly and when it was not required they sent me the form to return it which I did following their instructions. I heard nothing from them. Their phone is no longer working. They have not responded to two email requests. Addendum. They paid the refund the day after I wrote the review but that was well over 2 weeks after the return so a bit tardy.

    Do Not bother with this company . Totally inadequate , zero service , refuse to answer emails meaningfully(just an automatic response),refuse to take any calls , on line chat 100% useless. Goods sent out (which I paid for)totally unmatched to request even having sent photos and serial numbers they still sent a random item of no use but I can not get ANY response that allows me to discuss the useless item I have paid for . A total waste of time and very frustrating . They wonder why only 1% leave a review ! Too frustrating sire to even do that ! I have emailed at least 6 times asking for assistance with the errors they have made but they refuse to contact . Or refund obviously ! If i could give a minus star rating I would ! An utter waste of a company !

    Stay clear of this website. Zero customer protection. You have a high chance of not receiving your items. I ordered 3 tv led-backlights worth over £200 from this website in February and paid for signed delivery. It’s 2 months since I ordered and they have refused to address my inquiries on my item delivery. Instead they send a tracking number which is clearly showing it hasn’t been delivered and each time I contact them, they send a generic response and refuse to address the issue. Feels like I may have been scammed.

    I would offer no star, absolute shambles ordered a part waited three working days for my item to leave their warehouse messaged several times to be given different information. One person telling me the parcel will be with me the next day another telling me to bare with them, very very vague with their information. I paid extra money for express shipping and still haven’t received my item that was supposed to be with me 3 days ago. I understand they can be busy this time of year however customers should not be sold a service if they are unable to manage deadlines. I will never be using this company again in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone.

    Ordered pcb board for subwoofer, paid for express delivery on a Friday and not expecting it until after the weekend, arrived on a Saturday, kept up to date at each stage of the order up until dispatch. Website could do with a bit of updating as does look slightly dated, other than that would definitely recommend in the future

    Bad experience, order and paid a part, once paid asked more money for shipping due to discrepancies with their shipment company, paid doble the initial shipping cost, then the part came damaged due to very poor packaging and maybe handling, when complained they offered 10% refund, for the price of the part, at this point I’ve spent more than 100€ in the part, more than 30€ in shipments and 40€ in customs, so the the 10% of refund is a joke, also offer a full refund loosing the 40€ from customs and the 30€ shipment wich makes no sense, refused all of that.

    Ordered a new grill pan and wire shelves for my Sons Candy oven. Easy to find on website. Easy to order. Delivery as requested. Looks like a new oven now! Will use again if required for other appliances and recommend!

    Very quickly dispatched I placed order late on a Friday (I was full expecting it to be packed on the Monday for it to arrive Tuesday/Wednesday) but was packed and dispatched that Friday it arrived Monday, only ordered for standard delivery. Ordered a Glass part and was packaged very safely.

    If I could, I would give them ZERO starts. Placed an order on the 14th of December and the parcel still didn't leave their warehouse. I keep receiving automatic e-mails apologising for the delay, but no further information. Tried contacting them via e-mail many times to understand what's going on but never heard back, and when calling it just goes to a full inbox. The part that I'm still trying to buy is quite expensive, so I'm terribly disappointed and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

    Poor customer service - ordered 2 products- received 1 and one on "15 day" back order. Two months later still no product - request refund. Three months later than original order the stock of original order arrives and you want me to pay delivery for the one you never sent originally ( as I asked for a refund after it being MIA for 2 months ) what a poor service!

    Terrible customer service and incorrect product - I was directed by Samsung themselves to purchase a spare product from this company. Samsung gave me the link to the correct product on the suppliers website to avoid any doubt. I proceeded to order the product and although the part number and image was correct in the packing slip - The actual product and part number was incorrect, looked different and didn't fit my TV. Mistakes happen but I have been unable to contact this company for a replacement / refund of ~ £120 because they don't provide a phone number and don't respond to multiple messages via their website (The only option they give). Hope to get a resolution soon, as been without a TV despite paying for priority delivery on the part and now further delayed waiting for a reply and delivery of the correct part

    Spares2repair's website identified the correct spare part for my TV. The price was reasonable. I selected the lowest cost standard delivery and it was delivered 2 days later using a tracked service. The part was well packaged and in perfect working order, my TV is now fixed.

    I ordered an infrared receiver base for the remote control built into the TV. I was a little apprehensive about ordering from Japan, but they reported to me in detail the status of the product I ordered. The product arrived in two weeks. It was packed very carefully. Thanks to you I was able to watch TV again. The quality of the Japanese mail order company is very high, but I was very surprised to find that they were even more helpful than in Japan. I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Not a good experience. Ordered a part, the order was delayed as they couldn’t find it, eventually it was sent out but on arrival they had sent the wrong item despite the fact that the remittance advice had an image of the correct part on it. Emailed with no response and unable to leave a message on the phone as their incoming call box was full. Still awaiting a response.

    Order #726553 Placed order on Wednesday, paid extra for express delivery because needed the item urgently. They emailed me on Friday letting me know that the part is being prepared for packaging. I firmly believe an email letting me know the package is getting delayed will have changed a lot. An appliances engineer was booked for Saturday to replace the part and now that appointment will be cancelled and money lost because i didn’t give them enough notice of cancellation. Now their customer service agent blames it on me, how convenient. Thanks spares2repair.

    Took a long time to arrive, although it appeared to be a fault with their supplier. Communication could be better, often had to chase them myself. However they do appear to be able to source a wide range of parts, including the more obscure stuff so I would use them again in the future.

    The service and communication was exceptional. After ordering, the status was updated at every point and my item arrived in 3 days. I cannot recommend this company enough. Searching for the replacement part was super easy and it even checks that it will fit the make and model. A superb company, and because of that, I can keep using my 45 year old food processor. Very, very happy!

    This place was amazing!! We were looking at 12 weeks to order an inexpensive washer door handle from the Canadian distributor and got our washer fixed in 13 days thanks to Spares2Repair. The website was great and we had regular updates about our order, from stock allocation, to packaging, and shipping. We were worried about the international shipping but we could track it all the way to our door. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service! We could have face a very expensive service fee or even more expensive and wasteful washer replacement, but thanks to the service you provide we fixed it ourselves for $20. Thank you again!

    I ordered a glass for the door of my washing machine on Saturday (just cracked out of the blue) and it was delivered on Tuesday. The DPD driver said to me "this sounds broke mate" and that the easiest way to get it sorted was to put it down as not checked and contact the retailer. The box didn't look damaged but the glass inside in bubble wrap is in about 50 pieces. It took a few emails to sort out but they called and apologised for not replying to emails sooner and a new glass was sourced and sent out.

    Ordered a part hard to find anywhere else, 3- 4 day delivery, got an email saying delivery delayed and postage cost had already been refunded, part arrived 5 days from order date. Great service good communications and i will use again.

    We recently renovated our kitchen and by error the the door fixtures to my new integrated Smeg dishwasher got disposed with my old kitchen. When the new kitchen arrived we had no fixtures to attach the new kitchen door to my dishwasher. I was able to put the model number of my dishwasher on the Spares2Repairs site and found the original door fixings. I ordered it and requested the express delivery service. I'm super impressed with the service. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed of my order and delivery times. The product is excellent and fitted exactly. Highly recommend this place for all spare part needs!!

    Awful website, slightest movement of the mouse lands you with massive pop ups. Search is a joke even when using an exact brand name it brings up a tone of unrelated items. Finding delivery costs before you buy is non-existent.

    Amazing family run business, contacted me throughout my order to see everything was ok, really personal and couldn’t have been more helpful. Part arrived fast and was easy to fit, was really assured you could put in model number to check it the right part. Will be my go to website if I need anymore parts :)

    I accidentally melted the oil container on my deep fryer, I looked on the manufacturers website and saw that I could purchase a replacement part, however there were none in stock but I could request an email when they were available. 4 weeks later still no email still not available, so I googled the part I wanted and up came Spares2Repair Ltd. Well I was surprised to find that not only was my part available but it was going to cost less too. The manufacturers were going to charge around £11 postage which would have taken the cost upto almost £30, from Spares2Repair I paid under £20 for the part AND postage. The service these guys have provided was absolutely worth 5 stars, I ordered on a Sunday and I received my item on Tuesday, it arrived well packed and I was kept informed via email of every step from order confirmation to, picking, packing and despatch. I would happily recommend Spares2Repair to anyone and will definitely use them again as and when the need arises. Thank you to everyone involved at Spares2Repair you should be proud of your service.

    Very happy with the service I received. I ordered an original remote control for a sound system, it was a unit from 2011, couldn't find it anywhere and this company had it stock. I ordered it even though I never heard about the company, I'm so happy with the product and the efficient service. Thanking everyone at Spares2Repair.
