Today we went into costa Lock-sheath, we were refused service and just asked for a glass of tap water once buying food we were told “ We’re to busy for that today”, have to say the lady was so rude won’t be going back there. When is it right to be rude to youngsters? There was no need as all me and my friend asked for was a glass of tap water, when we asked again she said “No I remain the right to refuse service to YOU and If I was you I would get out” all I said was “OK”, If I could give a 0 I would, no doubt about that.

Based within a little shopping centre. Has a good range of seating inside and out. Plenty of staff working to keep the queue to a minimum... Nice friendly service, with a smile... Just everything you would expect from Costa .

Positioned in the center of the small square with covered and outdoor seating, this cafe provides a walk through option rather than the full blown meal outlet of Waitrose. Quite popular.

Not my cup of coffee too noisy too crowded I hope I never go there again.

As I tasted warm coffee, milk and gingerbread I was taken into a world of festivities for Christmas a coming. A delightful place to ponder, meet loved ones and enjoy lovely drinks and tasty food. Bliss in a cup. Staff seem a bit rush and got my order wrong but it didn't matter because nothing is worth worrying about.

The worker there was incredibly rude to me and decided to text on her phone the whole time i ordered, when she asked if i would like whip cream i said yes and she didn’t hear, this lead to her getting annoyed and giving me bad attitude. Overall this was an upsetting experience. As well as her behaviour towards me, she also messed up my drink. This has happened multiple occasions, with the same lady, always managing to butcher my drink. This also happened another time where she gave me half an ice block in my mango fruit cooler, i ended up asking politely for a new (remade) drink or refund and she told me to “deal with it, it’s just happens sometimes”. This left me feeling quite annoyed. I am unsure of her name, but she had big blonde curly hair.

The barista that made my coffee has my vote. The tall fair haired chap does a proper job. Tend to go on a Sunday and having frequented Costas around the southeast this is my favourite. Not burnt coffee or too hot, just right! For £3.35 a medium cappuccino, this is really to be expected. Well done to this Barista!!!

The team in the shop are great, really helpful and friendly and the coffee's always good too.

It's a Costa so you know what your going to get. Surrounded by at least three other small cafes in the square, so they need to be up to a good standard.

What can I say? It's a Costa Coffee. Nice, friendly meeting place for locals with food and drinks to eat inside or at outside tables. Or take away. Standard of food and drinks well known everywhere.

Coffee excellent 👌 clean premises with happy staff. So happy after leaving my personal coffee cup in there mistakenly they looked after it overnight 👍

very convenient coffee shop in central Locks Heath (there are others too). Good selection of enticing cakes and some breakfast, snack chhoices too. Large open space inside, with views of the centre shops and community centre/library.

A really lovely Costa to have a nice drink and cake in. Very bright and a warm cosy feel to the store. However, it does get incredibly busy throughout the whole day. I've been coming here for the past 4 years to enjoy some peace but now that rarely happens! The staff are incredible and very friendly even when they are under this pressure. I appreciate their hard work and I'm sure other costumers do too :)

For quick efficient service with a smiley face most times look no further. Very popular amongst local competition.

Unfortunately, this branch seems to have gone down hill since the staff were inexplicably changed. This used to be a daily essential for me, but now it's just long queues and dirty tables due to regular staff shortages. Such a shame

It can be very busy with long slow moving queues, but otherwise it's a typical Costa. Bright and airy feel if sitting inside, as there's glass on three sides. Adequate parking nearby.

Coffee is good. Bit noisy at busy times. Had an issue with an order once and it was promptly fixed by, so good service.

Always great service, however, some off the staff really need re-training on how to make a cortado. It's not just a strong flat white, it's alll about the texture of the milk. Especially the curly haired lass that works on the weekend. Other than that, brilliant.

Have been going to this Costa coffee shop for a while now, yes it can be busy at peak times which means a small time before served, but all the staff are friendly, happy and helpful, a excellent experience, thank you.

Popped in to collect a magic bag and a choc orange hot chocolate. Staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming!

Always had good service from friendly female staff - until today! New - male - management, and long wait for overpriced lukewarm espressos! Very disappointed!

I have been in a few times, I have noticed a young lady at the till on several occasions she has been very rude to the customers. I was told off on 1 occasion by her implying that 'I'm confusing her customers' as I was checking on my daughter was sat in the table near by, I thought how rude! The last time I came in, the same woman was working behind the till and asked for my order, I asked for a drink and noticed she took the order as a drink in. I then asked if I can have a take out drink. She made a meal out of this and I caught everything. She muttered to her colleagues 'he's decided to change his mind at the last minute I don't know' like it was such a big inconvenience. i mean seriously! I should have replied 'Darling drop the attitude and learn to talk to customers properly' which i would have thought is pretty important working in a coffee shop.😂😂

An excellent place for a coffee and to do some work making use of the free WiFi. Staff were all very friendly and efficient.

A good coffee and food served by staff who do go the extra mile. People are complaining about staff being slow, what can you expect when working in a limited space surrounded with scalding hot water and hot milk- but they're not slow!. They always do their best!. Every time you approach the counter, you are greeted with a smile - and that's before they ask you very nicely 'what can i get you?' - Yes! you do have to wait sometimes!, but don't complain about the queue!...You are also helping to form that queue! to the people behind you!. The next thing is - there's pushchairs and buggies everywhere!, and children are running around everywhere!. What do you expect to find in a shopping centre during the day!, Housewives, Mothers with children who do what they do best for 24hrs a day, up with the lark, get the kids ready, clean the house, and that's all before taking care of their own needs. Then it's out to the shopping centre, trapesing around the shops - still with the children in tow!. Would you like to do it on a housewives, and mothers pay of £0.00per hour! - No i bet you wouldn't!. I think they definitely deserve a cup of coffee and catch-up with their friends, and their mates!. We were all kids once! - doing exactly the same thing, running around and playing!. Anyway!!, it's a nice little coffee shop in the middle of the Locksheath Centre, run by an Amazing array of staff, who do the utmost to enhance your day with a cheery smile, a nice coffee, and something to eat. As for a star rating i'd have to say "5 ☆'s x 4
