I
researched
online
and
scheduled
a
day
of
tranquility,
spa
package
for
myself
and
my
sister.
We
arrived
early
as
we
were
instructed,
and
we
had
completed
all
forms
online
before
hand.
We
did
not
understand
that
this
was
a
package
of
services
provided
by
all
independent
parties
beforehand.
The
result
was
a
disjointed
and
uncomfortable
experience.
Not
a
single
person
who
interacted
with
us
introduced
themselves.
The
massage
therapist
that
worked
on
both
my
sister
and
myself
was
abrupt
and
gave
the
sense
to
us
that
she
did
not
want
to
work
on
either
me
or
my
sister,
which
results
in
a
strange
disconnect,
when
you’re
getting
a
professional
therapeutic
massage,.
It
was
not
good.
We
have
both
experienced
with
a
good
professional,
therapeutic
massage
can
be
in
the
past,
and
this
was
not
it
We
arrived
in
a
good
mood
with
an
open
heart
for
this
experience.
We
left
feeling
like
we
had
been
an
inconvenience,
and
that
we
had
been
rushed
through
the
process
.
While
there
may
be
individuals
here
who
are
doing
good
work
as
I
read
from
other
reviews,
I
would
advise
against
a
package
based
on
my
experience.
Overall,
I
would
say
this
was
awkward
and
unprofessional,
like
arriving
at
a
lemonade
stand
when
you
think
you’re
going
to
a
four-star
restaurant.
