Needed to get my ring appraised to add to insurance policy. It was so fast and easy. Raven was super helpful! She even recommended a protective coating that made my ring sparkle after years of using hand sanitizer at work. Super happy and will definitely be using them again.

We’re originally from Dallas and here for work and gundersons is awesome! Great Seiko collection and I got my wife the Seiko snoopy and she loves it so much! Erin was awesome at helping me surprise her with it as well! Will be back to buy more!

From my initial meeting to discuss my design and repair needs, the staff was professional, respectful and kind. Everyone took the time to look me in the eyes, actively listen to my needs and smile. I had a wonderful experience shopping at Gunderson’s Fargo and working with the associates there. Made a spontaneous stop in since I was visiting friends up there, and ended up working with Abby who was absolutely a joy. She took an extensive amount of time to select engagement rings to look at for both my friend and I, even though we had no intent of purchasing a ring at that exact time. She was attentive and extremely knowledgeable, without putting any sort of pressure or expectations to make a sale from us. I ended up finding the perfect engagement ring, and Abby took down the information as well as some other settings I had liked. My boyfriend (now fiancé) was able to call and order the ring from Abby, and have it shipped down to the Twin Cities with no hassle. What a breath of fresh air amongst sales these days, I would absolutely recommend Abby and Gunderson’s Jewelers. [We also ended up needing to get the ring resized and was able to take it to the Wayzata MN location, where they did the first resizing for free, and got an additional discount to pick out wedding bands since we had purchased the engagement ring from Gunderson’s] 10/10 experiences all around

Was in today to get a submariner, Mirela mainly helped me out she was fantastic to deal with and very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere their unlike other AD’s Gunderson’s makes you feel welcome in the store.. I will definitely be back for more time pieces in the future!

All the young ladies were polite and very helpful. I DO believe I was low-balled on the gold/stainless men’s oyster perpetual i wanted to sell, but we all have our own estimations of worth. I know I can do better in Tampa next month.

I dropped off a very expensive watch to have Diagnostics done on it because it had not been working when I got it they did an incredible job the only part that I did not like and that I was uncomfortable with was the length of time that it took from the point that I dropped off my watch until the point in time I got it back now the watch did come back in better condition it was cleaned it's a Citizen Eco-Drive so it was charged and fortunately I was not charged by the company to charge up my watch all it cost me was time they were very professional each time I called to ask about it or inquire about it they were very professional on the phone they were very informative I felt very comfortable with the business that I did with them the watch retails for about $1,000 and it's very important that I got it back and working order I would definitely do business with them again and I will probably make them my permanent go to for any type of timepiece
