Terrible old hotel. The bedding is disturbingly dated and worn out. Towels are stained and discolored. The mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. I wanted to check out the minute we walked in. We booked for 2 nights but got a refund for 2 night. I pulled the sheets down immediately and this is what we saw. Dirty, gray stained sheets. We slept with our clothes on and used our own blankets and pillows. We didn't even use their towels. We had to call the front desk at 11:00 last night and ask them to please tell their kids in room next to ours to stop jumping on the bed and screaming. I was told this is a kid friendly motel. Too bad it isn't an adult friendly motel. I will never stay at any Best Western motel.

Nice decor, clean rooms. The pool area got loud with children starting at 8:00 AM, so avoid this hotel if you like peace and quiet. The housekeepers start banging on doors before check-out, and the front desk does not seem to help them figure out if you are still in the room. The breakfast is very low quality, but better than nothing I guess. Overall OK, perhaps especially for families with kids. The hotel response tried to make it sound like my concerns might not reflect everyone’s concerns, yet many of my concerns would affect anyone. This response tries to downplay my concerns, and diminish my voice. I’m removing a star for a social media strategy that tries to obscure the truth for future customers.

Front desk was very accommodating. The room itself was satisfactory, cozy feeling, not all white walls like some of the others. The mattress could be better, but wasn't uncomfortable. We got the room with the spa, that worked well we enjoyed it. The cleaning crew was really friendly and asked us how everything was for us. Would stay again

We have stayed here three separate times, and each time the staff was extremely courteous. The rooms were very clean. There was no signs of hair or dirt in the rooms or bathrooms. The swimming pool is great for the kids and the social hour is a nice little perk with free beer and wine. Breakfast is great with many options including some dairy free options. Beds are pillow top and very comfortable

We had a ground floor jacuzzi suite and it had access from outside the hotel as well as from inside. Room was very clean, they always are. We have stayed there on several occasions and will be repeat customers for as long as they keep up the great work!! Thank you guys for a clean and comfortable stay every time!

While it may say Nest Western Plus it's so much more than that. Nice sized television, mini fridge, comfortable beds, great wood working artistry that gives you such a fantastic view, plenty of pillows, an indoor pool that seems to be pretty nice, fantastic customer service from the front to the back of this establishment, and it all comes together with so much more I didn't even mention to make for a wonderful experience.

very pleased with our stay, staff very friendly and accomadating, affordable. All rooms on main floor have outside access which is perfect for my mom who is disabled. Rooms very clean and beds are pretty comfy if you u like a more sturdy mattress compared to soft, really helps with the back pain. very pleased!

Second floor smelled of cigarette smoke as some lady was actively smoking in her room the entire week, room had garbage in random spots, the mirrors had hand prints from kids all over them, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding was clean and in order though. The front desk and food service personnel were great. Lots of families and kids in the hotel. Some questionable characters throughout not that hotel can control that.

Wonderful time at this Best Western. All the staff...and I mean all, were wonderful, kind, smiling and very helpful. Manager is awesome. My grandkids loved the pool area immensely. The morning breakfast is the best that I have had in a hotel. The rooms were spotless (we had 2 rooms), the beds and linens very comfy. I would stay here again and again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My mom and I did a girls' shopping weekend, and this hotel was so close to the stores we wanted to go to. Great parking, clean, adorable rooms, and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and accommodating! We didn't use the pool but it was really cute and would be great for kids.

Great location and hotel. We only stayed 1 night and got in late but were very impressed with the cleanliness. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. My kids enjoyed the pool area in the morning that was well kept and clean. In the morning someone was outside sweeping the parking lot and picking up any litter. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here and and highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect for two of us traveling with our dog. We had a ground floor room with an exterior door (there was also an interior door), no carpet in the room but beautiful linoleum/wood like floors, everything was pristine, and it was so easy to unpack and move right in. The reception staff were super nice. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fantastic stay here! First, this is probably the most pet friendly hotel I’ve stayed at. The ground floor rooms have their own entrance to outside along with a standard door connecting to inside the hotel. Plenty of grass making it easy for four legged friends. The floors are laminate (look like wood) making it great for pets and kids. The room was clean, spacious and includes a microwave and decent sized fridge. The pool area was great for our kids - not too deep and included two water slides and a little obstacle course. The front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of options for breakfast as well - juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, muffins, pastries, oatmeal, and yogurt. We can’t wait to come back!

Our experience at the best western plus Kelly inn was just so great! We had a really fun stay! The staff were all so friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room were really great. No complaints there at all. The continental breakfast provided a wide variety of options from simple muffins to fresh waffles! Even my picky 2 year old had a full breakfast! The pool facilities are so so fun! Very interactive for the young ones. We cannot wait to start here again on our next family vacation to Fargo.

Very nice hotel. The service was great. They were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, decorated nicely. The pool area is family friendly, with a hottub, water slide, small waterpark, and pool. It has everything to keep your little ones busy. The continental breakfast was well stocked, and the area was kept very clean. Overall it is a beautiful hotel. It will not disappoint.

What a little gem! Clean rooms, superior guest service, the location is great an all around great experience. Amenities are very good, pool, continental breakfast and social hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! Definitely stay again when we are next in Fargo!

We enjoyed the hotel and facilities, but did not enjoy the baseball team with the parents drinking in the lobby while kids were running up and down the halls and being really loud in the pool area. I worked in hotels for years and know what a handful traveling ball teams can be. The staff was great and very helpful.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable. I had just spent the day getting tests in the hospital and was very tired. Was very grateful to walk in to a room that was just the right temperature with a comfortable chair to sit and eat my dinner, a clean bathtub to soak in and a clean comfortable bed to sleep in. Thank you to the staff.

The shower is an open design, so the entire bathroom is going to get soaked. The bed was extremely firm. Pool looked really good though. Dual access was nice too.

I have spent alot of nights in different hotels across the states and this has been the best one I have found yet. Their pet friendly policy is by far the best ever! Our room had a door going right outside to the relief area so I didn't have to take my dog all through the hotel to get out, the floors were hardwood an that gives me a much better feeling about how clean it is. The pool was so nice for 2-13 year olds and my 2yo. It wasn't stuffy with chlorine and the area was clean. We stopped by for the social hours in the breakfast area, snack foods, wings and drinks for the kids and beer and wine for us! -Complimentary Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, bars, ice cream, liquor store. 10/10 L9oking forward to my next trip to Fargo!

The breakfast meals we enjoyed on each morning of our two days with the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites, Fargo, North Dakota were among the absolute best breakfast meals we have enjoyed in any hotel or restaurant! The breakfast area staff person prepared truly delicious breakfast entrées; and she was so gracious, courteous and helpful. Our rooms, the hallways, stairways, lobby area, breakfast area, and the outside grounds were among the very cleanest of any hotel experience we have enjoyed. All of the staff, whether at the desk, in housekeeping, the breakfast area, or outside, were so courteous and helpful, giving us a truly wonderful experience. We are so looking forward to staying at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites, Fargo, North Dakota again soon!

We stayed in a king accessible room and it’s one of the best we’ve seen. There’s an entrance right by the handicapped parking so we didn’t have to navigate the entire hotel with our luggage. The roll in shower was great. They layout of the room was well thought out and there’s a regular, comfortable chair to sit in. It’s also very near the pool and vending machines. We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great- a waffle bar with all the fun toppings, plus eggs and many other options. The pool is a lot of fun for kids, with lots of activities to play with. The hot tub is very relaxing for adults. I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay.

We stayed in a king suite and it was nice and roomy. The counters had crumbs on them so not cleaned that well. My daughters family stayed in 2 queens and found dirty tissues in their bed. They were offerd a different room but it also had crumbs and was very noisy. They did have fun at the water park. We were woke up at 7:30 by a barking dog. So just be aware of that when you book.

Well everything on night one went good. It was quite quiet and peaceful on the west side of the building. Everything was clean and maintained well. The two ladies working the check in desk were really nice. Love the location the most. So close to every store and place to eat for me. Great experience!

The reasons I’ll stay here again -quick and easy front desk check in -sparkling clean rooms -bathroom especially… so clean! -bedding and bed oh so comfortable -AC works like a CHARM!!! -quiet from one room to the next -hot breakfast -swimming area was perfect for young toddlers and children under 5 -hot tub was actually HOT -price doesn’t break the bank, and the quality is top notch. Will definitely be back again!

Overall, great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. They take dogs and no extra fee. Friendly staff. Breakfast is the usual institutional type of food, nothing to write home about. Good coffee, though. I've stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. It does book up fast in the summer and fall. Rates are more reasonable from October to spring. Job well done to the manager and staff.

Friendly staff. Good location near a few restaurants. Quiet area. The nicest Best Western I've been to! Clean, well maintained room - like it was recently built but they said it was 13 years old.

Very noisy heater. Sounded like a freight train. COLD COLD HARDWOOD FLOORS. ROOMS SHOULD BE CARPETED ON FIRST FLOOR! Hotel had great ambiance and pool for the kids with a nice hot tub. Great breakfasts! Close to Johnny Carinos and Wild bills Sports bar.

My reservation got messed up but they tried their hardest to get things figured out and they did! The service was great. Clean rooms, dog friendly is a huge plus, great pool area, and awesome breakfast. Definitely recommend!
