One of the worst customer service experience. I really hate to give negative reviews and this is the first one. I recently moved to Fargo and I have always ordered from Papa John's and other pizza places where the customer service, delivery and service is top notch. So I ordered this pizza on the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer and wanted to try pizza hut. Check the screenshot of the email. The order was placed at 10:15am and the I scheduled the pick up at 4:15pm. I reached at around 4:10pm expecting my pizza to be ready in next 5 minutes and was not sure that this visit is going to turn out to be a nightmare. The name of the person at the front desk was Rick and he never cared to greet (not only me but anyone who came in). Firstly I was told that my order could not be found and when did I place my order (gave the order number and displayed the email on phone) So now the fun started, your order is not ready and It would take around 10 minutes to prepare. This was for my kid and and I was ok to wait for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was asked if what was the Pop on my order, I said that there is no pop and just a pizza and cinnamon rolls. I waited again for 10 minutes and then I was told that the whole order was wrong prepared. I have lost my temper by now and said that I am ready to take whatever was made. Adding to this frustration, I was given a smile and told that my order was never prepared.... Really? All he said again was that I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the order to be prepared or he can give me a store credit. With all the snow and chill out there (4 degree real feel), I was in no mood of getting a credit not the pizza. Another note to add while I was waiting and observing, None of the employees inside the kitchen used gloves and they prepared each pizza with bare hands and running them all around in the toppings. I can see that already bad rating from others for the service they provide. Would never visit again even if I am dieing out of hunger.

I ordered pizza hut last night at 9:34. I decided to order the New Yorker off their website because it looked amazing. Unfortunately an hour later I get called by the door dash driver and told the pizza wasn't ready. My husband then spoke to an employee and was told they were out of the pizza. To compensate they offered a refund or to send over two large pepperoni pizzas which was fine with me. The pizzas were delivered at 11:29 which at first I was irritated but happy I finally got my pizza. When we opened the boxes they were ruined. It honestly looked like someone dropped the boxes on the ground so they were squished together. The pizzas looked like they had also been sitting for a while before we got them. So long story short almost two hours later I finally got pizzas that were old, squished and not what I originally ordered.

I look for consistency when I review. This place does not have it which is why I will not return. One day the pizza is edible, and the next time it is not. The crust was just aweful. Extremely hard to chew. Got through a piece and threw the rest out. There was literally zero cheese in the "stuffed crust" and they sent me dr pepper instead of rootbeer. I reviewed this place 5 years ago with the same problem of lack of consistancy. What a disappointment. I use to love this place 7/21/2023 Tried it again and the crust is like trying to take a bite out of an oxford leather dress shoe.

Lol. Delivered to the wrong address the first time, took over an hour for the redelivery which they forgot half the order anyway. Called for a refund because in 2 hours they couldn't figure out 1 pizza and some sodas, and the girl in the background was cussing up a storm about me. Like it was my fault delivering food is too hard for them. Good job, Pizza Hut.

There should be an option to put extra cheese on the Cheese Sticks when ordering online. I paid an extra $1 and these are worse than regular breadsticks. It's so little cheese that it just looks burnt. Pretty embarrassing if this is the standard amount of cheese. A ton of bread stick seasoning isn't saving these, but nice try.

Absolutely horrible ordered a pizza before 8 o’clock and no movement on the app at all or anything had tried to call them close tonight because it had been close to two hours paid $50 for everything I ordered they are a charge my card and we went answered on the phone was told a very rudely that they were closing at 9 o’clock and hung up on me I have yet to get my ordered fulfilled and delivered to my address I paid $50 for the whole order absolute ridiculous. Calling bank Monday to have my card refunded for my fraud pizza

Don't waste your time. A place that is out of so many items and has no desire to inform the customer doesn't want your business, so do yourself a favor and don't give it to them. You will end up overcharged because they are out of the items you order. And Doordash drivers park in places that aren't spots, so the parking lot is a nightmare. But if you do order here, you might want an extra marinara sauce because they now use 2.5 OZ cups, which is noticeably smaller than the 4 OZ cups they used to use. Higher prices and worse service; the American way!

I've been to this Pizza Hut before with the employees not having much to do with customers This last time I came in Ryan was the shift leader on duty and he was awesome. Apparently they've gotten rid of a few people and replace them with people that actually like customers. He is a keeper.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Our pizza came not cooked. It was doughy and cold. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We tried to heat it up to make it better and by the time it came most places were closed. We still ate a piece because we were hungry but now the next day we are both sick.

They're open late. Friendly staff. My food was done quick and accurately. Great job everyone. Always comes through. Holds true to the brands reputation.

They're delivery driver called about my food and then never came. And all anyone can tell me is I don't know. Now unless they are telling me that the third party delivery drivers are jacking the food. Something ain't right. Clearly if I want pizza hut I have to get from moorhead. Atleast they are professionals.

Great food, and good people but the place is a clash of egos. Everyone there claims to be running the place and ready to fire everyone else who works there. Food is good but please keep the work politics to yourselves.

Ordered online at 6:11 pm with 20-30 minute wait. 7:09 pm said it was out for delivery with no delivery by 7:35 pm. Called them and was sent to the call center with no way to get ahold of the store. Had to call the call center and talk to 5 people to get a refund.

Get the food here hot, Not cold. Have the complete order delivered, not make empty promises to return with missing items and then no show. I would rather pay more for a local pizzeria than to use pizza hut again. You lost a customer with this one.

The workers were working hard and as fast as they could. I felt bad because most of the patrons were mean and awful. The pizza was good, the sweet chili wings were awesome, and over all food was pretty decent.

l have lived here for 9 yrs and never stepped foot inside. It's small, but the 3 workers were energetic, fast and hilarious! We only ordered some wings and such and the were joking around while attentively checking our orders. Signed up for the rewards and I'll be ordering in person now. lol.

You could get my order correct. I ordered 1 large Pan with bacon and chicken, and 1 medium half black olives half cheese. Picked up my order, got home to realize I was giving 2 of the 2nd pizza

Two order in a row have been in error. Products made incorrect or products ordered not delievered at all. Strongly suggest not to use the delivery option.

I love ordering pizza hut to my shop. They always get it to me hot and on time. I've never had an issue at all!

Received a cold pizza!! They had to have door dash deliver it.. and he wouldn't come in to the hotel. Had to go out to his vehicle. And they forgot our pop!

The pizza hut on 13th avenue in Fargo ND did a superb job on our pizzas!! Moorhead MN will leave your pizzas burnt and taste funny. This was really good! I order a cheese less pizza with extra sauce and mushrooms and Moorhead will make it burnt! But the 13th avenue pizza hut was Devine!! Will go there again!!

This is honest review. Wasted time and money. Pizza was cold that it looks like it was leftover for 2 days. We spend 45 dollar plus driver tip and still manager was rude. We decided to put it on the trash. You never see me order again. By by by

Those were terrible pizzas for not being frozen ready to cook from the grocery store. There was maybe 10 slices of pepperoni on the one...better off buying a little cesars pizza if we want a cheap pizza.

Pretty darn good pizza and wings!! Pre-ordered online and was ready to go when I arrived and was delicious. Very generous on the toppings I thought too.

$4.29 delivery fee for DoorDash to arrive in 1 hour and 4 minutes for a delivery that was quoted as 30-40 minutes. Hire back an actual Pizza Hut delivery staff if you're going to charge that high of a delivery fee. A chain relying on a 3rd party delivery service is absurd and your customer service fails when Dashers are delivering so many other things.

How in the world are you going to charge more for Pan and Stuffed Crust, then not have them, and think it's ok to give the lesser-priced Hand Tossed crust as a substitute? The lack of preparation and readiness literally COSTS your customers! You need to be offering side items/drinks/desserts when this happens, or making the necessary price changes at the very least. You did NONE of that for me!

Overall the quality of the food was not near what it usually is. I ordered the cheese breadsticks and the cheese was minimal at best. There was also zero stretch left to the cheese because they were over baked.

Do not order pizza from them. They use doordash now. Your pizza will be cold and old because they also deliver other people's food from other restaurants at the same time.

I tried to go to caseys for a pizza ,they ignored me for 15 mins so i came here and they were happy to help me.caseys lost my business. I would give this 5 stars but i was hoping for a taco pizza ,but pizza hut doesnt have that option unfortunately

Usually pretty good but the fargo one I order from, the delivery driver is excellent. With customer service skills like that he's going places.

The quality of pizza the past 2 visits have been horrible. Old dough makes for hard stale crust within 8 hours. 9 months ago this location was really on top of everything. It was a great place for pizza. They just don't seem to care to make quality product anymore. I won't be going back a 3rd time.

When I received my pizza didn't have much pepperoni on it didn't have much sauce on it the crust didn't have any flavor is really kind of nasty and it just was a very disappointing Pizza.

not mess up my order. only one pizza was delivered not 2 like i ordered and the one i got i could tell had been made for awhile and didn't taste all that fresh. It was around 11 pm when i ordered so apparently they didn;t want give me fresh pizza and make all i ordered.

Rude worker advertising stuff on app that they don't have. U pay for extra cheese and a quarter of the pizza has no cheese on it . Don't go to his place call pizza Patrol it's much better

I ordered a medium cheese pizza and I thought that you couldn’t mess that up. I was wrong. My pizza was late compared to the expected time which I didn’t mind because I had time. They forgot the sauce I ordered and I decided I could live without it. I took ONE bite and there is no red sauce in this so called “pizza”. The cheese even looked curdled almost and the crust was half baked. If I wanted cheese bread I would have ordered cheese bread not this “pizza”. I cant even comprehend how you mess up like that. I hate complaining but this literally made me contemplate life and go to bed hungry after a 16 hour shift.
