Best Dr Pepper I've ever tasted.

Had the WORST experience I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. 1. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my food. They also did the same to the guy behind me. I'm not kosher with being lazy and workers making their time look good by inconveniencing the person paying their wage. 2. That food that i was supposedly waiting on was OBVIOUSLY OLD AND REHEATED. The parties were dry. Gross and unacceptable. 3. The order was wrong. I ordered two double cheeseburgers plain. One of them was missing the cheese and the cheese, because of the burgers conditions, wasnt melted on the other. This is my staple order there so I am no stranger to how these things should be. 4. It is a mandate currently that workers wear masks and none of them were. 5. When I went around to the drive thru again and expressed my above concerns and asked for FRESH patties and to make sure both had cheese, I THOUGHT my problem was being fixed. No apology received. However, I opened up my bag in the parking lot next door to find the literally REHEATED MY SAME BURGERS IN THE MICROWAVE (with adding cheese to the one that didnt) AND GAVE THEM BACK TO ME!! ILLEGAL, GROSS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! 6. After sending in a formal complaint IMMEDIATELY online and requesting to be contacted, I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THESE SERIOUS ISSUES. ..... DO NOT EAT AT THIS PARTICULAR DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLY MANAGED AND OPERATED LOCATION!!!

The food was good, but the location really needed a better cleaning. Someone came out and mopped all of the food debris onto the seats or the floor from the tables after I pointed it out. I again pointed out the food on the seats and at least got those mopped down to the floor, but the employees didn't seem to really understand the need to clean.

Well managed. Never had a order with a mistake. Always friendly. Food is always fresh. I never get the impression food has been under a warmer.

Ordered double no ketchup, came with it, smallest fries I think I ever got in a fast food, about half a bag or so, dirty windows, dirty floors 13.52, no way did I get a value of 13.52…

During this time of need businesses need our support of purchasing their goods. If they can't be friendly or or even say Thank you then don't waste your time here. Nothing but rudeness and not caring towards to customer. Wont waste my time or money again here.

Place is full of rude works if you hate your job that much then do something you enjoy never coming back here again

We've always enjoyed the chicken tenders here but tonite,was THE WORST ever. We paid $17 and they were so overcooked, they were dark colored. We asked for ketchup for the fries and got none. Had to ASK for straws. Wont be back for a long time.

Drive thru service during the pandemic. Fast, friendly service. Tasty food. Just what I was looking for.

The woman taking my order at the drive thru in Faribault, MN, was extremely abrasive and rude. Another person finished helping me at the end after I told her she didn't sound very happy.

Quick stop during our road trip. Service was excellent, manager (didn’t catch her name) was extra helpful and nice. Food was quick and tasty for fast food (expectations can only be so high). Recommend the hot ham and cheese!

It's not good when the best part of your meal is a toss up between your pop and leaving. Your crew has to do a better job of sweeping and cleaning. Tables and floors were sticky. There was food crumbs on most tables and in the hard to reach spots. The crew can do a better job if management does a better job. Change your deep fryer grease also.

Ended up getting food poisoning that's lasted over 3 days do to an undercooked burger. Stopped at 9:30 Wednesday 5th Oct. I hope you get it figured out, because normally the food there is pretty good

Must have new staff, was way better than the last couple of visits but havent been in a while. Good customer service, food was good and fresh and drive thru was super fast for a late afternoon! They have a good meal deal too. Pleasant experience overall.

Got the same thing I've been getting whenever I go to Hardee's for the past 30 or so years. A Frisco burger with extra cheese and no bacon, with curly fries and a Coke. Very very very fast service for a Hardee's. Much more so than the Midway location in the twin cities. People were friendly. Definitely a good experience, would go back for sure.

Awesome breakfast biscuits and gravey. Bureto. They have the best biscuits of any and I mean any restaurant. Great hot coffee happy people I left the help a 20 dollar tip yesterday Monday morning

Ridiculous that you cant dine in, but whatever makes ya feel cozy I guess. Guy at the window was friendly. You can walk up which is great... next day went for breakfast, it was dry and awful. The lady inside was rude..

My Frisco burger was completely cold. Bun was very soggy.. Bacon was hard as a rock! When I said something they wouldn't do anything about it!! Stay away!!!!!!!!

It was late when I went through the drive through, my thought was at least the food will have to be made fresh since there's not another car in sight. Nope, the food was cold and hard and inedible. Very bad. But the girl at the window was super nice.

I come here for lunch often. My mushroom Swiss burger is usually phenomenal and saucy.. tonight, my fiance and I got off late. It was horrible. My burger was awful let alone his meal. Lunch is seemingly the only time to come here. I'm so disappointed

The place was empty, gave me the worst meal, I asked for a western bacon burger and got bread, cheese, sauce, patty, and onions. It was supposed to have fried onion rings, more sauce, and bacon. My family didn't even get what they asked for, and our drinks had soda all over the sides. 1/10 do not recommend. We aren't from Minnesota, and our first meal at Hardee's was absolutely disappointing.

This location no longer has the Western Bacon Cheeseburger or onion rings, which is why we stopped in! :(

I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and paid a reasonable price. The workers were pretty bored, but I don’t really care about that in a fast food restaurant. I’d probably be bored too.

The GM was terrific threw in some extra food for the wait we had and was super friendly and kind. best place to get fast food in faribault for sure.

Really enjoyed stopping here for some lunch. People here very nice and respectful. Our food was freshly made and hot.

Really wish I would have read the reviews before going for lunch here. What a waste. For 30 bucks I was given two sandwiches I didn’t even order a small curly fry (colder than ice) the smallest tiniest portions ever and a strawberry milkshake that was more like warm milk. What was really upsetting is the tone and the mannerisms of the manager speaking to the drive thru person like a POS. She was more worried about the Apple Pay tap not going out the window then the accuracy of our ridiculously priced items. My son went in before hand to inquire about employment. After going thru the drive thru and seeing how people are treated there especially this really young lady we both agreed that this is probably not a place for young kids to work at. The food was lukewarm at best and I’ll never forget the time of the manager speaking to that young girl about not putting the Apple Pay in decent reach for us to tap. Incredibly rediculous. Seek better management. No one deserves to be talked to like that. And maybe instead of screaming at this young person you should of been checking the bags your sending out to make sure they are indeed correct. What a cow.

I ordered candied bacon Frisco combo with large diet plus chocolate shake. Rang it up wrong. Didn't include diet coke. Also the person that gave me my order only gave me the Frisco when I said something he looked at me like I was crazy.

Idk why but every time is always the same I’m always excited to order and get my food but then when it comes to the actual enjoyment it’s all kinda lack luster I guess.

They never gets your order to go right. Ask for bbq sauce got ketsup. Have had to return several times to get everything i ordered.

The woman working the drive-thru this morning was one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Everything I asked for went completely left field. She was extremely rude.

We went we stopped up we stopped at about 11:30 a.m. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and my boyfriend had ordered a chicken sandwich. our order came to about $17 which is about a little bit pricey.we are they had to pull up to the end of the building I'm waiting for 15 minutes I don't think that's an average wait time for anything that requires being cooked there I don't think that I'll return to this hardees ever again .

Not very happy people working would like to c the biscuts a little thinner or sausage thicker. It would b nice to have the biscuts cut not toren so they fall apart

As a truck driver in these times its hard to get breakfast let alone another meal not in a truckstop or cooked ourselves. This location went above and beyond to serve me and my son as we walked up to the drive through. They were very kind and helpful also were accommodating to my situation. Thats rare and it is awesome. Thank you to your staff and you are appreciated.

The burritos are extremely better and fresher than McDonald's in my opinion overall good exper here advise you come to pick up a loaded burrito.

Very rude people. Manager (male) was the rudest. Can't believe they are still in business with how rude they where. Inside customers where kicked out by manager at 1pm he then locked the doors. All because they where backed up in drive through. Food not good at all

Expensive as always. Didnt give us any napkins, some of our food was cold after they asked us to drive ahead and wait (and then serve everyone else in the line before us) Both sodas were flat and had no flavor....it was a disappointment.
