Had
the
WORST
experience
I
have
ever
had
from
a
fast
food
restaurant.
1.
I
was
asked
to
pull
forward
because
they
were
waiting
on
my
food.
They
also
did
the
same
to
the
guy
behind
me.
I'm
not
kosher
with
being
lazy
and
workers
making
their
time
look
good
by
inconveniencing
the
person
paying
their
wage.
2.
That
food
that
i
was
supposedly
waiting
on
was
OBVIOUSLY
OLD
AND
REHEATED.
The
parties
were
dry.
Gross
and
unacceptable.
3.
The
order
was
wrong.
I
ordered
two
double
cheeseburgers
plain.
One
of
them
was
missing
the
cheese
and
the
cheese,
because
of
the
burgers
conditions,
wasnt
melted
on
the
other.
This
is
my
staple
order
there
so
I
am
no
stranger
to
how
these
things
should
be.
4.
It
is
a
mandate
currently
that
workers
wear
masks
and
none
of
them
were.
5.
When
I
went
around
to
the
drive
thru
again
and
expressed
my
above
concerns
and
asked
for
FRESH
patties
and
to
make
sure
both
had
cheese,
I
THOUGHT
my
problem
was
being
fixed.
No
apology
received.
However,
I
opened
up
my
bag
in
the
parking
lot
next
door
to
find
the
literally
REHEATED
MY
SAME
BURGERS
IN
THE
MICROWAVE
(with
adding
cheese
to
the
one
that
didnt)
AND
GAVE
THEM
BACK
TO
ME!!
ILLEGAL,
GROSS
AND
TERRIBLE
SERVICE!
6.
After
sending
in
a
formal
complaint
IMMEDIATELY
online
and
requesting
to
be
contacted,
I
WAS
NEVER
CONTACTED
ABOUT
THESE
SERIOUS
ISSUES.
.....
DO
NOT
EAT
AT
THIS
PARTICULAR
DISGUSTING
AND
TERRIBLY
MANAGED
AND
OPERATED
LOCATION!!!
