This is yet another great Caribou Coffee location. Clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly. The only hitch is that the parking lot is quite small so you have to be careful with those in line for the drive-through! Wish we had Caribou Coffee in my home town.

The one in Hy-Vee has employee's that want to make things that will make a customer happy... Not just things that are on a menu

It is my first visit and I really like it! The chocolate and birthday cake pop was amazing! Matcha and Pumpkin late coffee delicious! Excellent and very kind crew!

Hoping training helps new store. Asked twice what size drink I wanted and they tried giving me a small instead of a large. Gave up trying to get them to use my loaded balance in the Caribou ap and just paid cash.

I always have a good experience here. I find that if you're kind to the workers they're more than willing to work with you. I had dropped my drink when putting it in my car due to a loose lid placement. When I had called then and explained they repaid my by putting enough points for a free drink on my card. Good service

This is a new to me location. I liked the cozy layout, though it is small and the noise of the brewing equipment is always present. The staff was great, friendly and caring. As is usual the coffee is always great. I had a take out cup and picked up a bag of Peabody beans.

This Caribou Coffee was one of the cozier ones I have been to. I was served quickly and stayed awhile to enjoy my coffee. There was a nice fireplace running and I was able to play trivia with my boyfriend. Caribou has done it once again!

Love caribou! Last week I was there Im the morning, and asked for extra shots in my turtle cooler, AND THE DIDNT PUT THEM IN! I didn't even take a drink until I got to work and noticed it tasted nasty! There was mocha running all down the sides of the cup, and coming out the lid! They didn't even wipe it off or offer napkins! I always ask for nothing on top, like caramel, whop cream and turtle pieces, and they out ALOT of caramel on the bottom of the cup! SO disappointed that day! Had to throw away an almost $10.00 drink!! Im a regular there, so this really made me mad! Love most of the help, they k ow exactly what I want and are so friendly and helpful, but this day was way off! Didn't recognize anyone!

Don’t waste your time. While the drinks are good the price and time spent waiting is not worth it.

For a small staff they are strong and determined. I appreciate even when they are busy they keep the space tidy and clean up when they can. They always have a positive attitude and it is hard to leave withought feeling motivated and determined to be your best. Calm atmosphere very chill space, drivethrough can be a bit of a warzone with the other drivers in a small space, but just stand your ground, and maybe even do a war cry as you drive to intimidate the other drivers and have an easier time getting around.

Would be nice if they would actually change there hours to open at 5am cause there are a lot of people that go to work at that time an most other caribous are open at 4:30/5

Best order taker ever! Great voice, inflection, sales savvy... i would have felt like i missed out, had i not added more to my order. If i was looking to hire a sure-fire phone sales associate, she would be it. Young lady at the window was also extremely pleasant, the malted milk mocha is my fav coffee anywhere and the soufflé is always delicious. Well done, team.

Easily my favorite place I've worked in 15 years. Cleanliness is top tier and management values speed and accuracy. Not to mention they value my time and respect my schedule. JustEgg is delicious, highly recommend malted mochas

I just had the experience where my mother was told she needed to “make sure you hit drive-thru on your order so we don’t have to go and look for it” as someone who works as a barista at a nearby caribou it only takes a couple seconds to find someones coffee. I am Thoroughly disappointed in the fact that the staff can’t handle a technological mistake. How rude.

If you're in the Faribault area, check out Caribou! Its where you can meet up with friends, study, or do zoom meetinh on the comfy couches or other seating. Try a hot vanilla white latte 😋 or one if their salads or sandwiches. Questions on what to try, just ask them!

I've had plenty of good experiences here. The drive through is a bit of a mess because of how the lot is designed, but the dine in experience is great. The ladies and staff here are always very nice and surprisingly quick with how busy it can get. Kudos to the team.

My coworkers recommended this place when I asked if it was a Starbucks nearby. Not too shabby, I ordered the frozen matcha with bubbles. Absolutely, hate the bubbles but the matcha was milky. I want to go back for their energized drinks too.

I really like this location the staff is always super friendly but everytime I get a flavored latte it just tastes like milk with espresso in it, idk if they keep forgetting to put the syrups in there the last 4 times or maybe your syrup isn't great idk, yall are gonna keep getting my money though, I'll just have to stick with espresso shakers instead 😄

I will be going to Starbucks from now on. I was ignored when I walked into order. Since when is drive through priority to guest that walk in? It is at the Faribault location.

If you don’t tip them they will treat you horribly. I’m disgusted by some of their actions. I will never go there ever again.

Never been disappointed

Very disappointed in the service I got today. Ordered 3 drinks to being home for my family. Asked for a carrier and never got one so I had to carry them and dropped 2 of them. Was treated very rude at the drive thru window. All my drinks were supposed to be blended. well the blender must have been broken since there were chunks of ice in them. So big they didn't fit through the straw. Overall disappointed and don't think I'll be going back.

Every time I come there’s always an issue with something. I get the wrong size, or they give me too much ice, etc. Usually they are pretty nice but I asked if they had cold foam once and I could hear multiple people in the background talking about it saying “this isn’t Starbucks” and whatever.
