Visited with family there today. Waited for 15 minutes on table and no one came to take order.We left from there without having food or anything. I gave my feedback to couple of staff persons over there that no one took our order and hence we are leaving. Instead of asking us to sit and work on the miss they just gave the excuse that we have so many people coming today that's why its happening. This shows that the staff don't have empathy with guest and don't care about the guests coming in. Management should look into it and work on their staff mannerism like they worked on the beautification of the place. Because doesn't matter how much beautiful or luxurious you make any place, if you don't know how to behave and take care of the guests then it all goes in waste.

If there is option of negative star then i would have given that. Very poor service, staff is not cooperative at all. Worst behaviour of staff and Manager. If you are asking for something like to announce Happy Birthday “Name”, then they act like they want approval in written from very higher official (PM.. sorry to mention about PM), but they are so l my that they not even understand your emotion for which you are coming here to enjoy or celebrate. Each member thinks that he is king in his own world.

I had a terrible experience with staff Very bad customer service and treatment I requested a pasta without mushrooms since I am allergic to it, and still it was added and waiter told me to have same one as it was only one piece. All the staff was blaming one another. When we made complaint to manager she apologised and left and did nothing at all to compensate their mistake.. We ourselves ordered another one to have and give place another chance. Some food was left and we asked cor take away, the waiter was packing it in front of us very messy and stuffing all items in one container When I told him to not pack it like this he still kept doing it and gave us order and left. Very very bad experience
