Very good hospital with very good track record. Dr Kusum is very kind and polite and experienced. Nurses are also very helpful. Only thing stopping it from being best hospital out there is 1.) Dr Vinita’s not so cheerful nature. And her not responding well to patients genuine questions. 2.) Reception staff needs to be more polite and welcoming. Still, all that matters is healthcare and they are very good at it. Recommended.

This Hospital is more concerned about their clientele rather thinking about the best treatment to all. Business minded owner and their management staff will be the same too. Pathetic Doctors and their services.

For delivery wise hospital is best but after delivery hospital said you to visit Birth Office and show them to invoice and child info card to them and they will provide you berth certificate but when I reached to berth certificate office they will denie to give you on birth certificate on based on hospital documents and they will tell to visit other offices for get other documents first. I am not blaming the hospital for delivery process, but I am blaming on the statements of the hospital which they said for get birth certificate of child. Usually, private hospital help to get birth certificate of child but not so here.

Dr. Vanita Goel is extremely experienced doctor. I much appreciate the way she explains everything with a very positive outlook. Many members in family have got their treatment done from her.including me. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

Okay. I am giving five stars for Dr. only. for other clinical staff and reception staff I want to give 2 stars and this is because they are not cooperative and have less emotion towards the patient. They do not care about the patient who has been waiting since when and for what they just ask for a slip and get it with them and ask the patient to wait until it becomes a decade. Hence my suggestion to the management that either maintain the staff quality by observing/training them on a weekly basis or asking patients about their feedback or hire some educated or most polite one who can take care of us. Second most unsatisfactory thing is their parchi/token wala system although it is good but must be obey if it is as I have seen people are sitting so long and the one who comes early gets access to the Dr.'s cabin and this happens only because lake of coordination of staff/Nurse as they do not care for the same. Rest is fine as I said there is no issues with the Dr.s they are well educated and intend to help and support the patients.

Doctors of this hospital are highly skilled and expert in having normal delivery of baby. They know their work and are quite experience, expert and confident I will highly recommend the doctors. I am deducting one star due to unsupportive and insensitive nature of staff (billing, reception and lab). They didn't understand the need of the moment and patient. For staff the rating is 1 only. I hope they will bring change in themselves.

Dr Sanjeev Mendiratta is an excellent doctor. And a Great Human Being. Very Friendly with parent and child alike. Makes the child very comfortable. And the best thing, I personally like about Dr Sanjeev is that he does not prescribe too many medicines, till they are really required. For example, when last week my child got fever, any normal doctor ( or self medication) will start the anti biotic dose. But even on my asking, he said, dont worry, wait, let the fever complete 1 or 2 cycles, only then we know its exact nature.... I will not prescribe anti biotic till we know the exact nature of the fever. ((( .... and to add, my child did recover next morning fully, without any medicine except the Dolo 650 .... maybe it was just a strain, or something not needing the anti biotics ))) The Geeta Hospital has been taking care of my children for last 15 years... ever since they were born. Infact from pre-natal stage itself. Long live Geeta Hospital, and all the Super Doctors and Super Promoters behind , who made this a great institution, for generations.

Unprofessional.. Changed the reports with another patient. After telling them same evening, Mr. Gyan who was handling this, he didn't called back, no further concern & apology from hospital over that they stopped answering calls. Rating is one of the difficult thing specially when it is matter of health services. Dr. Vanita Goel has been a wonderful doctor when it comes to treatment either in person or via phone. People in general have higher expectations from private hospitals, though services provided at hospital are fairly reasonable. Soul purpose of low rating is supporting staff's attitude towards patients. As a patient/customer I would not mind waiting for an hour or two if needed as it's matter of health services however, raising voice or getting into arguments with patients/customers is quite disheartening. I'm sure someone is there to read my rating and respond back. I would love to rate 5 stars again but supporting team needs a feedback.
