The staff is unfriendly and different from every country who has Burger King, here in Albania is impossible to get another cup of drink or ketchup for free. Don't recommend !!!

Nothing special! The staff does not speak English well enough, the waiting time is more than usual and the taste of the food is not as good as in the other Burger Kings I have visited.

The quality is better compared to the US. I just hate that they don't fill your cup all the way and no refills. You have to pay for sauces and they give you only one ketchup per order. 200 lek for one ketchup is ridiculous haha

Ignore the unnecessary 1 star reviews. Its the same quality, if not better, than Burger King from around the world, so if you like Burger King, you will like it here too.

I love the quality of the burgers, my favorite one is the whopper 😋.They're fresh!! The fries are crispy and tasty. The ice cream is also good. I always come back 👑

I don't like monarchies, but the food is good. However it's located in a mall and the service is mid.
