This is my 2nd engagement. I have been to at least 5 different rings businesses and Aura is the best. I know and understand the 4-C’s but Mitch went deeper into choosing the perfect diamond. We took the time and went through several Diamonds that fit my budget and the Clarity/ Color I wanted. Mitch doesn’t just sell you a diamond. He educates you then challenges you to explore several options. After you leave him, you will be so knowledgeable and you will make a great choice. I love the inventory they had available. Also, their pricing is VERY competitive with even some other name brand vendors. My lady love her ring and I know that if you choose Aura, your lady will love het ring as well.

The people at Aura Diamonds are really friendly and care about your custom ring design. They are very informative and if you know nothing about diamonds and are nervous about looking at some, like I was, then no worries! Mitch informed me on the different types of diamonds and brought out some examples so I can see for myself. I am someone who learns with examples I am able to touch, and see for myself. Most definitely coming back for more! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and I also recommend you as well, I promise you wont regret it!

Aura Diamonds was an excellent choice for my custom engagement ring! Before you go in, you should definitely know what you want, as they don’t have tons of styles to try on. You tell them what you’re looking for and they select some loose diamond options for you to examine individually. You pick the perfect diamond for your ring within your price range and they build it custom for you. The build time was very fast in my opinion. There was no pressure at all and you can tell they aren’t just trying to make a sell. I appreciated that they were fully transparent and honest in pricing. They also helped us in selecting wedding bands that fit our needs. Communication was good and I would recommend them to anyone looking to design a custom engagement ring!

Mitch at Aura diamonds has been the best! He let my fiancé custom design my engagement ring- from editing CAD designs to picking from several loose diamonds. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted!!! Way better than you could get from a chain store. For our wedding bands, it was the same deal. My fiancé got my engagement ring from here. They did so extremely well!! I absolutely love my diamond and band! One of the smaller diamonds came loose and they were so quick to resolve and take care of the situation as soon as we told them about it! My fiancé had a unique design in mind and they made sure to craft it and show him multiple model versions of the ring before finalizing! My ring was hand carved with thorn like carvings on the band which is exactly what I love about it!! They also melted the gold together in the form of our initials on the back of the ring where the underside of my hand is! And from the outside, made the initials look like an infinity sign so you see the initials on the inside! I would have never been able to think that they could even do this but they made it work and the ring looks so graceful and more than what I could have ever wanted! Love it and this place is amazing!! Highly recommend for anyone in need of a diamond ring or any wedding/engagement band! They will cater to your needs and keep your design requests a priority and tell you realistically what is feasible for them to do! Love the ring so much, thank you so much!!

We loved our experience with Aura Diamonds. My husband and I ordered our entire wedding ring set through them: diamond engagement ring, his wedding band, my wedding band and my anniversary wedding band. Staff team were very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and went above and beyond to get our rings delivered to us. I was able to curate my engagement ring by selecting the exact diamond that I wanted, the setting that fits me, and when we were done with the process, I cried on the spot. Aura diamonds did a wonderful job on my custom engagement ring and wedding band. My fiancé was able to look through their selection of loose diamonds to pick the perfect one for me, and then customize the setting and band from there. They are also very communicative and quick, fitting us in for last minute appointments and getting my wedding band done in a week!

Working with Mitch was awesome, he is very professional and easy to work with. My fiancé ended up loving her ring SO much, it was a radiant lab grown style with diamonds all around the band as well. I walked in not knowing anything and I walked out knowing SO much more, so I am very pleased. So if you are a guy like me, who had zero knowledge walking in, then please please do not look any further at all!!
