I had never been to a Planet Fitness but have friends that love them. This location is exceptionally clean, almost OCD clean. There are staff literally cleaning the entire place constantly. The front desk personnel are friendly and greet you upon entry. Good selection of weightlifting machines and cardio equipment. Just as they advertise they do lack a bit on the free weights. Dumbbells for example max out at 75 pounds. Overall a great gym for most people but really exactly as they advertise.

I mean it's a standard Planet Fitness. The only problem is that I finish my workout at 5am and need to take a shower but a female janitor is always cleaning the men's bathroom at that time. She Does a great job though.

Update 9/21/2023: The showers are open now, but they smell musty. I sincerely hope that is in the future plans of the renovation. Other areas are still closed due to construction. I would still advise new members to not choose this club until renovations are completed. Original: I signed up online for Planet Fitness Black at this gym on Aug 31. I visited on Sep 1 to find that this location has limited services due to renovations. No lockers, showers, or PF Black amenities seem to be available at this time. I'm sure it will be great when it's done, but for the moment one-star. If you are signing up for a plan that does not offer multi-club access, avoid signing up for this one until the renovation is complete. There was nothing online during sign up that indicated the limited services at this location.

Always good at Planet Fitness. I go to workout at Planet Fitness has all over the US and I have no problems so far with anyone not keeping the gym clean. As far as mask requirements go is based on state to state laws. But in most cases like Texas I have noticed that you do not have to wear a mask as long as there is social distancing in effect which would apply to a six foot rule "while working out". I signed up and i was nerve told i couldn't bring my small back pack with gym items: resistance bands, water, etc... in the workout floor. Guy embarrassed me making me give him my bag on the spot. Explained i needed my bag because i recently had hand surgery and he just gave me a sad face Totally killed my vibe and really sucks because i have to carry phone, water, towels and resistant bags on hand during my whole workout around the gym.

I joined the gym to workout with my teenage daughter. The gym is kept very clean and it usually isn't too busy. We do tend to go when most people are probably working. The staff is friendly and the other members are cordial and respectful. I am enjoying my membership. I believe their prices are reasonable and I thoroughly enjoy using the massage chairs. It was a big reason for my joining.

Planet Fitness the best. I love the variety of machines there are and the cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and they are extending the Gym now bigger because a lot of people arrive. 💪🏼

I loved this place. But 3 out of 4 stair steppers are broken. Talked to the front desk and put in work orders a few months ago. None were repaired

Decent variety of equipment. Obviously if you're serious about lifting you'll go elsewhere, but you can get the job done here. The pop music is obnoxiously loud, can't even drown it out with noise cancelling buds. Most of the staff is pretty nice, one guy is especially nice, and one girl is always annoyed-looking. The prices are pretty fair.

I didn’t like I LOVE EVERYTHING THEY DO FOR THEIR PEOPLE , I love that they welcome you like if you were part of the family They make you feel super comfortable I love that they push you to be a better version of yourself I truly don’t regret getting my membership in this location I’m glad I’m finally home 

Great customer service!! I’m always welcome in every time I go and the gym is very clean also have a good amount of equipment’s to use.

I travel all 50 states and i never heard or never had a employee approach me said you cant not have your gym bag on the floor until i visit this location, i decided to leave and relocate to another planet fitness location just to continue with my work out. I felt like i was being targeted because of my appearance never again i will return to this location

Amazing location with updated equipment. The gym is very clean and the staff is absolutely amazing! I noticed them cleaning throughout my workout and pleasantly interacting with the guests. 10/10 recommended.

5 stars if they had more equipment and more experienced members who understand proper gym behavior. The staff is great and do thier job and understand customer service. If it was not for farmers branch i would have canceled my membership a long time ago. All other planet fitnesses are the worst gyms i have ever been to in my 35 years of training.

My favorite pf in the DFW area. Usually pretty clean especially compared to others. This light has been out for about a month. It limits the amount of dressing rooms being that there’s 4 showers 3 dressing rooms.

Wow this place is pretty awesome. Hydro massage with minesweeper and ocean video and nice staff and friendly workouts and rowing machine and great prices with guest capabilities and free training! Wow!!

The staff were great the equipment was spread an placed nicely with a wide range of equipment the locker room an whole building was clean an most people were very nice.

Brand New equipment(Literally with most recent location update), well maintained facility, with an awesome friendly staff team. Farmer's Branch Planet Fitness never disappoints. Been a member there for several years.

I’ve been to a few different locations in the DFW area. This is the best one in my opinion. It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. They recently updated all of the equipment and made changes to the workout areas. It’s more accessible now and easier to find things.

I like the variety in equipment and cleanliness of the space. The staff is so friendly! Good vibes all around.

This is my favorite PF in this part of the county. It's clean, there's lots of machines, the staff are friendly, and the machines all work. What more could you want in a gym? The only downside is that the hours are strange on the weekends which means this isn't a true 24/7 gym. That's a real bummer, but hey, there's other PFs out there if you need to workout on the weekend.

Planet Fitness always has the latest and greatest equipment which helps with building as well as not letting you forget your accessory work. Love this gym!!

I enjoy working out here. Everyone is so nice and the staff keeps everything clean. I feel like I belong and they have so many amenities for any occasion.

Whether you're a newbie or an experienced lifter Planet Fitness will take care of you! Best equipped gym around if you like free weights! Great atmosphere everyone is very helpful!

I've only just started coming here but I really like it. It's super clean and an amazing amount of machines and free weights. Locker room and restrooms are very clean. It's an all around nice experience. I like little lounge are where you can cool off and relaxi look forward to my next workout

Good place, just need more because some are there. Service lines and others that if they are working, the clients are sitting only using the cell phone, one concentrated on exercising or giving a time limit to the other users because they spend too much time on a single machine and there are more people waiting for the machines to be free. while whoever is using them spends a long time sitting and on their cell phone 😬
