Very serene rise garden tucked away in a park. Well maintained and lots of seating and walking paths along the creek.

Very well maintained, lots of variety roses. Some of the rose plays looks like 10+ years old. It is nicely bloomed right now (mid April). The garden quite big and plenty of parking. Mature trees give shade for long stay. Kids playground well maintained. Long trail for hiking and cycling. Option of fishing in the side canal and canal pond.

The park was very beautiful and peaceful in the morning while the dew was still fresh on the ground. I took away one star because the tropical milkweed should be cut to the ground by this time of year for the safety of the monarch butterflies.

I discovered this part on a morning walk that I'm extended the distance on. I feel like I was rewarded for my additional effort! I really loved the design and the layout of the park with the flower beds all in uniquely designed beds and arranged for the viewers pleasure!

What a beautiful garden and it's free to visit. It's a nice design and filled with all kinds of roses. We came in mid-April. There are unique sculptures that you can find throughout the garden. There was a wedding in the garden when we visited, so some of the entrances were blocked.

Lovely place to visit. Great photo opportunities! Near a playground and the oldest cemetery in Dallas County from the 1800's.

I didn't count but there could easily have been around 50 varieties of roses. The presence of flowers give a pleasant yet mild fragrance all around. It's a perfect place for couples to take a romantic stroll and for the kids to play 'tag' or 'hide and seek'! And the fun doesn't stop there... There a long, winding lake along the length of the garden and play area with ducks swimming around with bridges in either ends of the narrow lake. There are also a couple of very short trails in the same area. And for the final touch, in the very center of the trails is a scenic spot with family swings and couple of benches for picnic....!

Well is was winter so no roses, but there are hundreds of rose bushes in many varieties here (signs name them) and that will be amazing later in the year. We went for a walk up the creekside trail and the bird sounds were glorious! So many birds. At the end of the trail we came a beautiful tree starting to blossom with a huge USA flag flying in the background. We loved this place and will be back many times I'm sure.

Beautiful free public rose garden in the heart of Farmers Branch Texas. Within a 30 minute drive north of downtown Dallas. There is a beautiful park for kids to play near the garden.

Positively lovely! We really like that the play ground and basketball court and well maintained restrooms are close together. The view is pretty nice too. The stream with the ducks and geese are nice and there's a covered area to eat or you could do as a couple of other families did with their children and sit on the grass and watch the ducks by the water to have lunch. Everyone put their paper in the trash afterwards. There's plenty of playground equipment and a lovely walking/ nature trail that you can walk or jog. In spring and summer there's a beautiful garden between all this and the road that buffers sound of traffic which adds even more to the serenity. You'll love it!

Such a beautiful and underrated area. There is a nice playground for kiddos, the pond/creek has plenty of wildlife to just sit and watch. The best part of course and the plants and flowers! Everyone should make some time to stop and smell (or just admire) the roses

Mom had trouble walking on grass between rows. She has a can, but made legs to sore to make more than 1.5 rows. I will go back, she will not. We had a great day for it to. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. They could use help maintaining beds. Cutting dead heads. Several seating along concrete path and it is wide. More than just Rose's. Playground avIlable.

What a beautiful place to visit. I just came in mid April. The flowers look great. It’s clean. It’s easy to walk around the park. Parking can fill up but it’s not impossible to get a spot.

I did not know this place existed until just a week ago. We had our Quinceañera photoshoot here yesterday and it was beautiful. I can only imagine what it looks like during spring. Great place for pictures!
