So much fun! My wife took me here for my birthday and we completed our escape room in record time. It was fantastic! All of the staff was very helpful and made the experience fun. It only took us one hour from start to finish so we were able to go about the rest of our date day. I would not recommend this for super young children but instead enjoy it with your significant other. Excellent day with my wife!

We have done three rooms at Ultimate Escape Game in Dallas! Every time we have gone the staff has been amazing. They are super helpful during the game and give enough hints to help progress the room, but they don’t give things away. They pay attention and know exactly where you are at in the room and are super nice and welcoming. We had Emrys as a Game Master the last time we went and she was very helpful and nice. We can’t wait to go back!

Staff was very friendly throughout the whole experience. We took part in their hardest room (Flight 2157) which is a great option for a large group of people (we had 7). The staff gives you the option to allow (or not allow) nudges throughout the process as well as three clues that can be used if the whole room agrees. An experienced duo attempted before our group and didn't make it out, so we knew it'd be a tough one to tackle! We will definitely be visiting again soon to finish what we started as well as try out their other rooms.

This is the 3rd escape room company I've experienced and each has its own way to differentiate. These guys have a wall to sign when you make it out. The wall is quite crowded. The rooms are well setup, but that's to be expected. We had 6 teams of 6 and we all fit comfortably. Then we had a gift exchange and they had a large enough room to accommodate all of us. The hosts were young and gracious. Very inviting and friendly. This is a great place.

We had a blast in the earthquake escape room and we just barely beat the buzzer! It was only 3 of us so we were lucky to have Mac as our host, her 3 hints were super helpful! Thanks Mac and thanks to the folks at Ultimate Escape Dallas!

My wife & I have done about twenty escape rooms & this was one of the very best! We were able to complete "Earthquake" with 2:50 to spare. High quality & production value (lots of tech & it all WORKED!!) with moderate challenge. Cool signature wall as well if you complete your escape. GRACE was an awesome game guide and honestly without her help, I doubt we would have been able to finish. Super attentive compared with most other game hosts we've experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend UEG Dallas!

This escape room goes above and beyond. The games are so much fun, with unique puzzles and well designed rooms. They are truly making the customer experience unique. If you want nudges and extra clues, just ask! They definitely want your experience to be great and will accommodate you and your group. Brian and Drew made sure to give clues based on what we wanted (nudges when struggling) and it was so much fun! 🤗

We did two rooms here, "Dead by Dawn" and "Earthquake". My husband and I had so much fun. Our favorite of the two was "Dead by Dawn" but they were both fun. We have done many escape rooms before and these were some of the better ones we have done. The puzzles made sense, everything worked and the rooms flowed well. Our game guides were Andrew and Brian and they were awesome! We will definitely be back to try out the other rooms.

Great place, they’d give you a pad you can write notes on, which not all escape rooms do. The room we were in was full of puzzles, a lot of them were way to focused on counting stuff rather than creativity. The mid-advanced level was pretty tough though, especially if you don’t have the experience it’s better to start from lower difficulties. Some of the puzzles were pretty hard to solve without a clue but once you get them it’s pretty awesome.

So much FUN! We did the Earthquake game. It was pretty cool. Will definitely go again and try the other ones as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very informative!

Great experience doing some team building with our nonprofit leadership. The game master was both knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job of paying attention to the details to help us best. We will be coming back again for sure!

Grace was fantastic, she stayed on top of how our group was doing and gave a slight nudge for free when we needed it. We did the flight themed escape room and it lived up to its difficulty with multiple rooms to solve with the main room as well as varied solutions for some of the puzzles. Overall a great first time experience for several of us.

We had an amazing time at The Game Show! It's a great place for family and friends to play and enjoy the day! You are put into teams and placed in a game show setting like, the "Price Is Right " Jeopardy ", and "Family Fued" to name a few!

This place is very fun. It was my first time I did the zombie one what ever that's called but the people where nice and the game was fun. We failed but I want to go back and try them all. To bad there expansive though.

Time Collector was really fun. The puzzles all made sense and were fun but the extra things in the room did make it hard to know what was a clue and what wasn’t. Luckily we had Grace as an amazing guide and gave us the clues we needed to succeed

Had a blast with the Earthquake Escape adventure for my 15 year old’s birthday! Grace and Andrew were amazing and supportive hosts. Everyone loved it! Highly recommend - super clean super fun and very challenging but absolutely worth it!

This was my family and I’s first time doing an escape room! We did Dead By Dawn and loved it!!! It was very fun, challenging, and interactive. For the most part the employees seemed helpful and friendly. Definitely would check out some of the other rooms this location has to offer. Maybe next time we will actually escape. 😂

Our church did a team building day here, and we had a blast! Every person that hosted us that day was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional. Our game guides between all of our groups going at the same time (Grace and Drew) were very attentive and flexible, making sure to give the best hints and help for every group. Emrys was our game guide, and she was great! We did the Earthquake room today and barely made it out with 15 secs left on the clock! I really liked how you can sign your name on the walls once you beat a room. I'd like to come again and try out the other rooms in the future.

I came here with some friends for a Saturday excursion and we had the best time ever. Our game master Grace was extremely helpful and enthusiastic towards our experience and we finished our game with time to spare too! It’s so much fun for a group activity and I can’t wait to come back!

Super fun! We did the time collector room. There were many amazing Scyfi references, challenging puzzles, and fun times all around. The staff was amazing; especially Grace, who was our game guide. Super helpful without too much being given away! I wish we could stay in Dallas longer to play more of their rooms!!

We were literally saved by Grace at this escape room! She was a perfect game master and we wouldn’t have got out without her help in the final minutes. We did the flight room and it was unique and fun. It had a TON of puzzles for two people, so we were scrambling at the end. Loved the experience. We are experienced escapers and this room was great fun.

The Earthquake game was a ton If fun. There were only 5 of us in the room. My grandchildren were so clever and figured out most of the clues. Mac was our game guide. She was super in helping us wit our clues when we needed a life line. We all had a fantastic time. Thank you, Mac for making the experience so much fun.
