I am a BCBSTX member and was surprised that I would be covered in using a Baylor Scott & White Physical Therapy (BSW OP) center which is close to where I live. I am working with Baylor Physical Therapy to heal from two major arm surgeries in 4 months time. The entire time thus far from 1st injury is almost 13 months. My first surgery was about 6 1/2 months from injury date and I began working with Baylor shortly thereafter. The staff at BSW Physical Therapy in Farmers Branch are kind and considerate. The front desk schedulers, administrative support, office management personnel are as professional and caring as the most senior physical therapists at this location. There are student therapists working alongside the fully certified therapists that are as concerned for the patients' well-being and quality of care as any medical personnel I have worked with in this long recovery. They are helping me heal from my acute injury: humerus fracture repair which also includes radial nerve damage. And also a full reverse replacement of my shoulder. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you need their services; they will take good care of you in a stress-free, respectful manner that will never be humiliating for you. They will work hard to help you get to where you need to be with whatever your unique situation may be.

This was my first visit, a very pleasant experience all the way around! The woman working the front desk is extremely helpful and Very pleasant. Seems to know everyone that enters. My Physical Therapist, Modi was also very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Made my first experience with PT very rewarding!

Baylor Scott & White Rehab in Farmers Branch has been amazing. I've been to many Physical Therapists in the past and had handful of "friendly" PT but the friendliness was not enough for me to be motivated to come back on a weekly schedule. Especially if I work over 40 hours a week. Sarah is intentional and compassionate. She has a structures session and clarifies the purpose of each exercise. One of many things I appreciate most is she has questions to make sure she understands where my pain is coming from and she is able to provide me the knowledge of which exercise/stretch I need to do to feel better. if you are looking for someone that is willing to provide you knowledge and clarity I would highly recommend working with Sarah and the Baylor Rehab staff at Farmers Branch.

I have had outstanding experience at Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation. Bernie at the front desk and the two therapists I have worked with Sarah and Paul are excellent. It is new and one gets personalized attention. They are responsive and generally very good to work with.

The location is conveniently located in Farmers Branch. The therapy room was always always very clean and bright. My therapist was always on time and always explained the activity I was doing and how that activity was to improve my movement. She was always ready to listen to my concerns and explain everything. This is the second time I have had to have therapy and if I should need therapy again I would definitely return to this location.

A two week delay at a prior non Baylor facility did not conform to the PT scheduling requirements necessary for my issue. Stopped by and discussed with Sara and Burney who scheduled me in @ 11A the following day. This facility is top drawer in that it is new, single level, easy access from close in parking, clean and bright. When I show up for my scheduled appointment it is non stop for the one hour session. Kinda like showing up for a structured gym visit. Always look forward to going and keeping a positive attitude.

If you're not coming here for your PT, you are missing out on the best staff and rehab center in the metroplex! I have made incredible progress in my post surgery recovery. Sarah knows exactly how to push you just enough to help get the results you are looking for! Bernie is super helpful and friendly too. I am so glad I found this little gem.
