I like this place however, if your non Hispanic like myself, there is definitely a language barrier. I would like for them to at least get a person who is bilingual. It would definitely increase the sales. My Spanish is limited but my husband is bilingual so it helps, but for others, the language barrier is enough for some to take they're business elsewhere.

After looking at the reviews, I can clearly see what the problem is here. I have been ordering from this location for 5 years now. First off, it really is good pizza for the price. But I as well have noticed, sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not as crispy as other times. The other mention I have noticed is customer service. I can totally put my 2 cents in. Some of the workers are rude, some are not. The problem is there are too many 20 year olds with attitudes being hired. There is a cashier now who always has her hair in a braid to the side. She is the rudest. Doesnt say hello or thank you or even smiles! People in general dont have common courtesy these days. You need to hire friendly people who like to work and actually want to be there. Those are usually the gossips and trouble makers. The quiet ones are the ones who keep to themselves. Those are good workers! Even the male manager isnt nice. Thats why there are so many turnovers at companies these days. You need better management that actually care more about the company and not have favorites at work. I know I’ve worked in the restaurant field for 20 years. Even as a 20 year old i was friendlier than these 20 year old these days. They dont want to work.

Pizza was flavorful! Customer service was professional and prompt. Small walk in for pick up style building. Offers a drive thru, walk up window, inside to order option. Not a sit to dine facility. Inexpensive and good to fill up on, especially for a large crowd.

Good service and fresh hot pizza! I tried the Diablo $8 and change! and it tasted sooo awesome! Regular pepperoni pizzas only cost about $5

I love this place. The pizza is amazing and the customer service is always on point. Because of their personal pan pizza I don’t have to give up pizza(I’m on a diet).

I know some people will say all Patrons are the same but I say no. I live in Dallas by Grand Prairie and I'll drive to this Pizza Patron. I honestly love their pizzas. Not only is the quality good but the customer service is great too. Thank you for making our experience a great one every time.

The pizza was delicious but the timing wasn’t good and we asked for 3 ranch but they only gave us 2 they should put more attention to what they are giving us and what we ordered but beside of that it was great 👍

This was my first ever visit to Pizza Patron. The wings and queso sticks were fantastic. I will definitely order these again.

I love Pizza patron this is the closet one I can get to other than the ones in Dallas. I love the pizza however the customer service is not there. I’ve been going lately, I love the pizza but… there is always the same girl, really pretty but… has lowkey does not a good attitude. Atmosphere is everything! plus she’s the first person you see when you come in so of course you want somebody that’s nice and cheerful. Or have someone that’s more of accustomed to people. However, love the pizza though.

Service was a little slow but since they're literally cooking me a fresh pizza in a drive through that's kinda expected. Pizza was good.

Quick service, pizza has lots of toppings, prepared just as I like it! Recommended by a lady at the nearby laundromat. I'll be back!

Food was good for how cheap it was. The service was great. But it was small and the seating was uncomfortable.
