Not welcoming at all! I got the impression that me being there was an inconvenience to all the employees. Walking in to silent stares and rolling eyes from all 3 employees ( 2 hispanic females and 1 younger male cashier) The cashier didn't say a single word to me. I just gave my order and had to use the credit card machine to see my total. It's no wonder this busy street restaurant was empty during lunch hour. Even though my food was good, it wasn't what I ordered.

First time to this location and it was great. I didn't see their new spicy bread until I was checking out but coming back to try it soon.

My girlfriend went in to order us sandwiches. Cashier then proceeds to ask her “Are you going to eat both of those sandwiches”. The audacity and gull on you lady.

They always have consistent, excellent quality food with fairly reasonable prices. I usually order online and pick it up. This store closes earlier than others, so you need to check it out. They have salads and soups, too, so you have choices. Great Cinnabon rolls for dessert! We usually order medium-sized sandwiches that we can split and have two meals. Mid priced that way.

This location on Midway Rd. calls itself the Austin Eatery. Not sure why because the last time I checked, I was was in Farmers Branch. Anyway, I wanted to try something new, or new to me. I had the Fiesta Style with chicken breast on jalapeno bread. Schlotzski's has always had great sandwiches so I wasn't disappointed with this one. It comes with cheese, olives, red onion, and chipotle peppers. It was in a word, delicious. The mild spice was complemented by the mellow olive to combine in flavor heaven. I am hard-pressed to say the Fiesta Style takes the place of Schlotzski's Original as my favorite but it runs a close second. Stop by any location and try it for yourself. Schlotzski's- hard to spell, delicious to eat. I think we have a new slogan, folks!

I have been to schlotskys before and have ordered the pastrami and swiss. Really bad sandwich at this location. To start off with when I got the sandwich I could see that the sandwich was light on all ingredients. Very little pastrami and I think there was swiss. Could not tell. Half of my sandwich had a thin slice of pastrami. After my first bite on that half the one piece of pastrami came out and then I was left with only bread. I am not exaggerating. I look at all the pictures of sandwiches with a few layers of meat. Mine was not even close to the pictures. Actually I am sure the pictures are not actually how they do come but my ingredients were very light.

I love the medium original sandwich with everything on it. Mmmm MMMMM...!!!

The customer service is bad. The sandwiches aren't made correctly at this loaction. This is supposed to be The original sandwich did no modifications at all. I've never had a location give me something this bad.
