a
bad
experience
at
a
Jimmy
John’s
near
my
house
recently
with
the
exact
same
scenario
as
what
just
happened
to
me.
This
time
the
exact
opposite
happened,
and
I
wanted
to
pay
it
forward
and
let
you
know
how
amazing
the
store
is!
When
I
walked
in
Empress,
the
manager,
was
training
someone
and
she
was
very
pleasant
and
communicative
the
entire
time,
letting
me
know
that
it
would
be
just
a
few
moments
until
my
pick
up
order
was
ready
to
go.
Even
though
she
was
in
the
middle
of
training
a
new
employee,
I
still
only
had
to
wait
a
couple
minutes
and
she
even
apologize
for
the
wait
which
wasn’t
long
at
all.
As
I
waited,
I
heard
her
interacting
with
other
customers
and
even
training
the
new
employee,
and
you
can
tell
that
she
pays
attention
to
the
details
and
the
customer
experience.
My
sandwich
was
phenomenal
and
exactly
how
I
ordered
it
online.
This
was
not
the
experience
that
I
had
at
the
last
Jimmy
John’s
(although
that
experience
is
uncommon
at
JJ).
I
will
be
back
to
this
location
in
the
future.
