    My two favorite sandwiches are the Spicy East Coast Italian and the pesto one they had a few months ago - and I always get them "unwiched". This is a great place for a quick, filling, and healthy lunch. We also frequently order the party boxes for small meetings and events. When we have placed an order online, it's always been ready on time and properly filled.     They are always super fast and friendly, they do promo stuff and show the customers they are appreciated. The food is fresh and I haven’t had a bad experience this location. Also, it is clean.

    I left a review for a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s near my house recently with the exact same scenario as what just happened to me. This time the exact opposite happened, and I wanted to pay it forward and let you know how amazing the store is! When I walked in Empress, the manager, was training someone and she was very pleasant and communicative the entire time, letting me know that it would be just a few moments until my pick up order was ready to go. Even though she was in the middle of training a new employee, I still only had to wait a couple minutes and she even apologize for the wait which wasn’t long at all. As I waited, I heard her interacting with other customers and even training the new employee, and you can tell that she pays attention to the details and the customer experience. My sandwich was phenomenal and exactly how I ordered it online. This was not the experience that I had at the last Jimmy John’s (although that experience is uncommon at JJ). I will be back to this location in the future.

    No doubt top notch service here. When you dream of great customer service, this is what you hope to have when you wake up. Courtney, our server/cashier/manager helped us and she was awesome. Smiled, friendly and she even wrote hubby and wife on our sandwiches! You just don't get this kind of service anywhere these days. The food was great and did the job but here, the service was stellar. Sure she was happy and helpful, but what made it remarkable was that she was the only employee in the shop. She wasn't flustered at all. This FB location is the best. Wish all JJ's we're like it! Great job!

    I come here weekly and usually everything is great. I read previous comments about the service not being "freaky fast" I came in this afternoon and there was one table of two people and no other customers. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the employee made 2 other orders right in front of me? I get Togo orders etc but I was literally ordering a single sandwhich and it was obvisiously slow. Definitely rub me the wrong way I got so annoyed I walked out and never ordered.

    Ordered from this location dozens of times - this is the third time this year I’ve gotten food poisoning immediately after receiving the same order from this location. Usually quick delivery and no issues but not going to risk it anymore. You guys need to evaluate your food safety because something is not being done properly.

    How hard it is to make a sandwich, especially if it’s a sandwich shop? I mean that’s the only thing they need to do right, especially if the order is spelled out on an app, for the amount they charge for the sandwich, I assume that they pay their employees adequately, and at least train them to make it proper sandwich, will never return to this Jimmy John’s ever again, I urge all customers to go to another Jimmy John’s for a better experience!

    Every place should hope to have an employee like Courtney! She was so helpful. Not to mention patient when I changed my mind just as she was wrapping up plugging in my order. She also wrapped my cut sandwich halves separately which was incredibly thoughtful. She’s the best!
