Do not go see this doctor. Apparently they think it's ok to allow their patients to have to sit there ALL DAY ,missing medications, breathing treatments, etc!! Then have to stand in the heat for hours to walk home or take a bus because the insurance provided transportation is SCHEDULED! I hope this doctor has damn good insurance!!

This Visit to this Clinic reminded me of why I don't trust the Health System. I felt like I got robbed here. It was my first time visiting and they took down all my information with my insurance but didn't explain what it covered until everything was all said and done. I had to pay almost $300 just so they can tell me that my Insurance covers 0% of the expenses.It would have been nice for them to let me know upfront and that way I can decide if it was worth it.This was a matter of lack of communication, transparency, and empathy for the patients. The staff that work there are just there to get paid no one truly cares about the patients and there financial situations. They are in the wrong field of work. I do not recommend this clinic it was a huge waste of my time n money and unfortunately, now I'm left with nothing to get the medicine I needed.

Actually, zero stars! 1- When you go for the physical they make you wait for hours on end. 2- they had to do my Pap smear twice coz they did it wrong the 1st time. Wasn’t informed, when I asked about the results they said they have to do it again! 3- they do tests which are not covered by insurance without informing nor getting permission. 4- they don’t return messages, voice mails and emails. They put you on hold without giving answers. They tell you to meet with a person and then that person is not available when you turn up. 5- finally they say it’s not their problem because their subcontracted party billed us direct and it has nothing to do with them.

I have a good relationship with my doctor I guess because I try to be as honest as possible with them. Dr. Martinez does listen and he will let you explain how your feeling. I thought at first me and him weren't going to get on the same page but I give people the benefit of the doubt and listen when there done I explain my point of view. Dr. Martinez let me do that and he got a better understanding of how to take care of me. I don't complain much but if something is bothering me then I expect my doctor to fix it if they can and he showed me that he would at least try. So to me he's a good doctor for listening and helping me find a solution to my problem. Thanks Dr. Martinez

These people in the front have no consideration for other peoples time!! I have never been to a Drs office and waited over 2 hrs to see him! If the are short staffed the NEED TO TELL PEOPLE!! Geeez! The Dr was great when we finally saw but it’s ridiculous, the waiting!

wow I feel so sad that I did not check the review before to go. I'm new in this country and I was looking for a physician, which I never saw or had contact. That was a horrible experience, They charge me 106.00 just to read my test result, when I claimed, I could hear only lies that were disgusting, how they train the staff to be ready with kind of BS... Don't lose your money and times..Please take this in consideration before you think about to go there.. 1- You will never see your physician 2- You will wait for 2 hours 3- The communication is not good at all, they are not clear with what they are doing for taking your money 4- This is a fraud, you are going to be very disappointed with nobody in the staff will want to help you. 5- They have response for everything, like the code is different, all doctor work different here is like this, sorry if you did not know, we don't provide receipt or bill it take 2 weeks, we are charging because only doctor can read your test result (but the person who read it was not a doctor), etc etc etc

ZERO STARS!!! EXPECT TO WAIT HOURS EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I only went to this location because my PCP did not have an opening and I did not have an Urgent Care close enough to me. I expected to wait on my first visit but was given a follow up appointment to go over results. My scheduled appointment was at 4pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm and was still sitting in the waiting room at 5:15pm. I asked the person at the front if I can reschedule, she stated I would need to write down my birthday and someone will call me because she has clocked out for the day.

Staff was very friendly, wait time was relatively short, doctor made me feel comfortable and she was very attentive with our appointment. Will be going back again!

ZERO STARS! Horrible staff! They take walk ins first, ignore the fact that an established patient has an appointment, disregarding any clue or idea of taking in a patient who needs to get blood drawn a diabetic patient fasting for blood work at that!!! They roll their eyes, shrug their shoulders and keep you waiting when you let them know how long you been waiting, and keep calling other people after they say “your next” just because a person has a MOS certificate doesn’t mean they learned the ethics to be in a medical facility!!! I think they need a physiological assessment before dealing with sick patients as well! Every time my mom has an appointment she comes out of there with a headache and blood pressure high from dealing with these front desk people who do not have any empathy for seniors and their illnesses! Doctor Martinez if you read this please know your front desk staff are rude and are making you lose patients! I am changing my mom’s plan immediately because i know for the past years she’s been your patient she complains 90% of the time and she dreads going in for an appointment!!!

I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I was not seen by the doctor I had scheduled an appointment with, nor was I informed that the doctor I had scheduled with was out until I arrived for my appointment. The staff was mostly friendly, however very disorganized & did not communicate well with each other or the patients. Masks were not heavily enforced for staff or patients. I was moved from one room to another, & then sent back the waiting room between weight/height check and my actual appointment. The facility itself seemed uninviting, unkempt, & possibly unsanitary.

Dr. Martinez is a person who empathizes with his patients, considers them, respects them and helps them. He is very human and is an excellent professional

Receptionist is friendly, medical staff is professional polite and friendly. My mother and I we are so happy to have them.

Don't try this medical center I am been trying to see the Doctor since a month from now first visit the Doctor send a nurse to tell me to go ahead and see a gynecologist first then return to continue with other exams second visit with an APPOINTMENT but I needed to leave after one hour of waiting again without seeing a Doctor So UNPROFESSIONAL

Hello I don’t know how to start . I don’t have truly no so many good things to say about this place, but I’m so tired to deal with ppl who needs more preparation to work in such a very delicate field The Health Industry . This ABC Medical Clinic needs to training better to the Staff in all areas . Understanding , Compasión, knowledge, Soft Skills etc . Is a must when you really care . God is great .

Took my wife to see the doctor for headaches. It took two hours to get seen did some bloodwork. They told us to come back next weekend we went and they try to charge us an additional $30 to see the doctors to get her results. All we needed was the results but apparently they don’t do that because they have to make you see the doctor and charge you an additional 30 that is ridiculous. Since when does the doctor charge your additional 30.00 to get your results back… Don’t come here go somewhere else they try to rip you off.

0 STARS IF I COULD! This place is horrible from the start to finish. The receptionists are the worst customer service people ever and don't even take your notes into account. I had asked nicely to see Dr. Martinez please and and SPECIFIED that if Dr. Martinez wasn't there that I can come another day. Next thing you know, after a LONG 2 1/2 hours of waiting, Dr. Shonda comes in. Because I didn't want to be rude to this SHONDA I allowed her to assist me. Boy was I wrong. She is so dismissive, doesn't show any care for her patients needs and worries.I knew I wanted Dr. Martinez for a reason. I went there because I had the frequent urge to pee and she has the AUDACITY TO BLAME IT ON DRINKING COFFEE AND THE WEATHER!!!! Are you kidding me! That makes no sense! That is why today was my last visit! The receptionists, MA's, and "Dr. Shonda" are just wanting to waste your time and charge you a ton of money for no type of professional care! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS DR. MARTINEZ HIMSELF is present more often like he used to years ago.

Everyone was so kind and nice, is trying best to explain everything in easy words and make you feel comfortable.

I been with this doctor for 11 years but the service is getting worse and worse the bottom line they made me change insurance and now with new insurance I went to the doctor just for them to tell me that my insurance is no longer in contract with them without any heads up to let me know that this going to happen.

Excellent attention, the doctor who treated me was very kind and accurate in his diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez and I send him many greetings and my gratitude for his support in such a difficult time.
