Tish was/is absolutely amazing! I let her know I was looking for a place by the end of November and my main concern was my credit. Instead of just turning me away, Tish gave me different options that may help my chances of approval. Needless to say, later that day I received a call stating I’m approved!!!! OH, and the apartments are nice and renovated, prices are reasonable and the area seems very quiet. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

Both of the ladies in the leasing office are amazing. Tish always gets back with me quickly if I ever have a question. Maintenence is great too. My apartment was clean and beautiful when I moved in. I feel extremely safe here. I am very happy with Lakeview Apartments!

I’ve been here for a year and it’s been great!! Angela in leasing is always amazing with communication. Maintenance has been outstanding as well. Any orders I’ve put in gets done within 24 hours. The community is clean. I feel safe and protected. I recently renewed my lease. There was an increase on rent but I don’t mind because it’s worth me being safe and maintain living in a safe community. Dumpsters are picked up weekly so trash isn’t affecting the parking lot. I would definitely recommend. I have an updated apartment and I love it. It is so comfortable to live in. Overall a pleasant area. Thank you Lakeview.

Just moved in the country with a baby and wife. Wasn't receiving help from any apartments in Farmington hills. At the last it was Tish at the leasing office at lake view. She knows the entier process so good. Glad I got in contact to her. Couldn't imagine what I would have gone through without her help. Anyone got any queries ask for her directly.

The apartments are very clean and newly renovated. They have disability /wheelchair accessible apartments The leasing office is conveniently accessible and accommodating staff. Leasing lady Tish was very helpful with explaining everything leasing an apartment entails.

I was in an urgent need to find an apartment immediately in a stressful situation. Being told by other apartments processing can take 3 to 4 business days. Tish at Lakeview apartments leasing office was very considerate and got everything submitted and proceed within a day on a Saturday! Definitely recommend.

Lakeview Apartments are so quiet and peaceful, I love living here. I’ve been here for a year and I just renewed.
