Interesting experience.. food was fine. Presentation was typical. Guests we were seated with were actually fun. However, Mens room needed attention desperately, waitresses hair was a bit distressing as it was not in keeping with food service protocol.

Me and my fiance went there for my birthday. The food was really really good! The chef that cooked in front of us, was friendly and funny. I definitly recommend this place

We often go there for special occasions and we love the dine-in experience. Be prepared to spend an hour to two at the table as the chefs prepare food right in front of you and serve a complete 5 course hibatchi meal. They start with soup, salad , grilled vegetables , sauces , chicken fried rice (an absolute favourite and must try) and then Your choice of grilled meat, cooked in garlic butter and spices and they end it with an icecream. If there is a soecial occasion and if you let your chef know, there is a tiny celebration at the end of your meal with the staff and its cool. You are often seeated with others at the table as they need a table of 8 people to be filled prior to they begin cooking

The service was great and the food is good. They are very accommodating for groups. We had the hibachi and it was so fun. The cocktails are a bit expensive, but that's alright. I recommend any seafood dish.

Live Hibachi Japanese delicacies .. experience which some how I missed when I visited Japan . Preparing live in your front itself was interesting to watch & taste was also delicious . Quantity of course will ask you for packet to carry it home . It was not for us but seen most of the customer .. The experience itself was once to try in Benihana any branch ( reservation ) prior to visit

Incredible first time experience. If you can get Victor.....he is your guy for a crazy fun time. The food was fantastic, the service was everything we expected and more. We will absolutely be back

My daughter took my grandson there for his birthday dinner and they invited us it was the first time I've ever been to a place like this I absolutely loved it I had a great time the staff was great the person who was cooking the food in front of us was hilarious a great time the food is great

Great service, very quick and attentive! Gave us suggestions and also confirmed we were aware of what was included with our meals. The food presentation was over the top, and the freshness and taste are even better. We chose not to sit at a Habachi table and ordered just sushi, I would highly recommend this option. Also, the parking was very easy, but pulling out and heading south at lunch hour was a little bit of a wait, but well, worth it!

I am very disappointed from this place. I used to love this place. The worst experience I have ever encountered in any restaurant. I invited family to there so they can have good food and experience. The chef is new and doesn’t know how to cook!!!! Well the order was all missed up. Food was not cooked right. I got little piece of shrimp. I can’t believe that 3 orders would make me pay that much money. I spoke to the manger she said he is very experienced. He was not able to hold the knife or the food, he burned the food. The people next to us said he should be washing dishes not chef. I can’t believe how you do that to us. The manager said she is she will reduce the price. You can see the bill $143.00 for 3 orders with the discount it would be like what $170.00 wow three orders only. My family are very very disappointed from this location. We always used to go there we have been going there for long time. I paid this money for bad food. I need to be getting my money back. Really we couldn’t eat. This rip off. My family went to other restaurants to eat..

Always a fun time to watch the Chef on the teppanyaki grill! You can't go wrong with grilled meats and seafood plus veggies on the grill. Love when they add extra garlic butter... because why not!?! 😋 Nice selection of cocktails and appetizers as well to compliment the meal. Depending on what you order from the grill, it may come with the house onion soup, salad, and ice cream. Great customer service from staff all around. Chat with others at your table for a fun experience. May seem a bit pricey but experience is worth it! The chefs are nice and entertaining! Reservations are recommended, else wait can be long, especially for parties of 4 or more.

Came in to celebrate a birthday. Prices have definitely gone up but by joining the Chef’s Table you get $30 toward a meal during the month of your birthday. Very easy to make reservations online. Had the filet mignon with chicken fried rice. Husband had the teriyaki chicken and always gets double chicken fried rice to save one order for lunch the next day. Chef and service were both great as always. Fun and delicious night out. Will be back again when the next birthday or special occasion comes around.

Kudos to Bada! He was our grilling chef, and I’ve never seen anyone so meticulous like him: perfection in cleaning the grill (which I had doubts about couple of stains before he came to our table), cutting everything and cooking it to perfection. I liked my food very much, appreciate him doing his best to serve us!

Great chef (Andy) and server (Michael). Wasn't a fan of having to wait 35 minutes past our reservation to be seated, but in the end it was worth the wait. Lots of fun, tricks, and singing by Andy. Michael was very attentive and quick. Definitely will be back, just be prepared to wait past your reservation time.

It's been awhile since I've been here, and I forgot how much fun it is. Especially taking people for the first time. Steve was a great chef, food was fantastic, service was timely. We have no complaints and will be back!

Been sitting here for more then 2 hrs at the grill and still no one cooking. I will definitely not be coming back here with or without my young kids. Also someone sat down 10 mins after we got there, and got their food ate and left before the cook even came to our table. The waitress didn't refill or even ask to refill our drinks. Just horrible experience.

This was the best Benihana experience I've ever had. Our server was attentive, and our cook, Andy, was extremely entertaining. He made it enjoyable for everyone, even the 3 year old. Oh, and the food was amazing. It was so much that everyone had leftovers.

The food was good and plenty. The service a little bit slow, it is a busy place and the servers are trying to do their best. The only real complaint I have is the rudeness of the hostess that clearly has no sense of service at all. Our chef was fun and interactive with us constantly although it took him about 25 minutes to get to our hibachi table, but again this is a very busy place so be patient.

First time at a Benihana. Dude spazzed out at our table and threw an actual little kid tantrum. Slammed down his little bowl of salad on the table and huffed off🤣 I wonder how many meals his wife has missed at a restaurant because of the way he acts? Food was good. The show was good. After dude and his wife left we spread out and had plenty of elbow room. Definitely overpriced. But it was a good time.

Ok ok so look u hear all the hype about this place rite..let's be clear most of it is CAP!! Now the food is good don't get me wrong but the staff/greeter was sorta rude constantly on the cell phone bottom line food is good but for them prices I expect way better service PERIOD..

I had a bunch of delicious food... I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures 😭😭 but go anyway. The food was quick hot and good. The wait was about 25 minutes but a bunch if high school grads were there so it was a bit busy for a Wednesday. I had the 6 course trio but.....well you know

It was my very first time visiting this location and I’d been excited about finally being able to dine there. I joined my sister and niece and all 3 of us were celebrating our birthdays. Our Table Attendant Erika was very nice and provided us with great customer service. Our only complaint was with our Chef. He wasn’t engaging like the others we watched or have had at other locations. He was snappy and sarcastic, when we requested things of him, like the other Chefs were doing and when it pertained to our food. We had 2 children seated at our table (with there family)that we didn’t know and they were bored. If I visit this location again, which is 40 minute drive for me, I definitely don’t want him again.

Wonderful experience!! Very attentive. Food was very good. Chef made the whole dinner so fun.
