Never trust anything here! I was told that you could use a black card anywhere without any extra fees. If you utilize a different gym that is not in the franchise location, they really charge $5 each visit after ten visits. Melissa, the GM, persisted in providing the runaround. This is deceptive marketing to gain black membership customers. I travel all across the United States for my job as a general manager at another national chain Fitness and I have multiple club memberships. It’s straight up shady practice. Of course I know they will not see this review that’s why I connecting with some of the largest fitness influencers with a large following to expose these shady practices. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Planet.

I don’t think the manager Melissa knows she was exposed on a well known podcast episode when she canceled a very well known influencers membership. The entire call recorded and played on the episode! I’m glad everyone can see how planet scams people at this location. Stay clear of this place! He will be calling “Derick from more plates, more dates next”

The only reason this gym received a 1 star was because that was the only way I could leave a review. I had been a member for 2 years. But I have not been to the gym in over 6 months due to school/work, a chaotic life. I have been keeping my membership active in hopes to get back to my workout routine. I just recently had foot surgery and Planet Fitness removed funds from my account. I immediately called them explaining my situation and asked for my funds to be returned back to my account and cancel my membership until I am able to be mobile again. They told me “NO, my funds would not be returned. “ But they will cancel my subscription. Wrong answer, planet fitness has just lost my business forever. I hope you enjoyed not helping a loyal customer. Are you that hard up for money that you could not honor a request from a loyal customer that continued to patronized your brand/company? WOW!! Word of mouth about your business practices will put you out of business soon.

Wow! Just finished listening to a well known podcaster/influencer mention this location and the manager Melissa. Apparently this location is collecting extra dues on black card Membership that doesn’t give you full access to all the club outside their franchise. How is that the customers problem? From reading all the negative reviews below on her about her I don’t doubt. Glad I didn’t join and will check out Edge fitness.

This location used to be such a pleasure to visit but lately the energy has been very bad. The red headed manager is always being rude to employees or frowning. Will not be back. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

First time at this location. It was a little smaller then my normal PF but the crowd was small, staff is friendly and its a clean establishment.

The variety of equipment doesn't compare to Powerhouse but it's cleaner and has newer equipment.

Front desk knows nothing about gym’s rules. Refused to let me in as a guest because my account has due amount

I have been with Planet Fitness for nearly 4 years and thought it was decent for what it was. Until I got overcharged nearly $60 and they refused to refund me on for something that admitted was their fault. Their customer service is honestly what caused me to leave the gym. Not a great place for a college student on a budget like myself. I am very disappointed on how this was handled...

The gym is decent. It's the middle-aged men that like to mirror watch.

My favorite place to get a good work out in, conveniently located everywhere. Being a black card member also is a nice add on for massages and tanning if that’s your bag :)

It’s Planet Fitness. I enjoy it. I would recommend for the casual member. If you are someone that is very dedicated, I would probably recommend going elsewhere.

It's alright. Wish they had a running track. Adding an annual fee on top of the advertised monthly fee is pretty sneaky.

I am 5 feet tall and the new machines you have put it in, they are too tall for me and it’s so hard for me to watch the TV and also it’s very hard to push down with my feet .I really don’t like these new machines why did you have to put it in for this location. I wish we could have our old ones so I could come happily now I’m thinking to go or not to go

People and staff are very respectful and gentle. Location is clean and everything is organized. I tried others gyms but came back to where I feel more comfortable.

This is a pretty maintained gym but it does not have all the machines I’d like. The employees are great!

Great place to workout and clean. You can look at the app to go in when it's not crowded by looking at the crowd meter. Easy to use machines.

Probably one of the neatest gyms I’ve been to. Has everything people would need at different levels of fitness needs. It isn’t as crowded as well so most equipment is available when needed.

I go early in the morning...one employee was sleeping in the men's locker room. The other was a new person at the desk. The scan in wasn't working and at least 2 of the towel dispensers were empty. The place was still pretty clean but the night shift needs help/training.

Good place. Lacks some of the equipment of others, but its been a peaceful place to get in a sweat during lunch.

Open 25/5, always very clean, front desk is super friendly, not much to complain about honestly! Evenings can get quite busy but that's to be expected at just about any gym with working adults lol

Good gym, I’ve been to a bunch in the area. Was empty which was amazing.

Good number of racks and equipment. Wish they had a stretching area but it's a good place for not super intense people who work out.

Enjoy going to the middebelt and 12 mile location. It's never crowded always clean and the staff is friendly

Very clean facility. Ben, Greg, the morning shift supervisor, and Toby are always wiping, mopping, and filling up disinfectant bottles. Very appreciative of the clean environment. Staff members are also very friendly and welcoming. Toby is always available to provide personal training, as well. He is a very patient and friendly guy. One thing I wish this location had is the Hammer Strength pull down machine. Overall, this is a great place to work out.
