shady
business
practices
I've
ever
encountered.
Ive
tried
to
cancel
multiple
times
and
still
have
not
been
able
to.
First
I
called
and
the
owner
told
me
they
had
no
possible
way
to
cancel
my
membership
over
the
phone
or
online.
I
finally
found
time
to
come
back
after
continuing
to
be
charged
and
not
using
it.
I
show
up
and
I'm
told
I
need
an
appointment
with
a
manager
to
cancel
my
membership
and
there's
no
manager
here
right
now.
Never
was
told
his
by
owner.
The
front
desk
then
calls
the
owner
and
says
that
a
manager
will
email
me
the
form
tomorrow
to
cancel
my
membership,
even
though
a
month
ago
I
was
told
there
was
no
possible
way
to
cancel
my
membership
online.
Extremely
shady,
if
they
cared
about
their
customers
they
would
just
cancel
it.
Its
not
rocket
science,
its
just
a
form.
Im
going
on
a
travel
nurse
assignment
in
Hawaii
and
due
to
this
service
I
will
never
come
back
here.
I
will
drive
the
extra
distance
to
go
back
to
the
northville
location
as
they
actually
care
about
their
customers.
Lastly,
I
just
paid
for
august
this
week
and
they
told
me
i
will
have
to
pay
through
September
30th,
another
shady
business
practice.
Again
if
they
cared
they
would
just
cancel
the
membership
for
you,
instead
they
will
just
suck
up
every
dollar
they
can
from
you.
Hoping
someone
actually
emails
me
tomorrow
to
cancel
my
membership
as
I'm
sick
of
the
lies
and
run
arounds
they
keep
giving
me.
