Sliders!! Googlers new blog ✨️. Pics 2!! Seems like everytime 😕 🙃 🙄 😅 🤔 I stop ✋️ by a White Castles 🏰 🤔 😐 😕 😑 they're loaded. BUSY!! Everyone here was just awesome 👌 👏 👍. I ordered two sliders and a slice of cheese 🧀 😋 cake 🥮 🍰 . Not bad only $3.21. There was five vehicles in drive 🚗 thru 🚗 💾 and five more customers inside dining 🍽 room 🏨 ordering. Thanks ✝️ 😊 😀 🫂 🙏 everyone.

For anyone who has eaten White Castle, you know that it's basically the same EVERY SINGLE TIME which is one of the reasons that it gets the high rating from me. When you want a slider, you know where to go. The other reason for my 5 star review is that my online order was not processed but when i arrived the manager was more than happy to get my large order together in a very timely manner.

With all the staffing shortages, I’m gonna assume that companies are forced to hire anybody and undesirables because people are just not friendly anymore. Soooo, on 2-27-23 @ 0100 some lady who said her name was DJ was real nasty, rude, and short with me at this location. I couldn’t wait to get home and file a complaint on White Castle’s website. Rude behavior is so disgusting. Do better. Ughhhh. Being nice is FREE try it sometimes.

Whenever I go through this White Castle hear these young ladies are professional. They understand where we ordering. They varies. They say please and thank you. They really really do a good job. They are older crowd of women so I think that's why they do such a good job and me and so I just want to appreciate them. I just I go there when I leave my doctor's appointment

Most of the food was 'warm' (except the fries) and the wait was ridiculous...almost 40 minutes! I don't usually go here and this is a primary reason why I don't. There were 3-4 employees standing around in the drive thru window area just talking. Not at all professional and non caring of the customer who spent over $30. The way employees are treating these jobs nowadays I don't see some of these places remaining open too much longer. Most importantly the employee serving us seemed like they HATED being there and was not personable at all. SMH Update: I completed feedback via online and awaiting a response per the owners request.

We waited in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes for two cheese sliders and a 10-piece mozzarella and they didn't even give us the mozzarella they gave us chicken rings

Grand River & 8 is GR8 even late🍟 Me and my family appreciate making sure the correct order was brought to us 😌 And fast forward to December 29th when Calandra was pleasantly taking my order and assured me those Sloppy Joe Sliders that the other locations couldn't deliver on 🍔🤠 I give you all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐on food and service 😎

I bring my boys here probably twice a month; we've never had a bad experience. Today, we stopped for a couple burgers and fries before some grocery shopping and I swear to you that this was the best White Castle I've ever had. Ever. I knew something was up when the burgers came out in buns that looked like freshly baked rolls. Whoever did the cooking today put all of their Christmas spirit into their job today. God damn.

Visited white castle 33 located 8 mile and grand river on Monday May 22, 2023, THE STAFF IS AMAZING, kind, and on the spot, Food is prepared on the dot. The manager MARY WATSON HAS EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL, AND IS EFFICIENT, ALONG WITH BEING REALLY SUPER WONDERFUL. THE CASTLE IS MANAGED WONDERFULLY AND STAFF ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. I RECOMMEND THIS WHITE CASTLE 10 TIMES OVER !!!!!!!!! DAVID THORNTON

Great time. Came up from Florida and this is a must do. This one didn't have chocolate shakes or BBQ sauce hence only 4 stars. So much better than frozen.

For the most part this location is good. They are typically a little slower in the drive thru, however they rarely mess up orders. The only issue I've ever really had was the food not being hot.

If I could give minus stars I would. I've visited this White Castle 30 some years, it was much better back then, but businesses are only as good as the managers/management. Whenever I visit this location it's hit or miss whether the food will be great, okay, or completely unedible. Today it was disgusting, only the Coke was good. The young man taking orders at the drive thru wasn't paying attention, it was like he was preoccupied with something else besides his job. I ordered #2 combo, 2 double cheese sliders, fries, drink, & 6pc chicken rings. My order was no pickles & coke light ice. Get to window he asks if a had a Fanta drink, um no a Coke & then asks chicken sliders, again um no, 6pc rings not sliders. So now I'm sitting at the window waiting on the chicken rings. Unknown to me my 2 double sliders are sitting there getting cold. So by the time I get my food the burgers are cold, the fries seem like they have been refried in the hot oil to salvage them & some chicken rings that tasted weird. I am never coming to this location ever again. I drove from South Lyon, 8 mile & Pontiac Trail area to this White Castle. Never again, I will be driving to the Brighton location from now on.

Only 24h fast food place in my area and the foods always good, service is always on par and you can tell the workers know they are our only hope to get a meal after a night of drinking 😄

I don't eat hamburgers unless I make Lipton onion burgers on a charcoal grill...but I love 😍 White Castles double cheeseburgers. I can smell those onions now just thinking about them😛. Back in the late 60's it was the best late night snack, mom would come home from partying with a bag of cheeseburgers from White Castles😋 The one on Telegraph nr Michigan needs help in the Mornings. I was in the Drive Thru for 20 minutes at the pay window. If I had not already paid, I would have left like others did in line behind me. We don't want to be Late for work!!!

I know White Castle burgers aren't for everyone. I like them though. Especially when they are made correctly and the way that you asked them to be prepared. My food was prepared as requested with everything and extra pickles on my burgers. The chicken rings and fries that we ordered were hot and the person at the window was awesome! She courteous and polite!

Let me just say....I loath White Castle. So, when my friend suggested we go on the way back from Detroit.... it was a hard pass until she said they have breakfast sandwiches. I reluctantly tried one and man was it amazing. That is why my food is 5 stars.... that breakfast sandwich is a must try!!!

They usually make my specific orders correctly. The burgers have always been fresh and hot. Some cashiers are less than friendly.

Totally incompetent staff, 20 minutes in the drive through, I finally left and these jokers in California think fast workers are worth $20, omg pathetic! Never coming here again, every white castle is like this and getting worse, why not $25 per hour?

I went here one day and ordered a waffle Breakfast sandwich and was given a sandwich on 2 pcs of wheatbread after waiting for 10 mins with no one in front of me. They did correct the issue the next day

Worst place. These workers are so prejudice. I went to this place and order food and no one cares about my oders and they asked me money to order food that's when showed them my receipt. They have been profiling me due to looks and accent. Staffs are disrespectful especially those older women.Will never go to this place. They served every one comes, except me.

This place is incredibly great. I love it and love the staff here as well. Every now and then you just have to treat yourself and this my friend is definitely the place to do so. Thanks you guys and I'll definitely be back to eat here...... 😋

The most backed up White Castle ive gone to. To me it shows me how good they are. I go here just once or twice a year and each time theres a line waiting.👍

No one greeted me, I had to get there attention. I ordered my food and took quite a bit of time even though there was several employees. I ordered the reg. 1921 slider and the tomato and lettuce were QUITE slimey. Very disappointed.

I always stop at this White Castle its crowded sometimes but this one is my favorite the food and coffee is always fresh and hot and what's even better the employees are very friendly and polite they never disappoint...hats off to management and the employees

My order was placed through their app, but when I arrived {5min after it was SUPPOSED to have been prepared), they had not even looked up to see if any orders had come through the internet, thusly, they had not even prepared my meal!

The location and service were satisfactory. My problem is the prices. 2 Double chessbugers, 1 small fry , 1 small pop coast $7.99/ $ 8+ $ , after taxes. How can a family of four afford to eat out now ?

This is pretty much my go too White Castle. The food is usually hot and freshly made. I only gave 3 stars for service and atmosphere because they can be quick but depending slow sometimes. That is usually par for the course with White Castle. I use the drive thru so I couldn't really rate on atmosphere. Workers are usually friendly though. I do prefer this location to others.

The slider burgers were horrible I asked for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and I still got tomatoes and I was too far away to bring it back so I literally through my food out the window for the birds get it together White castles! 😡

It's always a bit of a longer wait at this location but they have never messed up my order & all my food is always super hot & fresh so uts a winner in my book! Those little burger just melt in your mouth 🤤

The sliders were below average for me. Nothing to weight home about.
