I found the front desk workers very friendly and helpful.. we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again for sure. Breakfast was nice and even though we didn't use the pool or fitness center they were clean and sufficient. My only recommendation would be for the business center. Connection and hardware probably due for an upgrade. It wasn't very usable.

My husband and I had a two night stay here because we had plans for the Steam Engine/Tractor Show. I must say I look for reviews with Extreme Cleanliness and this Comfort Inn Absolutely was the utmost for their cleanliness. The beds were comfy, enjoyed the hot tub by the pool and Kudos to Jason for putting out such a nice hot breakfast served with a friendly and courteous manner. Our check in by Cindy was done also in a friendly, timely manner and offered us housekeeping service the next day if we’d like such. Heck yeah, we were all in for that. All in all, we had exceptional service and loved our stay. Thank you to everyone. We will be back.

Check in went fine. Went to the pool and very disappointed. The pool had hair floating in it. The hot tub was disgusting. Brought it to the workers attention and she said it was fine 3 hours ago but because she is the only worker, there is nothing she can do at this time. Repeatedly made excuses about not having time to clean in the pool area yet it is her responsibility and hasn't been able to "get to" the floor under the mats for over a month. Later in the night asked if we could get some milk from the kitchen as my 3 year old ran out. She refused saying they aren't allowed to get anything though earlier she got some salt and utensils. Will never stay here again. Go stay at a Holiday Inn or anywhere else.

James and Dawn at the front desk were very accommodating. Like a lot of people lately, my flight got all screwed up, so after getting up at 4:30am, I found out I was staying another night in the area. We came to check in and at first were told we would have to wait until the usual check in time, which I expected and was okay with. James learned more about our situation and asked Dawn if it would be ok to allow us to check in earlier to get some rest and they made it happen! It was extremely nice of them! The hotel was pretty clean and nice. The gym had a treadmill, bike, elliptical and some dumbbells that went up to at least about 50lbs maybe. Overall, it was great!

Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. Our room was $200 and compared to other hotels in the area at the same price, it falls short. Breakfast was excellent though. The attendant was on top of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool but we like that it has adult-only hours in the evening. Shower was a walk-in type (no step-over to stumble on), perfect for older people.

Had every thing you could ask from Comfort Inn, and a location near restaurants Walgreens etc. as well. The pool was big and had an excellent hot tub. Breakfast was good too. Only complaint, the price was about $160, which is a little steep for Comfort Inn isn't it?

Great friendly desk staff. Nice clean room. Smelled very nice coming into hotel. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Very relaxing and comfortable. Absolutely will be back sgain!!

I have to say this is a very nice hotel. My husband and I are celebrating our 2yr anniversary, and decided to stay over night on our way to Syracuse ny. We booked the room thru tripadvisor,and had no issue. The check in was super easy, the room was clean, the amenities were great! You get extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, face wash,coffee/tea,and a comfy bed. Nice size tv in room, mini fridge and microwave too. Overall a great 😃 hotel. There is a indoor heated pool& hot tub also. Have yet to try breakfast,but from reviews it probably will be great as well. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Thank you for a great stay for my husband and I.

I chose to stay here to host my daughters bday sleep over. I booked a king/queen bed suite, nice size room for 2 adults and 4 girls. Check in was fairly quick and easy we stayed on the 1st floor down at the very end of the hall. The room was nice and clean no complaints there however the tv apps did not work so that we could watch a movie on Amazon prime. I was told the wifi just doesn't really reach that part of the hotel and even though there are options for apps on the tv there are only a handful of smart tvs and I can't actually sign in and access the apps. Needless to say I wasn't very pleased to hear that but what could I do right! Otherwise the stay was pleasant and so was the staff, breakfast was pretty good and the attendants things full and clean.
