The wait to get into the door was rather long. We waited in our vehicle til they got us in to see someone. Once we got in, the Staff was very efficient. Christine was very nice & friendly & Cookie made the experience not so bad. The Covid testing wasn't as bad as we thought it would be..My husband & I would recommend going here even if the wait is long.. The Staff makes it worthwhile..

Urgent care focus more on the patient. Very friendly staff. They treat you with a pleasant and outgoing hospitality. Makes you feel good. The doctor was very informative of my situation. The wait time was not long. Thank you doctor, nurse, information taker, and receptionist for the positive atmosphere.

I had an infection that was on leg near my privates. The receptionist was super sweet but the intake woman was nasty as she could be. I get that you may not like your job and that my autistic daughter was being a pain and running around, but I had no one I could have left my kids with. There was no reason to treat me the way you did. When I was called back the nurse that did my weight and such was so nice and when the doctor came in she was AMAZING. My only complaint was people kept barging into my exam room while was exposed and my nurse and Doctor while trying to do the procedure, were amazing at trying to keep me covered and private. They kept telling everyone the other supplies were else where, but kept coming into my exam room. I think the second lady for insurance told them too. I was very embarrassed. Everyone has always knocked when I have ever been in an exam room for appointments anywhere. May be seeking counsel cause I feel my privacy was being violated.

Outstanding! Very professional and pleasant … Fortunately for me It’s been a rare occasion for urgent care but I am grateful for SJHP Urgent Care and the fact that the Physician was such a professional (and quite effective in her knowledge it appears as my condition improved significantly in 24 hours I might add) as well as explaining my situation in layman’s terms to me and the entire staff was respectful and displayed a positive environment. I won’t forget that soon. I was not expecting the type of professionalism I encountered

The doctor and medical staff were really great to me. ☺️ They were friendly, helpful, funny, and genuinely seemed to care. The doctor gave me a follow up call, and she genuinely seemed like she cared about where I was at, and what was going on after my visit with her. I definitely recommend them if you need urgent care.

I was pleasantly surprised to see just two people in the waiting room. I was received immediately and called to the back, I hadn’t even finished my paperwork! My nurse Gary Duncan was excellent and my PA Lisa B? I don’t know how to spell her name,. We’ll all in all in and out in an hour , to me that’s a WIN WIN🙌🙏✝️❤️ I just wanted to get home and rest!! From the minute I walked n to urgent care I was treated with the outmost care n professionalism. From the receptionist, to intake, nurses n the Dr. The nurses n Dr. we're very patient with me. I was so happy n relieved wen I left there. I actually felt a little bit better. As I walked out everyone was telling me "I hope u get to feeling better soon"! Thank u. I appreciate the cleanliness of the center too. Thank u.

From the kind receptionist, the nurse in triage and the most awesome and kind FNP, Steven Malarchick, I was treated with courtesy, kindness and respect at this location. By the time I arrived, there was a 2 hour wait but I needed to be seen due to an eye infection. Masks were not required but I wore mine anyway cuz I’m old. The care I received from everyone, especially S. Malarchick, FNP was A++! I will not hesitate to seek out care here during any future visits to this area if needed! Thank you!

My visit today at Urgent Care was thorough and very satisfactory. Everyone was caring, thoughtful and attentive. I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed. Even though it was busy, time was taken to see and treat my needs thoughtfully.

The wait time was outrageously long. I understand the schedule limited staff and holiday season plays a huge part in the outcome of wait time for patients wait time. I was put into a patient room for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. That time was experienced with no one coming into my room to inform me of the duration of the possible timeframe or to check on me. Someone came in to tell me of the duration about 3 to 5 minutes before the provider came into see me. That was not a good reflection of care for your patients. The provider was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently took my mom to Urgent Care. When we walked in, we were greeted by the front desk employees with smiles, and we immediately felt welcomed. My mom was treated promptly and professionally from beginning to end. We had to return to Urgent Care two weeks later. We received the same friendly service from the minute we walked into the facility. The Medical Assistant was friendly and through. The provider that treated my mom was the BEST! I appreciate the care the was given to my mom.

Although it was a wait, as usual, but it was worth it. The nurse and student nurse were so kind and thoughtful. The Nurse Practioner was very thorough, answering all my questions and directing me on how to use the meds she was prescribing.

Everyone was kind and polite. The wait time was better than I expected. Dr. Kline was very nice and explained my condition well. Thank you to you all for a good experience.

Friendly and helpful. I managed to cut a finger pretty badly while slicing vegetables on Thanksgiving day and we were relieved to find a medical facility open. Everyone from the people checking me in to the nurses and doctor who saw me were very kind and explained what my healing would look like and got me patched up. I am very thankful to them.

For the most part my experience was a good one with most people in the urgent care. The best, was a woman I spoke with on the phone prior to coming in that was extremely kind and caring, she made me feel very comfortable with going in even with the lack of insurance and having to pay out of pocket. I wish I got her name but she had great customer service! Dr. Singleton on the other hand was a bit rude and lacked bedside manner,kindness and compassion. Just acted like i was just another person she needed to get out of her way for they day. After waiting in the room for almost an hour when your not feeling well already, to just come in so blunt and rude was ridiculous and unnecessary...The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the other staff in the front office and the woman I spoke with on the phone.

I appreciate the care I received from all staff. The ladies that registered were very polite and the triage nurse treated me as if I was a real person not just a number. The Dr. actually took time to do a complete exam. He sent me home with medicine.
