The room was clean. They have the most amazing staff. We were there due to a semi truck breakdown. They were so understanding that we had no idea how long we would be there. Angie, the manager, was so helpful and understanding. Crystal in the evening is a wonderful person. They all went above and beyond to make a bad situation into a fabulous experience. The only hotel I have ever stayed in that was better was a cruise ship. I can't recommend it more!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed at this hotel 2 different times for a week. The rooms were big, clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The front desk girls were amazing! Crystal was wonderful and made our stay really enjoyable. Any time we come to town, this is the only hotel we'll stay at.

It is recommended that reservations be made online: $200 difference online vs @ their counter for a 4 day stay. The refreshments were yummy: (5am) fruit infused water, meat 🍖 🥓 available for breakfast, fruit sauce toppings for the 🧇, and green chile❣️ weekdays they offer pasta or green salads at 5pm. 👍 complimentary washer and dryer use with your stay. The customer service is great. Thank you for the restful stay Comfort Suites. 🙂

Best place to stay in the Farmington area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The internet is fast. Breakfast starts earlier and ends later than most places and has many tasty choices. The ONLY hotel I've stayed at which offers a light dinner. Stellar food every time! Crystal will take such good care of you that you'll never want to leave! My favorite place to stay in the western USA!

Other than weak shower pressure the facility was wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and had no issues. The rooms were sizable with two queens and a hide a bed and we'll maintained. The pool was cooler than I cared for, but I'm spoiled with a 94° therapy pool. Breakfast was above average and was even outfitted with stuff for burritos. The staff was very attentive. The location is in the SE of Farmington, but not far from anything interesting. Next trip back we know where to stay. Jeff L-8 Google Guide

Our room was a good size. It was very clean. I know we had neighbors in the rooms around us, but we never really heard them. Breakfast was just not really prepared there but pre-packaged and heated up. The only exception was the make your own waffle station. Fresh Belgium waffles are always good. They had a nice selection of fresh fruit and an assortment of dry cereals.

Best breakfast selection I've had on my trip. Love that they had extra options. Room was clean, service was great, good mornings from all staff. Pool was okay, but no hot tub.

We’ve been staying here monthly for over six months. Every stay involves a warm welcome and appreciation that we are here. They have an awesome staff and the rooms are clean & comfortable. The breakfast Lupe prepares is always delicious. They also serve a meal Monday through Thursday that is quality and gives you a feeling of a home-cooked meal while on the road. Thank you, Angie, Crystal, and Donya for always making us feel welcome. We appreciate you!

Very nice hotel in Farmington, NM- May be the nicest! The staff was very friendly upon arrival- smiley faces and super fun. My room was very spacious with a sectional couch and a very nice flat screen and a comfortable bed for a good nights rest. There is a complimentary breakfast. Even the weight room was great! Great hotel to stay in while in Farmington, Thank you for a great stay!

We stay in a lot of Choice hotels and have been met by all manner of apathy from front desk employees. That is definitely not the case here. Crystal that checked us in this evening is what all people working in hospitality should strive to be. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and just all around pleasant. It's a shame she can't be at every hotel we visit. The room was nice. The only complaint I have is the price for the room is quite high for a Comfort Inn. So if you're looking for value you won't find it here. But if a comfortable room with loads of hospitality from the desk is what you're looking for then this is your place.

First visit to a Comfort Suite property must say from the front desk to the room that was spacious with a comfortable couch seating area to sparkling clean bathroom the final wow was the excellent full hot breakfast. Rooms were very quiet too. Great value too. General Manager greeted us a farewell as our Corvette Club departed!

Great hotel! This hotel is really worth to recommend! The rooms are huge and clean. The service is great! Crystal at the from desk was so nice with greeting and all check in procedure. She told us that there is an evening treats for guests in the dining section. The nachos were definitely much better than what we had in the restaurant. Breakfast is I would say, kind of hotel standards (waffles, eggs, muffins, light coffee). The women from the kitchen were very nice and they even cooked our nine eggs that we had with us. I recommend this this hotel.

Very clean, very friendly, very roomy dining area, and other delightful amenities you have to experience yourself. The front desk Crystal was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and very clean! Best place I have stayed.!

Google maps couldn't find it, but the link through the hotel website worked. We were greeted warmly by the staff, Awelda and Kaitlyn. They made us feel like we were coming home, even offering us some warm soup as it was freezing outside. The breakfast bar was a little better than other hotels. We hadn't stayed at a Comfort Inn before, but we will again.

We stayed here right after Christmas and the staff and hotel could not have been more awesome and accommodating! I'm terrible about remembering names, but the lady at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. I assume she was the GM, but if she wasn't she needs a promotion! She told us they had prepared a potato bar for the evening, just to thanks folks for staying there. After having driven from the Grand Canyon, we decided to eat that for dinner instead of going out again. It hit the spot! Then, she let us know the laundry facilities were free (you have to buy the soap, but it's $2). Since we had been on the road for 10 days, that also hit the spot! All of the staff were extremely friendly and would strike up conversations like they knew you (which we liked). The pool was clean and in good shape. The room was clean and in good shape. With two queens and a fold-out bed/couch, it was ideal for a family of four. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was above average, with New Mexican additions, like green chiles and breakfast burritos (along with waffles/eggs/sausage/etc). All in all, you really couldn't expect more from a Comfort Suites. This hotel should be the model they all strive for.

Let me start by saying I travel often. I have never had such a horrible experience as this hotel. I had stayed at a Choice Hotel the night before and the staff and the hotel were fantastic!!!! I just would not recommend to anyone that they stay at this hotel in Farmington with their current staff! The room itself was clean and comfortable. But my stay was marred by the rude staff - two different people. And the manager, Shelly. Shecagreed to at least reverse the pet fee - $39!! because 3 months ago when I made the reservations, I asked for the ground floor and the rude staff did not give it to me. I found out later that I was actually scheduled for a ground floor room but the rude staff had moved me. The rude staff told me I could go to another hotel!! That person then went on to charge my credit card 3 times! And the manager hasn't reversed the pet fee as a concession to the way I was disrespected! I had traveled over a thousand miles in a few days only to be treated horribly.

I've done a lot of traveling for work and I must say this is the best hotel I've stayed at! For the life of me I can't remember her name but the amazing front desk rep that works the like 4 to 11 shift made my stay memorable . I was greeted very warmly she took time to give me all the details and asked if I knew where I was going for training . I wish my company booked through this one again because the entire staff was just the premiere staff

I am in the hotel room now, Check in was lovely, Crystal is so sweet, and nice and cheerful. I am in a king bed room it has a sitting area, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom has a soaking tub and a magnifying make up mirror (love that!). They all serve a full buffet breakfast in the morning and had a little mexican stew available when you check in.

It's a nice hotel. Theres not much more to say. The breakfast was satisfying and has good variety, the gym is adequate for cardio and minor weight lifting, what really did it for me though was the service. Crystal is such a friendly and helpful woman. I don't normally leave reviews but she genuinely deserves to be recognized for her customer service. It was an extremely surprising and welcome change from what I have grown accustomed to.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Crystal at the front desk was so nice and helpful. They offer great beverages throughout the day and snacks at night. The room was very clean. The price was reasonable as well!

I had been stranded at Navajo Lake in the brutal heat all day and by the time I got to the hotel I was tired and fried. Crystal helped me take my things to my room and gave me the nicest hug I've had in years. The room was gorgeous, clean and cold, just like I like. The hotel was very well kept and I was highly impressed bc many comfort Inns have let themselves go. This one is top notch and so are their workers. Thank you so, so much. You are very appreciated! And I will recommend and be returning when in the area. ❤️

5+ star! ⭐️ the space was really nice … seems newer … the entry and hospitality was impressive … friendly front desk staff … the rooms felt very clean and nicebreakfast space was nice … bit full due to meeting in the overflow space but overall still very nice. Little miscommunication reserving room … but the room we had worked perfectly due to the stairs being comfortably accessible to the room, carpeted and cool … and the overall space made it a very comfortable experience. We usually stay at CS hotels but this one is a notch above the rest … great work creating a really nice guest experience. Thanks!

We stayed here two times in October 2021 and again last night. We find the best very comfortable and rooms clean although aging. Drapes would not close all the way and I had to safety pin them together as our room was by a sidewalk on first floor. Toilet paper roll holder very loose from wall and grout around tub and shower head needs attention. We have not ever taken advantage of the free breakfast here, my husband was not satisfied with the offerings. So we ate at The Village Inn Restaurant which is wonderful. We travel with a small dog and the staff always makes him feel welcome too. One asset this hotel has is Crystal who works at the front desk. She recalled us from our two stays in October 2021. She’s amazingly wonderful, professional and welcoming.

Room was enormous. Family of 8 stayed comfortably in a double suite. Bathroom was amazing with 2 sinks. Iced tea and water free, pool was excellent. Very kind night staff on arrival. Thought my room was haunted but it was my 6 year old child so 5 stars!
