Simply the BEST hotel I’ve stayed in for a long long time!!! The staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Great breakfast! They said hi and bye to me every day! Always smiling always helping. Gabriella, Judy, Addie—- every single person here is EXTRAORDINARY!!! I will be here again! No matter what the cost, this place is worth it! I hope my fed ex arrives here someday…

The rooms are very nice. But I rented this place specifically to use the pool which of course is closed. It was never mentioned during booking Bad business practices.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a decade. The receptionist, Andrew, was unbelievably rude. The whole place smelled like fried cheese. The laundry machines were crusty and old with lint trap baskets hanging out of the wall and a big mess on the floor. At night it sounded like they were having garbage truck races in the basement. I asked the staff what all the noise was and they told me "that's the infrastructure. There's a lot of gears"; I kid you not. The last time I had a hotel experience this bad was that a tenement disguised as a hotel in the ghetto. All of this review is just my personal opinion, but I would steer clear of this place.

This is the best hotel in Farmington New Mexico very clean and the breakfast and coffee are wonderful i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who like clean rooms with great service and professional staff.

The only thing negative is that there was not a hotub or and the shower head and handles were not affixed to the wall. They wiggled and were crooked like they were not professionally installed. Everything else was great, including the lady at the front desk. She was very kind! Your wonderful staff really makes a big difference.

Excellent, personalized service! Wow! My name was on the TV screen when I got to my room. M&M's and peanuts were waiting with a welcome letter as well. The bed was better than mine at home. Bedding was luxurious and spotless. Loved my multi grain waffle, egg white omelet and fresh berries for breakfast. Thank you all!

Incredibly friendly reception when my family arrived. They even took time to talk to my little girls about their stuffed animals. Little things like that make a stressful day on the road end well. Super quiet and comfortable stay.

Amazing staff and hotel. Gabriella during the day was incredible, and Andrew who worked overnight was super nice and attentive, he had breakfast laid out for us early because we were leaving at 4am. This is why I’m loyal to the Hilton brand

Great hotel. Very clean and loved they allow cats. Bed was a little small...think a double but that may have been me choosing the wrong room at booking. Breakfast was ok....we opted to get Starbucks a mile down the road because we're coffee snobs. 😄 Staff very friendly. Pool was incredibly clean. Looked brand new.

Comfortable enough but the wifi is extremely slow. The kitchenette has no stove. Nice dishwasher but no stove. You can get a hot plate at the front desk. Doesn’t really meet the needs for long term staying. The fold out bed is not comfortable and a bit noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is very small.

The staff at this Home2 are very very warm, welcoming, and friendly! The female front desk agents, Tiffany and also the one who was at the front desk 9/29 around 8am, are both absolutely amazing individuals who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. -Diamond Member

Great staff. Easy check in. Didn't get to experience all the amenities. But I definitely be back. Only downside was parking spaces were all taken by vehicles with trailers. Had to utilize a handicap spot. Informed the front desk, if they needed us to move to let us know. But they were understanding and let the night and morning staff know.

I just tried to check in at 10:30pm, the lot was very empty so I assume there were rooms. After waiting outside the locked front door for over 10min in 32° temps … Andrew came to the door and said he’s closed out all his reservations for the day, he’s booking for tomorrow. I replied that’s fine, check us in however you can. His response was No, you should have booked in advance I can’t help you. There were open rooms, not reserved for this evening and this hotel won’t let a new guest check in at 10:30pm? Andrew was not helpful, he was the opposite

Home2 suites in Farmington is one of the more modern options. The lobby is nice with plenty of seating for the free breakfast. There was always hot water, decaf and regular coffee available. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We rented the one bedroom suite. There was one double bed (listed as queen but it was a double) in one room and a pull out bed in the living room. The pull out bed was aged and not even slightly comfortable. I felt every bar of the bed. I would not stay here again based on that as they don't offer any other bed configuration for a family of four. The pool was also closed for repairs our entire stay, which was disappointing.

We had booked another hotel last minute after our Airbnb fell through and our AC didn’t work. We were exhausted and in dire need of a nice, comfortable, and cool place to stay but also needed a place early so we could get ready for a wedding. We called Home2 Suites and spoke with Tiffany. She was amazing. We explained our situation and she was able to get us into both of our rooms before noon. Not only were we in early but the rooms were great. We were upgraded in one of the rooms and it was exactly what we needed. We are loyal Hilton members but hadn’t stayed at a Home2 Suites before so we shied away. After our experience, we will never shy away again. This place was great!

Conveniently located near (but not too near) the highway, this property is cared for by super friendly staff who are always ready to help with a restaurant recommendation and/or other information about the area. My room was very clean, comfortable and a perfect place to come back to after a full day of outdoor adventure. Will hopefully be back soon

Everything was perfect from being greeted at the front desk, to my room, to housekeeping, to breakfast. I have stayed in a lot of hotels with great staff, but here made me feel at home. I felt like I could stay forever. I WILL ACTUALLY MISS EVERYONE. YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE.

Stayed here while traveling for work. Business rate was great. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean and a great space to relax. If ever in this area again and need a place, I would hesitate to book again. Thank you for the service.

Judy at the front desk is an exemplary employee who is the perfect example of what a front desk agent should be. As a former general manager, I quickly recognized Judy's hard work and dedication to her craft, working tirelessly taking on the roles of multiple different hotel positions working nights one day, mornings the next. She does all of this with a genuine smile on her. Judy has done a sensational job of making me feel welcomed at this property. Give this woman a raise or promotion! I haven't gotten to interact with any other hotel employees but I have noticed how incredibly hard working all of the staff is here in passing. They make the absolute most of they idle time. This hotel has all the basic hotel amenities you can think of, complimentary breakfast, business center, pool, and fitness room. My room was big, spacious, and clean. Not the most comfortable bed but I've been on much worse. The internet is pretty slow... You can pay $5 a day for faster internet. The only ding I have against this hotel is the parking lot. It's very small and packed. It was like parking was an afterthought to the developers.

The reception staff was fantastic. The rooms are big if you get a suite. I'm not sure what all the rooms look like but mine had a giant refrigerator and dishwasher and a microwave. They have laundry facilities, a pool, great breakfast in the morning, a fire pit outside to sit in the evening.

Military rate, pet friendly & pool were the basis for selecting this property and after the excellent service we received we would definitely return. The breakfasts were of good selection and quality and the hotel was well kept. All the staff we encountered were lovely.

This was a great experience! Charmaine was wonderful. We had previously booked at the La Quinta but they gave our room away. When we called Home 2 suites they were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean with a nice little kitchen.
