I'd give it zero stars if I could. Hold tight, yall.. I'm about to go full blown Karen. 😤 Let me begin by saying, our family was moving across country, which is why we ended up in this random Holiday Inn Express. We are members and have always had good quality rooms and service, until this location. Let me take a moment to explain our experience. These rooms are EXTREMELY over priced for the quality of room you will receive. If you're looking for a quick place to stop and get some quick sleep, I'd take the extra hour or so to find a better option. As for upgrades, there are none. The rooms were filthy and unsanitary, ranging from mold, old gunk flung on walls, the smell was overwhelming due to the perfume used to mask it. Etc. You'll be lucky if the pool actually works and/or is open during your stay, if you can stomach the moldy rooms they book you in to even worry have a thought about the pool. Now that i mention it, that could very well be the reason they closed the pool in the first place, who knows? Not me. What I do know is, after about 15mins of discussion, my husband and I, along with our 2 young children, left the hotel and never looked back. We took the $160 charge plus the cost of another room and inconvenience due to how unsanitary it was. Good luck!

Front desk staff weresuper friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Rooms are very outdated and in need of some serious cleaning. The rooms were also set at 75 degrees when you walk in. Rooms had stains all over the walls along with the carpets. Bathtub had curly hairs all over it and the towels even had stains...rooms are in need of some serious cleaning and updating. seems like they put lots of effort to make the lobby nice and neglected the rooms. I'd give the staff 5 stars if I could, but the hotel itself needs TLC.

Very friendly staff. I stayed in the handicap accessible room which I wish was closer to the front of the motel and not at the very end of the hall. Good hot breakfast choices. Was my first time staying at that motel and took me a quick minute to learn how to use the blind in the room so maybe a way to explain that would be great. Only thing I thought was a little gross and definitely needed attention was bird poop had fallen off the building and was left at the entrance of the front door. It was messy like that the whole weekend I was there and w as many guests that was there I thought it would have gotten cleaned up but nope. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again in the future. It's a very clean and quiet motel being that it's on the truck bypass. 👍👍

My 20 year old daughter was driving across country to come home from school and this Hotel refused to rent her a room because of her age leaving a single female alone in a strange city without a place to sleep. No exception would be made even by management.

Worst room on a 30 day road trip. If zero stars were an option, that's what it would be. Absolutely filthy room. We informed the front desk and the reply was, "Sorry, have a nice day." We booked a "rewards night" and wow was it anything but. What a complete waste of points. If canceling the room was an option, we definitely would've. Searched their site for manager contact info, but none's listed that we could find. Our pics show the carpet, window frame mold and screen damage, what appeared to be blood clumps on the bathroom floor behind the door, moldy shower walls, a broken and unusable soap dispenser, and a couple filthy surfaces. What the pics can't show is the odor. If a sanitary room is important to you, maybe stay elsewhere. Terrible reflection on the Holiday Inn Express brand, unfortunately.

The room was decent, but dated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My biggest complaint it that the water in the shower never got hot. The best I could do was lukewarm. Not fun on very cold days. The staff was good, but I think the fact that I booked through a third party affected the room I was given.

Pool is closed. Elevator is slow, had to walk up stairs because of the long line. Beds were just okay, we have been to other Holiday Inn Exp and the beds were not as comfortable as in other HIE. Room temperature was difficult to adjust. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of Jack, the hospitality manager, and Kamisha the lodging host. The rest of the staff is superb and there is a high rent job rate. We utilize this facility for large scale field operations base camp and have for years. Absolutely love the hotel and staff mostly. Note: as of July 1st, 2023- the hotel pool and spa are currently not available due to a failure in a critical chemical injection part.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were so accommodating and friendly. I stayed here twice this year for work, with a large group of people. They handled all of our needs competently and always greeted us politely when we came back to the hotel (even when we tracked in mud onto their lobby floor - sorry!) The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the exercise room seemed well-maintained. Knowing I can stay at such a comfortable place makes me look forward to more trips to Farmington.

Good hotel to stay at, but be aware of poor water temperature. This is close to the highway so it’s easy to access on road trips. The rooms are spacious and have an thermostat you can program the temperature. The water didn’t get hot and was luke warm. The breakfast was like all holiday inns.

Good stay to visit some of the national parks and hiking in the area. No complaints. We stayed here a few days while visiting the sights around Farmington, like the Bisti Badlands and the Aztec Ruins. The room was in good condition and comfortable. The beds were good, no complaints. The furnishings were in good condition with plenty of outlets, and the Wifi worked well. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was good and there was enough of it. Front desk staff were friendly and fairly efficient.

Kitchen Staff is excellent. Front Desk Staff is mostly nice but not empowered to improve a stay. Housekeeping is inconsistent. On the Website it says that room have not been upgraded since 2007; this is evident, carpet is disgusting; my bed had a very defined divot. I am guessing they skipped the mattresses in 2007. Gym was disgusting; please clean more often and more thoroughly. Crazy loud! Poor construction allows Guests to hear EVERYTHING going on in the place. I begged my Company to not make me stay there.

I’m a big fan of all Holiday Inn hotels but this one was above the pack, breakfast was very good and with a lot of options. Also rooms are a bit old but comfortable and the blackout curtains are well placed

We were pleased with the room except for where the coffee maker was placed, im not very tall and it was on an upper shelf...it could be put on a lower table, other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean...

Rooms were so comfortable, clean, great stay. Easily located off main street. Subway and Lotta burger located next door for quick food. Loved the pool and AC. Definitely stay again.

Woke up to furniture movers and a midget with a stick horse making racket at 3:00am. I finally bang on the ceiling only for it to continue. When I finally get up to explain it to front desk at 3:30am because, naturally, no one answered the front desk phone, the noise ceases. Now I’m wide awake and choose to drink coffee and bang on the ceiling for as long as I wish. When there’s no rules we make our own. Don’t bother following up with your corporate garbage canned ham reply Holiday Inn. “We here at Holiday Inn take customer service seriously.”

This place was busy!!! Every room was booked. When we pulled up there was a crowd out front just enjoying the weather, some people were on the patio using the grills to cook dinner. The front desk staff was helpful. The kitchen staff was awesome! They really seemed to enjoy working here. The room was meh… beds were nice. Sofa bed was horrible. Carpets and shower were both very aged. Could use some updating.
