If you are going to stop at a hotel in Farmington this is it! I have never felt so welcomed or had such a pleasant experience in a hotel in a long time! The room was beautiful and clean, the front desk staff morning and evening were great to work with. They even brushed the snow off my car before the long drive I faced. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was always available. I felt like stating another night it was that kind of place! If I ever travel back to Farmington NM, I will return. Have a great stay there. Also the pool, hot tub and gym looked very clean as well. Try it you will be writing your own five star review! It was an awesome stay.

I checked into this hotel during the last weekend of the Connie Mack Series. My family and I arrived late for check in, nearly midnight. We went to our rooms and straight to sleep, upon waking up around 6-7am in the morning, we noticed right away blood stains on the bed covers (obviously did not belong to any of us) and I took pictures. I went straight to the front desk and spoke to a clerk. There were 2 front desk employees/ witnesses that spoke to me and ensured me that they did not mean for this to happen. I asked if they could do anything for me because of what happened and they told me there was nothing they could do until my next visit at this hotel. They kept the picture for housekeeping and I was able to show a housekeeper the same morning. The staff I originally addressed wrote her name down on a piece of paper and a phone # so that I would be able to call when I come back for a visit and they would be able to do something for my next visit. I called that exact number and asked to speak to the woman that wrote her name down. Unfortunately the young person who answered the phone when I called the front desk was very rude and not helpful. She told me that there was no one there by that name and when I asked to speak to a manager but she said she could help me. When I informed her of the situation she then told me that she’s not a manager and there was nothing that she could do. I then told her, “that’s why I wanted to speak to a manager” and she got hostile and hung up on me, but not before saying, “ You’re not going to get a room talking to employees like that “. I’m very very shocked to see Hampton treat guests like this. I did not want to write this review nor did I feel it was necessary at all because I felt this issue could be resolved. I’m writing this in hopes Hampton inn doesn’t screw anybody else over with unsanitary bedding. I understand stained bedsheets or blankets but this was stained blood. Nasty. The way Hampton handled this was very disappointing. I’m upset with the way my stay went and the price I had to pay to stay when I couldn’t even be guaranteed clean sheets

The beds were comfy. I felt the room could have used a deep down cleaning. The microwave started beeping all on its own around 2:00 AM, had to pull it out and unplug it to make it stop. Nice accoutrements in the bathroom Good coffee. Great free breakfast. One of the best for variety and freshness.

Beds need to be replaced, was just okay. But at least the bed weren't too high like some other hotels where you need a step stool lol. High step into the shower, with the tub curved at the bottom, so if you have knee or ankle problems , this wouldn't be good. I had to stand sideways to shower... At check-in the guy at front desk was very friendly and courteous. Didn't have breakfast. Don't think we would be staying again due to the shower and tub issues. Room was clean.

Room was suitable for myself and kids. Upon check in the front desk lady was rude. She just said insert your card and sign. No acknowledgement nor telling us about the property. Our room microwave was dirty & smelt like burnt popcorn, tv remote had corroded batteries. Hoping breakfast would be great but instead we waited almost 20mins for food. The biscuits they had out was half done and still really sticky in the center. I let the lady in the kitchen know and she just looked at me. So thanks Hampton. Definitely wasn’t a great stay as I hope it would be.

So disappointing when you make the effort to contact the front desk before booking a room to confirm that the hot tub is working; you are told it is working fine; only to find out at check-in that the hot tub has been down for awhile! Hampton Inn has done this to me several times - I am not going to book with Hampton anymore!!

Traveling for work and brought my family with me. Upon check-in the front desk gal noticed I had my kids with me and offered to upgrade me to a room with two queens and a pullout couch. Very clean & updated room. The hotel was very quiet and we all slept great. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for almost a month in a few different rooms… great experience overall. The heater in one room was a bit noisy but still tolerable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had housekeeping done once and they did a good job. Breakfast is pretty much the same every morning and is pretty good… there is a decent variety/selection so probably something for everyone.

What a great stay! GM and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lindsey for moving my things to another room (with my knowledge) when it was needed and I was out.

The front desk lady is extremely rude! I am a sliver Hilton honors and won’t ever be staying at the Hampton inn in Farmington New Mexico again! I was a repeat customer for them up until tonight because we got into town early morning I asked if she had rooms available she said no I asked if we could use the bathroom because we have been driving from Phoenix az, she said no I asked if there was anything open in the area where we could use the restroom she shrugged her shoulders and shut the door! If you can’t help people all hours of the day maybe u should not be in customer service! She could have at at least told me where I could go to use the bathroom! Smh

Recently stayed here, it was very clean and the breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub area was a nice plus too. Traci at the front desk was super helpful and courteous as well!

Asked for a room in a quiet area with nobody above us. What I received was a room facing the road in the sun on floor 3 of 4 with foot stompers above us. Luckily, the FSers wrapped it up by 9pm. Point being, they either don't look at the accommodation request and/or give rooms booked by 3rd parties the rooms people don't want. Or, they don't care period. Aside from that, the AC was extremely annoyingly noisy. I'm not talking about the volume. It was more like after it was on a while, it would start making strange noises. Woke me up all night these noises. Water filter machine in gym wasn't even plugged in. Come on Hampton. Location was good. Staff were nice. Breakfast was A-! Plenty of parking.

Great place to stay for what we needed. Visited for a sporting event. Breakfast was served early and fresh. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Last but not least there is plenty of parking.

The customer service was good, and the entire place was clean. It was peaceful and restful. I liked the location because it was close to historical sites.

My family of 6 was able to utilize a 2 queen suite with the pullout and a hotel provided pack and play. We were all reasonably comfortable for our 1 night stay. Every interaction with a staff member was pleasant. There is a decent complementary breakfast, the water pressure was obscenely good. I would stay here again my next visit to Farmington.

We had to stay because of a family emergency and location was great close to the hospital. Very clean and the workers were all so great!! I would recommend to everyone!! Only thing that was not great was the hot tub and that was because it was not hot barley Luke warm. After a long day at the hospital it would have been great. Oh well maybe next time......

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Michelle and Dawn who took care of breakfast. (“The best we’ve ever had,” said our kids.) Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. A great stay. Thank you!

Great stay! Good location, clean, updated rooms, decent price. Pool was decent as well. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Dillon was awesome. So friendly on the phone when I called to book and also very welcoming in person. Nice little shop available to buy snacks. Free breakfast was really, really good--great coffee too. Was not expecting the breakfast to be that good. Most hotel breakfasts will do in a pinch, but this one was good. Breakfast attendant was lovely as well. Effortless stay. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again next time we come up to fish or pass through. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check in/out process was easy. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, plentiful, and had variety. The breakfast ladies were attentive and helpful. The only negative we experienced was in the room itself. I found a pubic hair in the bathtub upon check which was gross. Rooms could be more thoroughly cleaned upon closer inspection.

This nice venue is well kept, clean and is managed by friendly and professional people. The environment is cozy, starting from the ample lobby to the rooms. Breakfast is very good. They offer a gym, a pool and a well provided vending area. Easy to reach.

Check in and out was excellent. Room was way better than expected. Show up early for breakfast, that's because I personally think it's better. Will definitely stay there again.

AMAZING staff! The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, just wish the hot tub was in service. Only one elevator in service and it’s pretty sketch.

The staff are fantastic. The rooms were surprisingly not well maintained. For example, the bathroom fan screeched when turned on and running because it hadn't been maintained. The coffee pot was located in the bathroom next to the toilet which doesn't seem sanitary and the inside of the brewing stand hadn't been cleaned which makes it worse.

It really pains me to give this place 2 stars when the employees and staff were outstandingly friendly and hospitable. They were so kind and accommodating to me and my kids on our cross-country trip. However, the hotel itself is just sub-par. Everything seems old-fashioned, the beds are uncomfortable, everything in the breakfast was too salty or too sweet, the lighting around the indoor pool was dark and unsafe-looking, some of the lights in our room flickered like they were defective… I just didn’t feel very comfortable or rested after staying here.

Room was spacious & bed was not too hard. It's an older hotel, so it could use some updates. Breakfast was good & hot, however the waffle machine was missing, so none of those this morning. I would still recommend for an overnight stay on your way to other states.

Okay this is our first time staying at this location in Farmington New Mexico! :-) we are using it as a state point to get to the four corners area about 60 miles away. The hotel is very easy to find with easy access and first impression was good! :-) the room that we got on the third floor is a two bedroom and it is very very nice! Has all the amenities so include a microwave and refrigerator! And the hotel itself has a pool and a workout facility! We enjoyed our stay!

This was a work related visit. The team that I checked in with was amazing. It was my first time to the area. Natalie, Lindsey and Clifton made me feel welcome! The location felt safe, it was clean and offered a great area to walk outside each morning. It was a very quiet and peaceful visit to the area. When I return, I will stay here without a doubt.
