    love this place, it is not that big but it is so worth it ti visit and to walk near the Irish bar and the cinema theater there, and especially now at winter you have to go for an ice-skating. highly recommend to visit

    We move to Farmington 9 years ago this July. And it's been a joy watching Downtown( the Syndicate) evolve into a nice lil spot with a bit of everything. You have your corner stones, Cowley's, and newer spots. Such as Side Car Slider Bar and 1UP Arcade Bar.

    there is always something new in this town, lovely place to walk and chill on the side road bench

    All the restaurants was 45 to an hour wait, which is pretty good for a Saturday. Parking is crazy

    Great rejuvenated little downtown area. Pedestrian friendly. Great place for a coffee or quick snack.
