Wish Entertainmart had more like Barnes and Nobles etc, bring back a big bookstore!

I am having difficulty getting them to do maintenance and repair. It's October 19th and my heat hasn't been turned on yet. I have stopped or been to the office to request that my heat be turned on three times.
