Awesome restaurant. They have a cool answering machine also which is uncommon. Was here 02.14.20 Dishes to try here - Chilli chicken - just awesome... an excellent appetizer and has to be tried again. Goat biryani - came with Egg, omg, real delicious. Goat pieces were extremely soft. The egg is not your typical walmart egg, but tastier. The gravy is super tasty. Chicken vindaloo - also was good, really tasty. Rice along with this was also great. Potato can be cooked alittle more, but still tasty. Mughlai chicken - is good. This is butter chicken with some egg pieces. This place is just awesome. Had another great experience here with a take out order on 12.04.2021- Other great dishes in addition to the above are: Pepper chicken spicy - superb, get the spicy if u like heat Chilli chicken spicy - absolutely awesome but pepper is the real deal Chicken egg fried rice - wonderful indo chinese style, the egg pieces that come with this are really big Chicken aavakaya biryani - woah, best type of biryani Chicken hyderabadi - gravy dish which comes with rice Some other great dishes to try here: Goat Sukha - this is awesome its dry mutton deep fried Tandoori Chicken - so good and fresh tht u can eat with rice alone Lamb Saag Poori - this dish comes with baaji as well Bisibele Bath - just awesome, this is like kichdi or yogurt rice with cashewnuts mixed with sambar, just awesome Malai Chicken Kabab Ulavacharu Chicken Biryani Thank you Namaste!! I love their food, but it doesn’t like me, so we only order once in a while. Something in Indian Food I am allergic to??? We used to order from them a LOT, but now I know I cannot, so it is a treat when we do (with me eating it in very small portion size( I remember eating at this place years ago when they served their food on paper plates and the tables were lined up like a high school cafeteria! I was not impressed with the feel of the place or the food at that time. Now they remodeled it and it is beautiful and of course we cannot experience eating inside because of Covid. So, I am glad they are doing well with Carry Out orders.

The interiors of this restaurant looks upgraded and very decent. The food was very good, especially the Grilled fish, Nans and Mysore masala Dosa. The tea that we ordered tasted so good, it took sometime for them to prepare it as they are prepared on order. Well worth the wait!

Lamb Biryani : requested med spice - probably one of the most spiciest food ( little flavor) i ever ate. We were able to find ~ 1/2lb of green chillies , lamb meat was nice, all boneless pieces. Special chicken Biryani : rice flavor was good, meat is tasteless , too much fried in oil. Had lunch buffet earlier, much better than dinner. All disposable places and cups & everything felt little cheap !!

This place is fantastic! There is a cute robot that works in the kitchen that will bring your food out when it’s ready! I have to say their plates and bowls were so pretty I was mesmerized by just that. Rice was perfectly cooked. Mango lassi was also amazing, highly recommend! Food was a bit spicy but very delicious.

Ordered Ghee roast chicken biryani today and the taste is awful. The rice is not boiled. It wasn't supposed to be like this before. Not sure what's wrong. I'm not trying this restaurant anymore.

I had the butter chicken, vegetable biryani and 2 samosa order. The food was very tasty and could tell it was authentic. The rice is so soft and full of flavors. They forgot to pack our samosas but didn’t realize it until we arrived home.

Buy far some of the best Indian food I’ve had in the Detroit Metro area. Super clean great big beautiful windows with lots of natural light. Comfortable seats and they’re my favorite color mustard yellow! Service was fantastic super kind and personable. And the food even better!

It’s a carry out order...I clearly asked them over phone that I am looking for veg dum biryani...we got something like pulao but definitely not veg biryani...very disappointed...definitely won’t recommend to anyone.

Tasty food, but, "INCREDIBLY SPICY" Despite asking the guy NOT to make it spicy, with 10++ "pleases", 3 different calls, making sure language barrier wasn't a factor & getting assurances from them that it won't be spicy, on the contrary they did the opposite !! It just fell on DEAF EARS. Do not, under any circumstances, ask them to, NOT MAKE SPICY, it won't work !!

Some of the best Indian flavors I have tasted hands down! This place is a little gem for Indian cuisine in this area. They run a lunch buffet daily that is unbelievable! The dishes are always in rotation on the buffet so it is a great opportunity to try everything they have to offer. As of this post they were currently remodeling the inside with new booths and tables, which looks very nice! If you are looking for a great opportunity for Indian cuisine at lunch, I strongly suggest checking out their lunch buffet as it is reasonably priced and absolutely fantastic! ❤❤

If someone wants to increase the high blood pressure in their body then this restaurant is the best for them. It was salt assault for me. I pickup some food from this Farmington restaurant. From the starters to the entrees, SALT and MSG everywhere. It is far better for the food to be slightly under-salted because that is easy to fix with the salt shaker. Also, your customers might live longer, which will improve return business. Usually I put salt on everything when I go to the restaurant BUT had a hard time to eating chicken fry, lamb korma curry and chicken dum biryani of this restaurant. It was VERY salty. NOT money well spent.

Loved how the place looks all spruced up and updated. The menu is the same boring standard fare but familiar to those who want the standard butter chicken and paneer. The prices have gone up to reflect the , however its odd that you would serve a curry without including rice and offering it as an option! It feels like getting ripped off for what is basic fare in terms of food.

I always call Namaste and order food since Namaste was one of the favorite place. But not anymore. This is the second time I am experiencing the bad quality of the food. There was no action taken for my first complaint couple of weeks before November 2023. And again I ordered the food having the trust of getting good food. Probably you can pull the order. 01. I was waiting over the counter for longer time than estimated on the pick up day- not a big issue, this is expected from Namaste as you guys are busy in town. But the real problem was food quality was so bad… None of the food was good from my order except two naan. Ginger chicken was too much spicy and oily and some unexpected food color I believe was added. The color was not going out of hand until the next day evening. Street side chicken was too much spicy(promoted and sold by order handled person) and some unexpected additives which was no one liked after the first bite. Ghee roast chicken biriyani was like watery pongal feel sticky and the Marsala was not blended and no flavor of biriyani. I communicated to the people who takes order and they shared manger number to share the concern. Manager did not pick up calls and send message later of the day as he was busy and told me he would call next day. No one called me to listen the concern. We are paying for food to have good variety of Indian food from Indian cuisine. But things should not go bad because of crowd , quality and service first for food business service. Food is God.

I have ordered here many times, only the butter chicken and naan is pretty good but no matter how early I order I always have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Today I ordered 40 mins in advance hoping it would be done by then and was still greated by being told to wait 10 mins. Be warned door dashers, you will have to sit here for 10 mins if you are picking up food for someone. With many other Indian food options close by I don't think I will be coming back. Plus I found a metal ribbon in my rice

Food is great. The waiters provide greater service. Food was priced reasonably earlier. Of late the prices are too high. Close to 30% hike on biryanis. That's a lot. Hope they become reasonable again. I'm rating 4 due to overpricing on food

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I come here and every time the food is delicious, and the staff are really nice. Plus the place is nice looking and service is fast, considering how good the food is. I would definitely recommend eating here!

Had the Butter Chicken and tea. Sooo good 😊. Employees were friendly, well timed, and overall great. Atmosphere was decent. Feels like it could be spruced up in some ways but not a deal breaker. The food more than makes up for it.

Ordered the special chicken biryani. Loaded with small pieces of moist chili chicken. Flavor profile of the rice is a bit different than other restaurant’s biryanis but, I enjoyed this dish. It was extremely spicy! Even on a mild order. I highly recommend extra raitha (yoghurt sauce) to cool down. Also ordered a chat which is a fun appetizer with different textures, though a bit heavy on the bottom layer of fried dough.

Definitely recommend. Service was fast and food is quite delicious. We got the papdi Chaat and chicken Manchurian for appetizer. Wanted to try a different biryani so ordered the ulavacharu briyani - bit spicy but really good. Wish quantities were a little more but overall worth it.

Had matka chicken biryani and matka mutton briyani. Heard great reviews about the food drove all the way from Toronto to Detroit just to have this food. Lived upton the hype and expectations must try expensive from canadian standards but worth trying

Namaste Flavors is a great place to enjoy authentic and delicious Indian food. I was impressed by the variety of dosas they offer, from plain to masala to cheese. The dosas were crispy, thin and flavorful, and came with tasty chutneys and sambar. The other dishes I tried were also amazing, especially the goat curry. I normally get catering orders from Nameste Flavors. Food is always delicious and the catering person(gentleman) who takes orders is really good at suggesting food quantity, i just need to tell him what I want and he will suggest order sizes. Keep up the good work.

It took them a while to open back up completely after the pandemic but I must say the food, presentation and environment of the restaurant has improved considerably. They have now added a bar but with no "bar like place to sit". Food remains tasty although a tad bit spicy which most would normally like. Service is friendly and the place is clean. I like all their chicken and veg dishes but love the Special Veg Biryani

Generally not a big fan of Indian but it was my son's birthday and his choice. Pleasantly surprised to find many non spicy options and staff willing to assist; really dislike cilantro and it was no issue to have it taken off. Best butter chicken I've had anywhere, fresh Naan and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, warm and friendly service. We had the luncheon combination plate which was a great variety and generous portion. My husband had the shrimp masala and was so happy with it that he threatened to lick the plate. Highly recommend!

Ordered chicken 555 i ordered spicy .the chef put a pound of red chilli flakes. The food was cheaply made. I threw that in the trash. I waited 45min for the order and definitely not coming back again.

Food was average. I took veg briyani and special veg briyani, but find it like just fried rice. Little disappointed.

I ordered special chicken biryani via door dash . The foot was just super delicious! Biryani was rich in flavor and the chicken was juicy and tender. I loved it. Three dish was served with gravy and raita. And those were tasty too. I’m going to order food from here soon again. The flavors were very authentic.

This spot is my favored. I go to plenty of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cuisine they offer is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a nice dinner here. I highly recommend this place.
