Been coming here since teenage love this mall still do. Great shopping mall. Can be congested before Christmas. I like to go shopping so much stores. I seen changes as I was going there when I was a teenager in high school and now as I'm older. Store open and closed so many great year memories.

Nice mall. Lots of great stores (Brighton, Victoria's Secret, and many others). I'm not big on shopping, but If I need a gift for the Mrs., this place has lots of options... I can get in and out quickly, even during the busy holiday shopping season. As a local, I got some good tricks for getting to and leaving this place while avoiding much of the traffic. I would share this with others, but then it wouldn't be much of a secret, and this would have an effect on my travel time. Besides that, it is a little bit complicated and requires driving a little extra...

Great mall. Lots of shopping and eating options. Really big stores with lots of variety. My visit was enjoyable. The variety of stores catered to diverse tastes, and the atmosphere was vibrant. The cleanliness and layout of the mall made navigating easy. Additionally, the dining options provided a good range of choices. A great destination for shopping and leisure.

I visited yesterday and enjoyed the nostalgia of walking through a mall that isn't on its last legs. Almost all the stores are still open and there was a decent amount of people shopping there on a Monday morning. Surprisingly I didn't seem to see any type of food court and all the food options were spread out around the mall, but it's not too long of a walk end-to-end, so it was more of an interesting observation. If you want to visit a full mall, visit Westfarms!

Westfarms Mall is a popular destination for shoppers of all ages. It is clean, well-maintained, and has a variety of dining options. Typical American “northeast” mall. Has significantly changed since I was a kid but that’s a given. Hadn’t been to the mall in literally years and to go back with my kid school shopping was kinda a shock. Eventually the mall will be phased out. I was amazed that people still go there. Anyway check it out. Clean and safe and all the needed stores.

I haven’t been to Westfarms in a couple years so didn’t know what to expect. I found that the inside of the mall was very clean and they have many types of stores to choose from (almost all the storefronts are filled). The skylight architecture is also quite beautiful to look at. I would say it’s more of a “high end” type of shopping mall with designer brands. When I was walking through I was a little bit confused at first, until I realized that they have TWO Macy’s anchor stores, one for men and one for women. The whole time I thought it was the same store! I found two shirts in Macy’s so I was a happy camper. Also it’s important to mention this mall has no proper food court, instead they have a lot of scattered food shops and restaurants around the mall. Also I read on the directory that they will be getting a Jordan’s furniture anchor store soon so that’s nice. Anyways, if you are in the area and you like shopping malls then I definately recommend coming! (If you are wondering why some of the photos look faded, it’s because I post vintage style photographs of shopping malls)

Hadn't been to the small in years and I'm really happy to say that it looks better than ever! Many of the same stores are still there so they must be doing well. There were a few new stores that looked like good options. And a lot of places. I think malls are dying out but this mall is really doing great. Very good shopping experience. When you get to know the parking lot, you can find some good little convenient places to park close in. I have my own special spot but I'm not going to tell you where it is!

This is a clean and nice mall. Good to go to spend some time if you are bored at home. Nothing special I found. Macy can be explored... No free seating area was there, only a few chair in the ground..

I have a long history with this mall. Long before Simon got involved in it. Still one of the best malls in the Northeast. Well kept, pleasant staff, plenty of parking,. Good mix of retailers and restaurants.

I was happy to see so many name brand stores. Reason for 2 stars.... I was scammed by a vendor selling curling iron and straightener. She told me I would get 2 for 100 or 1 for 140. She pretended to care about my business I'm starting had me put info in her for ig. And had me put her account to follow me.... when I got home... I was given 1 curling iron. Charged 159 and she unfollowed my business that she used as a distraction to do everything else she did. Was NOT happy when I got home and realized I was scammed by her.

A really huge mall that has just about every type of store you could imagine. From high-end fashion to children's goods, toys and games, underground fashion & collectable, and even both food court shops and full-sized restaurants. The lounge areas are spaced appropriately, and are necessary because of the vastness of the mall, especially being two stories by default and with some shops stretching three! The bathrooms deserve special recognition, as they have vending machines, lounge chairs, and even a dedicated family bathroom! Bravo to this mall for attention to detail to accessibility! I will definitely go back, but only when I'm prepare for a very long walking day!

Great place to visit during the holidays and get some exercise while shopping. It's a shame that Godiva and David's Tea closed during the pandemic.

Very nice mall! Very clean! I had a very pleasant shopping experience here. There are many food choices in this area. There are burger restaurants, American steakhouses, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean barbecue restaurants, Japanese sushi, and Chinese food nearby. It is a good location and you can choose your favorite restaurant after shopping.

A large and clean mall with plenty of stores. There are two levels and you can find quite a bit of high ends stores here. I deducted a star because there was no designated food court. I'm used to malls with food courts and a selection to choose from in one area. The food establishments were scattered throughout. We went the Friday after Christmas which was why the mall was packed. Parking was easy, we parked out near Nordstrom in the parking garage. This is a great place to shop, people watch, and get your steps in.

This is a very nice mall. It’s very clean and moderately visited by a wide range of people. Of course my experience with Claire’s was less than memorable, I intend to turn that experience around and into a more positive one so long as they do not give me anymore issues.

Stopped by for our yearly Christmas shopping. One of the cleanest, well kept malls in the area that I have seen. Almost every storefront is occupied, offering something to appeal to just about everyone. I would say this is more classy than Buckland as they don't have as many 'pop up', dollar or random seasonal stores sporadically laid out. The Santa photo area is quite large and looked like the kids were all having a great time. Well done

Parking was terrible and it was way too crowded. Will definitely go earlier in the day next time to try and avoid crowds. It also isn't very easy to find things. Lots of longer corridors with additional stores that I was unable to explore with two little ones. Would be nice if there were better visuals of which stores were located where.

A few stores "adjusted hours due to the pandemic..." 10A to 6pm. What!....all this money walking by and no sale. How do you make overhead when you are closed. Adjust later, like 2 PM to 10 PM. What a concept. I'd love to work 2-10. However, it was a productive shopping exercise.

Better shopping comfortable and lots of stores to visit my favorites are IK and Hollister next place is Brio for that tuscan food and of course the Drinks

  • 5/5 Michael T. 6 months ago on Google
A very busy shopping mall with some of the best stores and restaurants not found in many other areas. When visiting the West Farms Mall, plan on making a day of it. Lunch or dinner and plenty of shopping. My favorite restaurant, "BRIO" which is in the mall. I highly recommend holiday shopping in this mall. The dinner and customer service at Brio was freaking outstanding. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, clean restrooms and friendly service. The menu and the food and desserts were phenomenal.

Very high-end mall with lots of shops and options. It’s very clean and has lots of places to sit. One note: there isn’t a central food court, but there are various restaurants and quick eats scattered around the store. There’s a large selection of different stores and brands. Although a lot of them are very pricey, I’d recommend to anyone in the area or anyone that wants to visit.

Very festive at this time of the year. It’s crowded though. The parking is tough. Make sure to go there early or after 4pm when the crowds thinned down.

It's a good mall. I wish it had a easier way to find out where stores were. Recovering from knee surgery and had to walk more then I wanted. As I was unsure where to park

Westfarms mall is still a fun place to shop. The pandemic has been difficult. Hopefully people will have better attitudes in time. edit: Thanks for your response. I only am able to go once in awhile, but each time I enjoy it. People's poor reviews are ruining businesses. Let's all be a little more reasonable.

Nice place if your looking for something go there walk around you will find it

  • 3/5 Ronald T. 1 year ago on Google
Mall was not crowded. Many stores closed at 7:00 pm. Retailers appear to be all high end. Many familiar mall stores from the past have left for strip malls. Lots of jewelry stores, phone stores and high end clothes. Malls have changed.

This mall has great shops including a new game store that open recently that's one of my favorites. I love Macy's Bargain Basement, the full sit-down Taco Bell and other restaurants, always has what I want and things that I didn't know I wanted.

This is probably the premier make in this state. It is clean and modern. As well, as a good selection of stores and vendors. There are. Businesses here to fit all budget types.. As well, as the super high end Louis Vuitton and Coach. There are several places to sit and rest your feet or charge your phone. The food city is rather point, but who wants to pay double to east in the mall anyway. Otherwise, great experience.

  • 5/5 Laurie M. 1 year ago on Google
I had not been to the mall in three years. Went on a Sunday and it was crowded. Almost every store is occupied by a business, glad to see! Many upscale stores and the old staples like Macy's, JCPenney, Verizon, Apple, and Loft. California Pizza Kitchen is still there!

  • 5/5 Dylan T. 2 years ago on Google
Mall is very clean and nice! Many years I have been coming to this mall and honestly never had a problem... Many stores have come and gone, but overall its one of the biggest and most popular malls in CT...

There is a saying that goes like this “there is no place like home”. This place is almost similar to that, although there are no beds to sleep or a kitchen to cook, this place offers you a place to eat, a place to relax, and time to spend with your loved ones. By experience, I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, my mother bought me clothes and food from here. Now I’m grown and I’m still going to this Mall. All I could say is that this Mall brought so many happy memories to me, I hope your loved ones will feel the same way too!

  • 5/5 Jonathan R T. 2 years ago on Google
The mall was clean and safe. This is a luxury compared to some I've been to. They had an abundance of stores. Kudos to the management team for keeping them bustling.

  • 5/5 Tyshon H. 1 year ago on Google
I go here frequently I never really have a problem with anyone or anything. As a Security Officer who's dealt with high crowd control. I can say that seeing more than one officer patrol is very securing and relaxing. The atmosphere and vibe is always free spirited.

As far as malls go its one of the better ones in the area but its not as good for variety as it used to be. The lego store is cool, build a bear is great and they have a nice vintage video game stire thats worth checking out.

  • 4/5 Andrea S. 10 months ago on Google
Entered through the Nordstrom North parking lot area. Walking thru the mall was easy. Not too crowded. Notice a small number of available kiosk for rent. A variety of stores were up and running with patrons milling around. Clean and active is a good way to describe the vibe.

Very nice mall! Very clean! I had a very pleasant shopping experience here. It was a Friday when I came to the mall. Wasn't overly crowded which was nice! I loved that the mall has no closed store fronts! I thought the mall would have been bigger, but it's the perfect size. I don't see this mall going out of business for along time which is great!
