Came for the nudest dinner. Food was decent. Slipped on period blood, but I respect a woman's right to bleed freely. Would recommend wearing slippers or grip socks.

Wth? I just drove 20 mins to get here with my kids and there’s no restaurant. We walked into some kind of shop that was cluttered, there was nobody there to greet us. I didn’t even see any type of deli or restaurant. I mentioned out loud to my kids while still inside that I don’t see anyone to help us and I’m feeling anxious about it, so we went back outside. I walked around the building, and there were at least a couple of employees inside, but nobody said anything or offered help. If you guys don’t wanna run a restaurant at whatever this place is supposed to be, just take the listing off of google please so that other families can avoid the stress.

Great place where you can go and relax and converse about anything under the sun. Also I love how almost everything is organic and they have a little reading area and room for the Sunday buffet. If you're into health learning about unique things related to farming or holistic remedies, wellness and even the alchemy of metals, check this place out. It is a community treasure and should be treated as such. Say hi to Lisa!

I am always inspired by how much their staff cares about health & life. On any given day, a person can meet others who are also like-minded and on their own health journey. They carry local, organic produce and have an amazing cafe; not to mention, they have great literature and resources.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I’ve recently relocated from Brooklyn, NYC and I’ve been on the hunt for places like this. I walked in and walked towards the back food counter where there was two people talking and I was not greeted with any type of warmth that one would expect from a holistic center. I had to speak to get attention and asked if they were still serving food. I was told the food cut off was 6PM, it was 6:30PM. No where did I see that online before driving 25 mins or I would have waited for another day. She said take a menu, which says they close at 8PM, as does Google say 8PM. The energy felt weird. I’m leaving this review because I was spiritually prompted too. I had such high hopes for a positive embracing experience as I saw that they also look for volunteers and I was interested in their programs. Unfortunately I need to meditate on if I shall return. I hope this review reaches someone and empathy is felt for my experience.

This place has a great vibe and energy to it! The staff was super helpful and kind. I’m really glad I was told about this gem and plan to return to support my local Health Food store.

Not very friendly. I used to work at natural food store and always helped people. Made you feel like a burden if you asked questions and were not readily available. Then this guy kept talking to me..... and when I said I might be back to come talk to him (to be polite) he asked for a donation for his time to help fund his trip. Lol. I bought herbs anyway because I needed them and other places were closing. They had organic produce and a lot of herbs, I'll give them that. But the service was awful, and I'm not sure if it was just discrimination.

I can not believe it has taken me this long to find this hidden gem. I literally work less than a mile away. Every time I try to Google or Yelp for healthy food in the area, the results usually list fast food chains and greasy diners know for their sliders. Treehouse for Earths Children has everything! They have raw juice, a deli with raw and cooked vegetarian and vegan options, and organic groceries available. I ordered the Dr. Gerson's/Hippocrates Soup ( a recipe renown for its cancer-treating and healing properties) and I also got the raw vegetable Nori wraps and they were both excellent. The lady that prepared my food was a very friendly multi-tasker! This family owned business is a down-to-earth, hidden hole in the wall and it was somewhat surreal to stumble upon it. BEWARE TO JUNK FOOD VEGANS/VEGETARIANS: this place appears to be a health-based environment, so while much on the menu is delicious and plant-based, I did not see any vegan chilli cheese dogs or deep fried Oreo's on the menu.

Everyone at the treehouse tries really hard. They're honest. It's like a family. Certainly they mean to accommodate all customers. Lots of unique services. No other place like it in Metro Detroit or even in Michigan. The massage is fantastic.

All is forgiven in unconditional love, blessing of prosperity and abundance! May all who enter this place experience only truth, freedom and healing. May all that is other than truth, unconditional love and healing be banished and / or purified by standing wave-forms of sustaining love-plasma. So be it. I choose of my own sound mind, sovereign free will, and magnanimous heart to revise this review without threat, duress or bias.

This is one of the last family owned health centers in Michigan. The Treehouse offers a deep philosophical understanding of how the body heals itself which is translated into everything they sell and do. I am surprised that not everyone in the health community knows about this place, it's a hidden gem πŸ’Ž

I absolutely love enlightening culinary experiences, especially when traveling. So here in Farmington, MI my buddy Chris found Treehouse for Earth’s Children Holistic Center which is an all natural deli and kitchen, grocery store, herbal shop, library, and much more. All their food is made to order with organic ingredients such as the raw falafel balls, veggie burger and veggie stir fry. But there is much more to choose, from the Jamaican Shake to the veggie Reuben. The owner also teaches biodynamic farming. Wow, this place is a spiritual jewel!

Went 4 lunch, it took about 2 hours bcause our chef had to return to make magic with a group there using a concoction and a bowl. Did a little shopping but didn't use the stuff bcause it was soaked in negative energy. We didn't feel too welcome. Creepy. Sandwich was good.

I am new to the area and was seeking a nearby place for fresh organic juice and a bite to eat....I drove over to the blue building nestled between outlet stores and car washes... Wasn't sure if The Tree House was still in business..... So glad the door was open! To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what was happening when I walked in the door! The vibe is authentic and warm, with a hint of disarray in a 70's hippie kinda style. A gracious staff member welcomed me and gave me an overview of the center. If you are seeking alternative health services, delicious healthful meals to take home, organic produce, or herbs / supplements etc.... Be adventurous, be open to trying this unconventional, interesting gem of a store.

I've started going to this place regularly, and it's been fantastic. The customer service is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the coffee is always on point. The staff is great, and that's why I keep coming back.

My first experience was AMAZING! They have a wonderful variety of raw, organic meals. I tried the House Salad. I bought it to share, but goobled it all down myself. What bliss. They staff are laid back and informative, without being slackers. The woman who prepared my food did so with syyle and skill. They have a wonderful, little spot of tables, where you can relax and enjoy in peace. The decor is basic. Everything else is stellar. Did I mention how much I enjoyed the food?

They have a variety of organic and yummy food but the person making it seemed extremely stressed and like she wasn’t exactly sure what she was doing.

  • 3/5 Joseph W. 4 years ago on Google
It's got a lot of interesting stuff, and a traditional hippie vibe, but they almost magically never seem to have anything I'm actively looking for. The place is also a visually confusing hell to an autistic, but that's probably not as much of a problem for most people.
